The hotel service was exceptional! They contacted me in advance to understand my travel needs and even sent me a guide. Upon arrival, they arranged the room exactly as I requested. The room featured a large bathtub 🛁, which my little one absolutely loved! There was also a tea set, which was a huge plus for a tea lover like me. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; they not only accommodated all my requests but also kindly reminded me about the weather conditions at various attractions. I have to give them a big thumbs up! Next time I'm in Leshan, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

I recently stayed at the Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu for a day, and it was the highlight of my trip! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city near Tianfu Square and just a 5-minute walk to the Jinjiang Hotel Metro Station. The room was massive and felt like a luxury apartment, complete with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver for a quick traveler! I spent my morning at the gorgeous indoor pool and grabbed a delicious breakfast at Vinos before heading out. The staff were incredibly attentive and even helped me with local tips. If you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Chengdu, this is the spot! 🐼✨

Environment and facilities: The hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and a modern and comfortable decoration style. Service quality: The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the staff is polite and helpful, and the stay experience is very pleasant. Especially Angela, the front desk manager on duty, is very professional and enthusiastic! Makes people feel at home. Hygiene conditions: The room is clean and new, the bed is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and odorless, and the overall hygiene conditions are satisfactory. Geographical location: The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and abundant dining and shopping options around it, making travel very convenient. Dining experience: The breakfast is rich in variety, a combination of Chinese and Western, and tastes delicious, adding a lot of color to the trip. Cost-effectiveness: The price is reasonable, the cost-effectiveness is high, and the services and facilities enjoyed are far beyond expectations, which is highly recommended. Detail processing: The hotel is very attentive in detail processing, such as providing Yilin specialty cookies, free mineral water, bathtub sets, various supplies, and robots delivering things, which makes people feel intimate. Room facilities: The details of the intelligent control system in the guest room, the dry and wet separation bathroom, high-quality bedding, etc., make the comfort level full. The gym, swimming pool, conference room and other supporting facilities are complete to meet the dual needs of business and leisure. Soundproof materials and advanced equipment, high-speed wireless network are used to ensure living comfort. Overall experience: The stay experience is excellent. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is the best choice. I look forward to staying again.

Hilton's five-star standard. I love the efficient, standardized stay experience. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, greeted me proactively, and even helped me with my luggage (this was excellent… they pulled my suitcase all the way to the main entrance; otherwise, that cardio workout would have given me a headache for ages). As a member, I also got 20% off dinner at the restaurant. The portions were quite generous, and the food tasted good—highly recommend. I got a free room upgrade with fruit and nougat 🍬. They asked about my preferences for the stay, and since I wanted a view, they gave me an excellent room with a scenic view. The joys of the off-season! The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A special shout-out to the shower's very clear markings!! (No more getting scalded or frozen… My 'J' personality truly appreciates this). As I was leaving, the front desk even gave me some qingke (highland barley) cakes, which were also delicious.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

This hotel, nestled in the heart of the old town, offers a serene escape while still being close to the action. The decor is stylish and incredibly cozy, and the comfort level is top-notch. The butler service is exceptionally thoughtful; they communicated with us beforehand to confirm our check-in time and transportation, upgraded our room upon arrival, provided welcome fruits after check-in, and even personalized our breakfast time and arranged airport transfer. We truly felt right at home.

The room is large and comfortable. I opened the ventilation air conditioner in advance. I put the slippers on the bedside and the bathroom door. The location is in place. The location should be a relatively high-end hotel. It is very luxurious from the hotel lobby. There is a small beautiful place to shop. There is a landscape garden behind for walking, and there is a single building for gym and swimming pool. I should live in a relatively low-end room type, there should be better administrative level, the price is very competitive, very cost-effective. There is a little oldschool, such as putting instant noodles in the water bar, providing some small price tags that have to be paid separately, the room is full of thick carpets, this setting seems to be a bit of a high-end hotel, When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I had any good suggestions for improvement. I was not embarrassed to say, but the flaws were not concealed. I said that it did not affect the experience of staying. The process of living was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the attraction entrance, and it's easy to find places to eat and shop around the hotel. The front desk staff, both male and female, were incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and local tips. The room was more spacious than I imagined, with a new and stylish decor. It was clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The mattress and pillows were just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, strong water pressure, and hot water came quickly. The toiletries were also of good quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted delicious. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, which is a thoughtful touch for travelers. It's also pet-friendly, so my dog was comfortable and safe here! Overall, it's excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Bipenggou.

An absolutely fantastic 7-day stay, highly recommended! My overall experience at the hotel during this trip far exceeded my expectations! The check-out service was incredibly thoughtful. I wanted to take a nap and requested a late check-out; throughout this period, there were no calls or knocks on the door urging me to leave, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable rest. After checking out, I even received a cute panda souvenir, and the luggage storage service was efficient and meticulous. The hotel's atmosphere was exceptionally good. The guests were about half Chinese and half international, including friends from Western countries. Everyone was very well-behaved, and the public areas were quiet and orderly. Over the seven days, whether it was the front desk reception or daily service, the staff were patient and attentive, making for a truly excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is a great choice and I recommend it to all travelers!
