This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! My stay here far exceeded my expectations; every detail was thoughtful and impressive. First off, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The room was bright and spotless, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The location is also incredibly convenient for travelers using the high-speed rail, making trips to and from the station a breeze and saving a lot of time. What truly stood out was their service – they genuinely made us feel at home. After checking in, the front desk proactively provided us with a travel guide for Leshan, saving us the trouble of planning our itinerary. When they learned we had an early high-speed train the next morning, they not only prepared breakfast for us in advance but also helped us call a taxi. What was most touching was that a staff member even thoughtfully paid the taxi fare for us ahead of time – this level of extraordinary care truly warmed our hearts. This hotel didn't just offer comfortable accommodation; it made us feel like we were being looked after by family during our trip. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Leshan, especially those traveling by high-speed rail. You absolutely can't go wrong with choosing this place!

We stayed at the Grand Parvac Hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. After a long 10.5-hour flight, we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in, which allowed us to rest and recharge right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Lisa, who went above and beyond—her warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture of arranging a birthday cake made my celebration extra special. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort and care. We felt at home throughout our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience.

Service quality: The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the staff is polite and helpful, and the stay experience is very pleasant. Especially Angela, the front desk manager on duty, is very professional and enthusiastic! Makes people feel at home. Hygiene conditions: The room is clean and new, the bed is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and odorless, and the overall hygiene conditions are satisfactory. Geographical location: The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and abundant dining and shopping options around it, making travel very convenient. Dining experience: The breakfast is rich in variety, a combination of Chinese and Western, and tastes delicious, adding a lot of color to the trip. Cost-effectiveness: The price is reasonable, the cost-effectiveness is high, and the services and facilities enjoyed are far beyond expectations, which is highly recommended. Detail processing: The hotel is very attentive in detail processing, such as providing Yilin specialty cookies, free mineral water, bathtub sets, various supplies, and robots delivering things, which makes people feel intimate. Room facilities: The details of the intelligent control system in the guest room, the dry and wet separation bathroom, high-quality bedding, etc., make the comfort level full. The gym, swimming pool, conference room and other supporting facilities are complete to meet the dual needs of business and leisure. Soundproof materials and advanced equipment, high-speed wireless network are used to ensure living comfort. Overall experience: The stay experience is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, and the view from the window is like a painting. The facilities are great, and the staff were very polite, helping to deliver our luggage to the room. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful; if you're not in a hurry to enter the park, going a bit later offers a better experience and avoids the crowd. Jiuzhaigou is stunningly beautiful; I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

The room itself was great and warm at night, but the bathroom lighting was insufficient. I'd suggest changing the light temperature to around 3200K to better match the hotel's ambiance. The public areas were very distinctive, with a lovely courtyard-like charm. The lack of an elevator is a major drawback, though! Also, a big thank you to Dolma for her excellent service! While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it was still nutritious.

The room is large and comfortable. I opened the ventilation air conditioner in advance. I put the slippers on the bedside and the bathroom door. The location is in place. The location should be a relatively high-end hotel. It is very luxurious from the hotel lobby. There is a small beautiful place to shop. There is a landscape garden behind for walking, and there is a single building for gym and swimming pool. I should live in a relatively low-end room type, there should be better administrative level, the price is very competitive, very cost-effective. There is a little oldschool, such as putting instant noodles in the water bar, providing some small price tags that have to be paid separately, the room is full of thick carpets, this setting seems to be a bit of a high-end hotel, When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I had any good suggestions for improvement. I was not embarrassed to say, but the flaws were not concealed. I said that it did not affect the experience of staying. The process of living was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

Facilities: Very new, and the room's decor really matches my aesthetic, haha. Plus, there's a water dispenser, so you can get warm water, which is a big plus. Currently, the hot springs have three indoor pools open. When we went at 8 PM, it was great, not many people, and very relaxing. Environment: It's right in the middle of the valley. Our room faced the street, but it was actually fine; there weren't many cars at night, so it was pretty quiet. It's about a kilometer to the scenic area's center, which is quite close. Hygiene: Very clean, nothing to complain about. Service: The service was very good. They even deliver warm milk at night. However, breakfast was just okay; the variety wasn't extensive, and the dumplings I had were a bit cold.

I wanted to take a nap and requested a late check-out; throughout this period, there were no calls or knocks on the door urging me to leave, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable rest. After checking out, I even received a cute panda souvenir, and the luggage storage service was efficient and meticulous. The hotel's atmosphere was exceptionally good. The guests were about half Chinese and half international, including friends from Western countries. Everyone was very well-behaved, and the public areas were quiet and orderly. Over the seven days, whether it was the front desk reception or daily service, the staff were patient and attentive, making for a truly excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is a great choice and I recommend it to all travelers!
