The hotel is located in a beautiful environment with pleasant garden scenery, as if you are in an urban oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated, spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the details show quality and style, the bathroom facilities are complete and clean, bringing a comfortable rest atmosphere. The catering is also excellent, with a rich and diverse menu to meet different tastes, fresh ingredients, and exquisite cooking. Whether it is the rich and delicious breakfast or the authentic flavor of the main meal, it is commendable. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the whole process from check-in to check-out is attentive, professional and efficient. I was in Jingzhou on business and found a hotel nearby. First of all, the service was exceptionally good and deserves praise. The landlady is beautiful and kind; she even offered to help elderly people with mobility issues! The rooms were clean and tidy, and the parking lot had ample spaces! I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Jingzhou!

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough. Even though it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell of fresh renovation. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. The security guard on the ground floor was very friendly and helpful, assisting with parking. The front desk staff were courteous, and both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jingzhou.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right at the entrance of the scenic area. The room is also very spacious, and the shower facilities are great. I particularly loved the desk; it was perfect for getting work done on my laptop. Breakfast was served at the Yihua Hotel and had a wide variety of options. Not only the decoration, but also the scenery is impeccable. The service is even better. There were several round trips between the tourist center and the hotel by business car. They would help me book a shared car when I went back to the city, which was only 35. Another B&B said 40 before. The food is also very good, and the quality of ingredients is much better than that of other restaurants. I checked in at a few restaurants and the food was average. It’s better to eat comfortably where you live. On the last day, I returned to the city and took a ride with my boss and had a good sleep. You can lie down and greatly relieve fatigue. Enshi Grand Canyon is really tiring. Fortunately, I split the play time into two days. The people here are very nice and welcoming. Friendly reminder: The small restaurant in the visitor center tastes better than the highly rated restaurants outside. Also cheap.

The rooms are equipped with smart devices, and everything is new and spotlessly clean. What truly stood out was the hotel's breakfast – I'd say it's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels. I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel staff. When I checked out in the morning, it was raining, and a staff member proactively offered me a disposable raincoat, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And of course, the price is very reasonable, making it highly recommended.
