It is anazing to stay the night at the top of the mountain and be able to calmly watch the sunset without crowds since all the day trippers have already gone down with the last cablecar. But unfortunately a few inconsistencies that could easily be fixed: - The toilets and showers are the staff toilets of the hotel next door and were extremely dirty and smelly at the time we stayed. - To actually see the view properly, the prospect dome Glas also would need to be clean. ( and you also need to be on the first row of tents - doubt you would see much from the second row, since the domes are very close together) - You are sleeping on a 2cm thin “mattress” on top of a wood plank in single use paper bedding which is not the most comfortable .
