Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, the Xueyun Street (main street) is just at the door step. Minutes away from the snow mushroom 🍄 and easy to walk back after the night dance party and the hotel 我包肉 was great must order. Those who love great scenery should book this room as you can view big snowman from one window, another window you got to view the whole town from the top. Ticket to ten mile gallery mountain and bald mountain can ask their friendly pretty lady in charge to book for you, only recommended for those who can endure extreme cold. Great stay. The hotel, provide towels and everything unlike another hotel I had stay for my second night this is still the best. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

This inn is perfectly located on the main street right in the heart of Xuegu (Snow Valley), making it super easy to find. It boasts a huge yard, perfect for building snowmen and having snowball fights – the atmosphere is just fantastic! The rooms are incredibly clean; the bedding is changed for every guest and smells fresh. The heated kang (brick bed) provides even warmth without being too dry. The homemade dishes here are authentic and delicious; the stewed chicken with mushrooms is tender and flavorful, and the pickled cabbage and pork hotpot is delightfully sour and appetizing. The owner was also thoughtful enough to arrange a shared ride to Xuexiang (Snow Town) for us and even helped book tickets for snowmobiling and the trek across Yangcao Mountain. We didn't have to worry about a thing throughout our trip – our visit to Snow Valley was completely stress-free!

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! The location is excellent, right next to a commercial area and a subway station, and taxis are easy to find, making transportation a breeze. The facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning heats up quickly, there's plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are of good quality. For breakfast, the menu changes daily, offering a balanced and nutritious spread that even includes local specialty snacks. But what truly impressed me was the service. From the thoughtful guidance during check-in to proactively helping with my travel plans, the staff were professional and genuinely warm, making my trip exceptionally smooth. It's definitely worth repeat visits!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

This guesthouse is by far the most welcoming place I've stayed during my travels. When I first arrived in Xuegu, the owners came out from the guesthouse to greet me. After a long and tiring journey, they even brought me dumplings, frozen pears, and frozen persimmons to eat – I was practically moved to tears! And those dumplings were exceptionally delicious!!! Throughout the rest of my trip, the owner helped me book tickets, whether it was for transportation or for going up Bear Ridge. After we got to Bear Ridge, he even helped take photos with a drone. On Christmas night, there was a special fireworks display, which was truly heartwarming. We also got to try the '潑水成冰' (splashing water into ice) activity. When I lost something, the owner's wife even helped me get it back, which was so touching. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

Oh my goodness, how can there be such a fantastical and cool family room! My little one gasped with delight the moment they stepped in! Absolutely loved it! This kind of surprise truly deserves countless exclamation marks! As a seasoned hotel enthusiast, I can honestly say this guesthouse rivals any professional hotel, and even surpasses many in terms of warm and attentive service. The cleanliness of the room alone speaks volumes. It was spotless, and the bathroom had no odor whatsoever. Staying for several days, I noticed the cleaning staff every morning meticulously and diligently at work, all in uniform – which clearly shows that 'Qifen Tian' (Seven Minutes Sweet) sets high standards for itself. Moreover, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Exit 4 of Beima Road Station on Metro Line 3, with an accessible elevator, and the tall building on the left is it. Seamless transfer from the train station. And finally, of course, their unbelievably dreamy rooms! Seriously, every single one is super cute and makes you want to stay. We switched between several room types, and the kids were thrilled. So thrilled, in fact, that they wouldn't go to sleep at night and wanted to wake up early to play again 😂 I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Harbin!

The hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. This is by far the most satisfying 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is excellent, very convenient for transportation, and the hotel truly has a charming and dedicated butler service mindset. Everyone on staff served us guests with the utmost professionalism. I'm very satisfied, and if I have the chance next time, I will definitely choose this Sofitel Harbin again!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – right off the Yangmingtan Bridge. Free parking was a big plus, and there were plenty of spaces. Downstairs, you could find all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, and food delivery came right to the door. You could even see the Yangmingtan Bridge directly from the room. It had a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels/bath sheets were a nice touch! And the best part: it's pet-friendly! Pet-friendly! Pet-friendly!

We booked two rooms for a family trip. The front desk lady was very nice and gentle. The security uncle was very reliable. It was very convenient to eat and play around. The facilities are old-fashioned European style. It's not too old now. It's just that the toilet is a bit old-fashioned. But it doesn't matter. Some people may not be willing to use smart ones. The hotel and the room are very clean and quiet. It's easy to find, with a pedestrian street and an underground shopping mall at the door. The surrounding facilities are complete. There is also a night market nearby, you can search it. There is also a zoo and an amusement park. I must eat Qiqihar barbecue, which is really fresh meat. It's delicious. We just go to other cities, otherwise I really want to bring some meat back. It looks very beautiful and has patterns, not fishy at all. In this city, most people I met are very good anyway. Everyone can rest assured to play, just ask if you don't understand. No one will cheat you. But still pay attention to safety. There should be a good hot spring, but we didn't have time to go there. I will come back to make up for it when I have the opportunity in the future.
