My stay here was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety including congee, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, catering to all tastes. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was soft and tidy, and all the amenities were neatly arranged. The location is excellent, with super convenient transportation – you can catch a bus or subway right outside. Plus, it's incredibly close to a food street, just a few minutes' walk to enjoy some great eats.

This stay at the ParcVue Hotel Chengdu was exceptional in every way. I reserved two rooms, and both were handled with the same level of precision, care, and attention to detail that defines truly great hospitality. This room was a Deluxe King Room, and it was spacious, quiet, and impeccably maintained, with a layout and comfort level that made it easy to truly relax.
Lucas once again stood out as a defining part of the experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care ensured that everything across both rooms was perfectly coordinated. He has a rare ability to make service feel personal rather than procedural, and his presence elevated the entire stay in a way that is immediately noticeable.
What impressed me most was the consistency throughout the hotel. From housekeeping to the front desk, every interaction reflected pride, warmth, and intention. The service was intuitive rather than reactive, and the overall experience felt effortless. This stay further confirmed that the ParcVue is not just a luxury hotel, but a place that truly understands hospitality. I would choose it again without hesitation.

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and a taxi supposedly costs around 40 yuan. The hotel does not provide transportation to the scenic area.
We were upgraded to a room with a view, and the staff's service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. If we hadn't been on such a tight schedule, I would have loved to stay another night and just relax, doing nothing.
Since it was the off-season, many shops outside were closed in the evening. I'd recommend having breakfast at the hotel if you're staying during the off-season, as it's hard to find delivery services in the morning. Most delivery services don't start until after 9 AM, so if you plan to go to Jiuzhaigou early, you might have to eat at the scenic area. The hotel's breakfast was quite substantial, which is great for fueling up before heading out.

GGuest User2026.02.12
Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing Mount Emei, and in the evening, we could seemingly hear the temple bells from Baoguo Temple. We chose to stay at Le Méridien after our hike, looking forward to some relaxation. The hotel is indeed quite large with beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring freshly prepared dishes, a welcome change from pre-made options. We stayed in a deluxe lake view room, offering both mountain and lake views, which was truly lovely. The soundproofing in the room was decent, and the bedding was comfortable.
Cons: 1. Initially, our two booked rooms were not in the same building. After inquiring at the front desk, they found a twin room in Building 2, allowing us to be in the same building. It makes you wonder why they were assigned that way in the first place. 2. The room's central air conditioning only provided heating. When we checked in, the room was exceptionally hot; even with the AC off, the temperature was around 27 degrees Celsius (likely due to the room facing west and getting direct sun). However, the housekeeping service was excellent – they promptly brought a portable air cooler, and their service was always timely, thorough, and enthusiastic. This was a stark contrast to the less attentive bellhop service in the lobby. 3. For such a large hotel, having only two elevators per building (Building 1 and 2) seems inadequate for a Le Méridien property. It also raises safety concerns, as there are no staff members at the elevator entrance. If you need to access rooms on other floors, you have to take the stairs (I used the emergency stairwell twice to retrieve something from a room on the 6th floor, a tip given to me by a housekeeper). 4. The large bathtub in the bathroom is genuinely enormous. I suspect anyone under 175cm might need to be careful not to drown! 5. The exterior windows of the scenic room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I'll stop here for now. I'm writing so much because I actually quite like Le Méridien, and I hope to see improvements next time I visit.

This hotel, nestled in the heart of the old town, offers a serene escape while still being close to the action. The decor is stylish and incredibly cozy, and the comfort level is top-notch. The butler service is exceptionally thoughtful; they communicated with us beforehand to confirm our check-in time and transportation, upgraded our room upon arrival, provided welcome fruits after check-in, and even personalized our breakfast time and arranged airport transfer. We truly felt right at home.
The room is large and comfortable. I opened the ventilation air conditioner in advance. I put the slippers on the bedside and the bathroom door. The location is in place. The location should be a relatively high-end hotel. It is very luxurious from the hotel lobby. There is a small beautiful place to shop. There is a landscape garden behind for walking, and there is a single building for gym and swimming pool. I should live in a relatively low-end room type, there should be better administrative level, the price is very competitive, very cost-effective. There is a little oldschool, such as putting instant noodles in the water bar, providing some small price tags that have to be paid separately, the room is full of thick carpets, this setting seems to be a bit of a high-end hotel, When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I had any good suggestions for improvement. I was not embarrassed to say, but the flaws were not concealed. I said that it did not affect the experience of staying. The process of living was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation.
The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time.
Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather.
The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard.
The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies.
Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.
I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort.
The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay.
I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was.
The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable.
Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

First of all, I'd like to thank the young lady at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful on the phone, guiding our ride-hailing driver to the apartment entrance, and then upgraded our room for free during check-in, even throwing in an extra day of complimentary double breakfast for us.
**Amenities**: The room itself was very satisfying – incredibly spacious with complete facilities. While the furniture was a bit dated, all the appliances were top brands like Bose, Dyson, Electrolux, and Sony. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and even some hot dishes. The hotel's location is downtown; although not as bustling as Chunxi Road, the apartment is inside Raffles City, and the subway station is just across the square. Simple shopping and getting around were quite convenient.
**Suggestions**: Recently, Raffles City switched the entrance and exit for motor vehicles, causing navigation systems to consistently misdirect us to the wrong apartment entrance, leading to a lot of unnecessary hassle. I suggest the apartment and various navigation systems update the new routes. One thing I absolutely have to complain about is that the cold air conditioning system in the room was completely shut off. The room was so hot that we didn't get any good rest during our stay. I've never encountered this issue at other brand hotels I've stayed at; guests have always been able to adjust the temperature to be warmer if they felt cold, or cooler if they felt hot. There was never a situation where the room 'decided' it was cold for the guest, and that was that. I don't know if this is an unwritten rule for all apartments, so I'll just consider it 'when in Rome' this time. I won't give a low rating (as other aspects were well done), but I must point this out in the review. If this policy doesn't change, I definitely won't consider staying at your apartment again in the same month, even though I'm very satisfied with the room type, value for money, and everything else. After all, a comfortable rest is the most important thing.
Finally, a piece of advice unrelated to the stay experience, for friends planning to visit Chengdu: If you have a choice, pick Shuangliu Airport over Tianfu. Shuangliu is very close to the city center. If you're flying into Tianfu, it's best to book your airport transfers in advance through Ctrip or other platforms.

GGuest UserThis place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night.
The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special.
The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
The location is also very convenient, staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!
NNM.KALocated about a 10 mins walk from the Changpinggou entrance. If your bus drops you off in front of the entrance, do not take the hills on the left. Just go straight for about 500 meters, and you will arrive.
As a Muslim traveller, the nearest halal restaurant is a bit far, about a 30 mins walk. However, the hotel serves breakfast starting from ¥20 and you can request to suit your dietary needs.
To reach Shuangqiaogou, you will need to take a yellow minibus, which costs ¥15 one way. Make sure to carry some extra cash in case the driver’s WeChat Pay does not accept foreign card transactions, just like mine did.
The room was the best I’ve ever had during my stay in Sichuan, very comfortable with heated floors. The atmosphere and surroundings were breezy and peaceful. I honestly have no complaints at all! I totally loved this hotel!
The owner went the extra mile by picking me up from the Changpinggou entrance when I lost my way. Hats off! Also, special thanks to the two girls who helped me catch my bus back to Chengdu on my last day. All the staff were super friendly and I felt very welcomed and at home.
It truly feels like home here. Highly recommended for all solo female travellers. If I ever return to this area, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.

MM60972****After returning from Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou, the rooms we booked there were quite standard. Back in the city, I wanted to experience a hotel with a strong ******* atmosphere, and after seeing the online reviews, I decisively booked this place for two nights. The location is great, quite close to Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel's decor exceeded my expectations; the public areas are filled with many items, yet they all blend together seamlessly and match perfectly. Where space is needed, it's never cluttered, making for a comfortable and well-balanced arrangement. The food is very simple, a mix of basic Western and Chinese options. The room is spotless and very comfortable. Both the owner and his wife are *******; judging by the decor, they seem to have an artistic background. They are both very friendly and welcoming. It's a guesthouse with great value for money.

GGuest User”Create the wilderness in the south, stay humble and return to the countryside”, the name is full of poetry and picturesqueness, but I went there because of the zero negative reviews. I thought what kind of B&B makes everyone like it so much that I can't bear to leave negative reviews. Stayed for one night and it was a really different experience. Simple, ancient style, ancient charm and a bit of Zen. If you wander around the courtyard for nothing, you will find a lot of ingenuity, such as throwing pots, shooting arrows, teasing the parrot that can only bark but cannot speak, and writing calligraphy; you can also watch Meditate, meditate, relax, and forget the troubles of the world with eyes full of green. In front of the hall, there is a cactus owned by Mr. Gu, who is over 80 years old, and it makes me deeply moved. I ate breakfast while smelling the fragrance of books. It was a really different feeling. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and rich, and many arrangements surprised you. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, all in all a pleasant trip.
GGuest UserThe room was great, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.
Eeva_weiweiThis is a high-end, Tibetan-style guesthouse. Perched on the mountaintop, it boasts breathtaking views. Their service philosophy is incredibly forward-thinking, surpassing even many traditional five-star hotels.
We stayed in the 'Zhuangyuan' suite, which features two separate rooms – absolutely perfect for families.
Breakfast was spectacular, offering both delicious food and stunning scenery.
We learned to prepare traditional butter tea from a kind ******* staff member. Early one morning, a thoughtful young staff member accompanied us up the mountain to pick wild strawberries. And as we departed, another lovely young lady not only packed our wild strawberries with sugar but, knowing we were headed to Huanglong National Park, also thoughtfully provided us with oxygen canisters.
The complimentary travel photography session was also fantastic! Despite a sudden thunderstorm that necessitated a slight schedule change, they delivered perfect results – truly professional and patient!
GGuest UserLet me just say, this hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. It's truly a king-level experience for its price point; I rarely book such a perfect stay. First off, the hotel lobby is spacious and artistic, great for taking photos and checking in. It definitely has that star-hotel vibe. There's hot tea available in the lobby for chilly guests, perfect for a warming drink – all very health-conscious. Secondly, the rooms are super comfortable, with a warm yellow palette and a decor style similar to all-season hotels like Hanting, which is very pleasing to the eye. The main highlight is the underfloor heating. After visiting attractions, there's a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Before we even arrive, a staff member turns on the underfloor heating for you, so you step into a wonderfully warm room. From 7-10 PM, there are multiple hot tubs to choose from, with very high, bubbling water that's also extremely clean. The morning breakfast buffet has everything you could want, all freshly prepared. There's even a chef on hand to make rice noodles for you. It's rare to find such a perfect hotel – clean and affordable. It's absolutely the best choice for staying outside the scenic area. The service is warm and friendly; they even send you a travel guide in advance, which is incredibly thoughtful. I honestly didn't want to leave a review for fear of it getting too popular and me not being able to book it again, but it truly deserves my praise! 👍
AAnonymous UserVery very very big space. 1 huge living room with kitchen area and 6 bedrooms. Total 4 toilets. Was comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness was generally ok, but some less used areas were dusty and not the cleanest. Heater/aircon in some rooms were not working after turning on for a while. Still would recommend if you have a big group of frienda or family. There are restaurants, lukin coffee, lawson downstairs.
