This hotel is excellent quality price. You have a smal single room with a shower. It comes with shower gel/shampoo, a bath mat and towel. Its close to the tram that goes to a trainstation which goes every 15 min to airport

The second issue concerns my food delivery. I had ordered food late at night, and it was left at the reception. When I went to collect it a few hours later, I was informed that the food had been thrown away. I was never contacted, no attempt was made to inform me that my order had arrived, and no explanation was provided as to why my personal property had been discarded. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a shocking lack of respect for guests and their belongings. Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam actually has a whole honeycomb for breakfast! Their breakfast is truly amazing – a honeycomb, grapefruit, freshly made 'jianbing guozi' (a savory Chinese crepe), and the best omelets I've ever had. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a classic German hotel. Oh, and out of the four pillows, one is lavender-filled. It felt lumpy at first, and I thought it was a buckwheat pillow. I slept wonderfully. There were many Chinese and German guests, and a lot of flight attendants were also having breakfast there. There's a forest near the hotel, perfect for morning runs. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the toiletries feel like those in a budget hotel, all 2-in-1. This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

I was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful

There are three Ibis hotels near the airport, distinguished by red, green, and blue. All three are about a 10-minute drive from Amsterdam Airport. They offer a convenient airport shuttle bus service. The front desk staff are also friendly, and you can store your luggage for free before check-in. While the room wasn't huge, it was clean and functional overall. Perfectly fine for a solo traveler.
