The shuttle service was really convenient, running frequently during peak hours and getting to all terminals in under 10 minutes. The driver was helpful and had a great attitude, assisting with luggage. Just 100 meters to the left is the subway, which costs $5 for unlimited rides all day, and it's about an hour to Hollywood. To the right, across the street, a bus takes you directly to the Clippers' home arena in 15 minutes. The room was quite spacious, but the ceiling was a bit low, which seems to be common in American hotels. You can store your luggage for free if you arrive early. On the afternoon we checked in, we were informed there would be a 4-hour power outage that night. We asked the front desk for compensation and they offered a complimentary breakfast. The food was Western-style, but they also had egg fried rice and stir-fried noodles. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5, though the price was a bit steep!

The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the airport and offers a free shuttle bus every half hour. The rooms are clean and tidy. A definite plus is that the rooms come equipped with an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast was also quite good, with congee and fried dough fritter bits available. The surrounding environment is pleasant too.

Location is not bad as it is 15 min drive to airport. Good for an overnight stay for next day transit. It’s in walking distance to McDonald’s and Subway. Hotel staff wasn’t patient to check my Hilton Honors membership and appeared annoyed. Free shuttle to airport the next day but the schedule kept changing on the mobile app. It was late for 15 mins. The shuttle bus driver however was helpful.

The location is good. It is right by the lake. You can walk to the lakeside beach at night, and there are some small shops to visit. It only takes 6 minutes to drive to the two cable car points of Heavenly Ski Resort, and there are also shuttle buses to take.

A perfect location right on the coast with cozy fireplaces to take in the view of the beautiful west coast sunset. Check in was easy, The hot tub and pool were perfect for a late afternoon dip and relax. The gift upon arrival for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration was also a nice surprise.
