This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. The brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic and provide considerate service. The room type was upgraded during the off-season. The room was clean and tidy, and the design was great! There are also cultural and creative gifts of their own. After dinner, they drove us back to the room and answered every question carefully. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It was as comfortable as going home. If you come to Arctic Village again, you must stay in this B&B. It is highly recommended! When I checked out, I was given a souvenir, which was such a surprise. Right opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and convenient for travel. The hotel owner is very friendly and hospitable. They were very helpful to us and let us borrow clothes without charging any money. There were also a la carte dishes in the homestay. Although the breakfast was relatively simple, it tasted good. On the day we left, the boss happened to be going to the airport to pick someone up, so he directly chartered a car at half price, took us to the county town for a tour and then sent us to the airport. This time we stayed in a Northeast kang room, which is very northern in style. The bed is very large, but it is very hot, and we will wake up from the heat at night. In the morning, we can play with water splashing into ice in the yard of the homestay. There is also a large open space to the north of the homestay with thick snow to play with. Overall, it was a very wonderful journey.

I am glad to have chosen the newly opened Qinglai Hotel for Mohe tourism. Everything is very satisfactory to me. Good hygiene, good service, and the hotel's meals are reasonably priced and delicious. Free flower quilted jackets are also provided for taking photos. The chartered driver that the housekeeper helped me find accompanied us for two days. The driver arranged the itinerary according to our ideas. He got up at 4 o'clock to accompany us to see the aurora, and at 7 o'clock he accompanied us to take a video of splashing water into ice, and also took us to see the beautiful free attractions. I will come to Mohe again if I have the opportunity to change the season.

The location is moderate, not far from the passenger terminal, Seven Star Square, Arctic Square, and the cruise ship terminal. It only takes ten minutes to walk. All services are in place. I felt good staying for two nights and left an excellent impression on the Arctic Village tour. .

The service cannot be said to be bad, just average. After checking in, we washed the children's clothes, which were all yellow water, and the white clothes were stained and could not be washed. We asked the waiter, who contacted the manager, and the manager asked us to wash it ourselves. After a brief discussion, they dealt with it for us. Although the hotel cleaned it, it was still yellow. If the hotel had a more positive attitude at the beginning, it would be fine, but even though the manager had never met him and said it over the phone, that attitude alone was worth one point.

The host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.

Brought my two kids to Snow Valley, didn't have high expectations at first, but it turned out to be really good value for money. Although it's just a homestay facility, the service in the inn is really five-star (much better than the folk houses in downtown Harbin that cost more than one thousand yuan a night), especially the bosses Mr. Lao and Mr. Xiao Bi, who are very warm and thoughtful. It's no exaggeration to say that there's nothing they can't do, as long as you can think of it. They arrange all the tours and even the round-trip chartered car for you. Our whole family had a great time. The food in the inn is also great (cold water fish recommended). In short, it's right to stay at their house when you come to Snow Valley, and you don't have to worry about the whole trip.
