This hotel is super close to Wanda Plaza, making it really convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Parking right outside the entrance is a breeze too. The surroundings are lovely, and an evening stroll by the lake is absolutely picturesque. The hotel rooms are carpeted, which really helps with soundproofing, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The hotel even offered a room upgrade, but I was too lazy to repack my things, so I just stuck with my original room. The toiletries provided are excellent, and the large bathtub is definitely a highlight. Even when it's chilly outside, the indoor temperature is perfectly comfortable – unlike some hotels that can get overly warm. This place had the ideal temperature and even came with a humidifier. Oh, and I particularly loved the pillows here; they were so soft and cozy. The breakfast spread was extensive. There were so many items in the room that I didn't really take many photos.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money.

Cleanliness: Decent. Service: The attitude was exceptionally good! I stayed here in December, and it was the best time. I had a very pleasant stay. I thought the customer service guy (the 'little brother') owned the place because he was so dedicated. Later, I found out he's also an employee, but he still went above and beyond to take care of customers. Definitely a five-star review! Wishing him a bright future!

Extremely satisfied with the room! It was exactly as described, with excellent amenities like disposable towels, a washing machine, and a fridge. The drinks selection was also great, and the price was very reasonable. It’s super close to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Songhua River. My kid even said they want to stay here again next time we’re in Harbin, perhaps in a different themed room! ❤️❤️

Hilton is consistently excellent. The breakfast is abundant, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. They even gave us two sets of complimentary gifts, like kvass and popcorn. The room was exceptionally clean, much better than other hotels in the same category, with no strange odors whatsoever. I have to give full marks for the service! The staff were warm and thoughtful, always ready to assist with any request, and their attitude was outstanding. Our stay was fantastic, with every detail perfectly handled – truly heartwarming.

This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

The room is very spacious, the natural environment of this piece is very good, but when we came, it may be off-season, just renovated, some facilities are not perfect, eating is not very convenient, but it is very close to the scenic spot, the surrounding environment is very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, the boss sent breakfast is delicious

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

This hotel is perfect for catching the high-speed train in Harbin! It's super close to Harbin West Station and the subway, just a few minutes' walk, so you never have to worry about missing your train. The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was fresh and crisp, making for a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. All the facilities are new, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any issues. The self check-in and free luggage storage were also really convenient. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
