Pretty decent hotel. The breakfast, in particular, was extensive with a great mix of Western and Chinese options, something for everyone. After a week in the US, I finally found a hotel with good value for money. Highly recommend it, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

The room was very clean and tidy, but I could hear cars racing downstairs. The outdoor pool was just okay, located in an enclosed area. The shuttle bus was very frequent. There were two restaurants, which is quite a lot for a hotel near the airport.

absolutely matched our expectations. great location, fast , responsive and friendly front desk staff assisted all the time whatever question was, rooms are  spacy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea maker easy to operate, breakfast was perfect with plenty of meat and drinks, pancakes were awesome. i certainly recommend this crown plaza

It's very convenient, just off the interchange. The outdoor area not only has a swimming pool but also a heated jacuzzi. I saw many people soaking their feet and chatting there in the evenings – quite nice! However, please note that the hotel only provides ice, not water.

Super clean! I absolutely love that in a hotel. Was quiet in the evening and front desk was very kind. The breakfast staff very accommodating, even the bar staff were upbeat. The vibes this place gives off are positive and wholesome. Definitely my go to spot in Chico.

We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced.

The hotel is in a great location, right near Union Square. If you like walking, you can practically reach all the downtown attractions on foot from here. Interestingly, when you enter through the side door of the hotel, there's a cable car parked inside – I'm not sure if it's for display or still operational, but I did take a ride on a cable car at a station near the hotel later. Inside the room, beyond the towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, there was nothing else. Not even a disposable shower cap. There was no complimentary bottled water either. While there was a capsule coffee machine, there was no kettle, so I had to ask the housekeeper for one. The bar on the 46th floor has fantastic views; it's a great spot for a drink and to enjoy San Francisco at night. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I'm sure it's nice too.

This hotel has a rich history, and I believe it's owned by Chinese people, as there was a Chinese New Year atmosphere during my stay over the holiday. Parking isn't free; it costs about $60 for a full day. The hotel is located right in the city center.

Great location! Very closed to the SFO airport. Clean and tidy space with good bathroom facilities and WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff!

The room on the side of the road is slightly noisy, the air conditioner is more noisy, parking is charged 10 knives per night, the room is not cleaned every day, other aspects are OK, the price is relatively high.
