I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

The hotel was located in a very convenient location near taikoo lane and chunxi road. Room was clean and spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Service staff was also helpful and attentive.

(Their hot pot was so good with a big potion) The owner and all stuffs are so nice. Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel near Dagu glacier (达古冰川). It was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a day up the mountain peak. The hotel was clean and very spacious. The room also came with an impressively large bathtub which we did not use. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountain in the morning. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the room. Room price was also very reasonable. My only suggestion to the management is to include a few bottles of drinking water in the room.

I book Yisu hotel for my friend because her flight was canceled and she needed to stay closed to the airport for the next flight. Nice and friendly staffs. Free Shuttle bus to the airport. 20’ to Tianfu airport. Clean room. Microwave on the 1st floor. It’s in the middle of nowhere (mountain/ forest view from the window) so if u get bored, better stay inside the hotel still.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show. - If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

They got a lovely lobby which i enjoy the hot tea and coffee. The room is pretty nice for a couple and they got a complimentary tea which is lovely btw love the mirror. Their rain shower in my room might not work that much but still okay. Their hotel is not far from the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot which it took me around 7-10 mins to walk. Lastly the front desk receptionist they’re amazing! They help us with everything which is so kind.

From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient at the intersection of three roads. The scenery outside the window is also good. The service facilities are very good. However, the dining on the second floor needs to be improved to a higher level. Overall, it is a good review.

The original room given was terrible! First the key card didn’t open the room door - had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. Eventuality got the door open to find that the inner part of the door handle/lock was loose, the room smell, plaster was flaky and coming off at the bottom of walls, and there was a big big gap between the door frame that and the wall. Went down to the reception again to complain and the receptionist wasn’t very happy. She said all those things should not affect our sleep in the room. She very reluctantly changed the room after I insisted on it. The replacement room wasn’t much better. It was bigger as it was a family room, but there was still plaster coming off at the bottom of walls. There was no gap between the door frame and the wall, but the window wouldn’t close so the room was freezing cold. It was a very bad experience!

Let's talk about the advantages first: 1. Good location, convenient dining and shopping, diverse choices and reasonable prices, within a 5-minute walk from the nearest through bus pick-up point (Xingyu Hotel). 2. It takes about 10 minutes to walk along the Baishuijiang pedestrian trail at the entrance of the youth hostel to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. This road is a paradise for people who like walking and hiking. 3. We stayed in a double bed room, which was clean. The surprise was that the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the bathroom also had a dedicated heater. (There is also a heating and cooling air conditioner in the room) 4. Although the bed is a wooden board with a thin mattress, the sheets and quilts are delicate and comfortable to the touch. 5. The youth hostel is close to the Baishui River, and you can enjoy the clear stream in the room Suggestions: 1. There are no hooks for hanging clothes in the room, and the luggage backpack can only be placed on the floor 2. The hot water for bathing is hot and cold (I really hope this can be improved)

Hotel located just a short walking distance to the entrance of the scenic area. It was also easy to find at night when our shuttle dropped us off. The room was comfortable and we really appreciate the electric blanket during the cold weather. The breakfast was okay, but could have been warmed. The restaurant was also unheated. There were other restaurants to choose from nearby. 

地暖+空调+智能马桶 It is a wonderful family trip (2 adult + 2 kids) to stay in this hotel. The hotel was run by a young couple, brand launched in 2023, with very new and smart facilities. Service: both the boss and the staff are very friendly and helpful, I felt like stay at home. The boss picked us from the main road when the day we arrived the tourist bus station. Also helped us arrange the taxi to bus station in the very earlier morning. Very warm heart boss. Environment: the room is clean and well maintain. Plus the hotel is not face main road, it is very quiet to sleep in the night time. There is a small garden within hotel, guest can hang out during the night time. Restaurant: just outside of the hotel, there are many good choose of restaurants, suitable for the family with kids who don’t want walk too far for meal. Floor Heating In the Room: Now it is winter time in jiuzhaigou, the outside is super cold, but the hotel provides all day indoor floor heating to keep the room warm and comfortable to stay. Hot water Supply: very strong water supply, can relieve the tire during the travel. Add on, my kids like hotel shampoo, smell so good. Strong recommend to stay here and will invite more Malaysia friends to stay.

The location is very good. Near many shops and restaurants. It's 10 minutes by car to Jiuzhaigou entrance. What makes this place a great option is the service provided by the host. They took us to the park in the morning, and went to bring us back in the afternoon. They also arranged the transportation to our next location. All of this made our trip very smooth and we definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The host, who we called the ”big brother,” was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had a great experience, not just at the hotel, but with everything we did in the area. He recommended some fantastic local food spots, where we got to enjoy authentic dishes at really reasonable prices – definitely a highlight of our trip. The host also helped us arrange a private driver who took us to some breathtaking places like Dagubingchuan, Bipenggou, and Siguniangshan. The driver was very knowledgeable, gave us great insights into the local culture, and made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the whole journey. The hotel itself was cozy and clean, and we felt like it was great value for the price. It’s in a perfect location, just about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou, so we were able to explore the area with ease. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou – it made our trip so much better! 谢谢你大哥！😊🙏🏻

The hotel service is very good. The two young guys are very enthusiastic and can answer any questions you have. There is also a free shuttle bus to the entrance of the scenic spot! ! Must like one! The hotel's sanitary conditions are also very good. When I came back, I called my little brother and he came to the entrance of the scenic spot to pick us up! When I woke up in the morning, there was snow outside the hotel and on the car as well.

The experience was great. I don't have the habit of taking photos everywhere, so I don't have any photos. This hotel is at an exit of the ancient city, by the river, with river view rooms, very close to Dujiangyan, a bridge not far from Nanqiao, just across the bridge. If you drive, park your car at Lidui Park, walk 5 minutes along the Yanhe River, and cross the bridge to arrive. This hotel is simply amazing! Last time I stayed there, I was so tired when I came back at night, but when I entered the room, wow, the lighting was so warm, just like home. The bed was also super soft and really comfortable to lie on, and I felt that all the fatigue of the day was gone. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient for washing clothes. It is not noisy at night and is very quiet. I am very satisfied.

This is my second time here. When I'm on a business trip, I mainly want to have a good rest. I really like this bed and pillow. I want to buy a pillow, but unfortunately the boss doesn't have many for the time being. The room price is not high. This is the most cost-effective place I found nearby. I highly recommend it! !

After dinner, I walked around to experience Chengdu's nightlife, which is also quite good! I ordered a cake in advance and sent it to the hotel front desk to help put it in the refrigerator. After that, we lit candles without a lighter, and the front desk also sent it. The service was very thoughtful and well received! Place is clean and well maintained. Location is a bit far from airport ( 15min drive through the woods / undeveloped roads ), TV / projector doesn't have good connection. Other than that no complaints

The hotel is okay, but the terrain is very complicated. If you come here for the first time, you will definitely be confused about the several buildings and the complicated elevators. The front desk and the room are in different buildings and have different elevators. The housekeeper didn't explain clearly, which made us hold on. It took half an hour for the children to get into the room from the parking lot...

The room is very good. It's not far from the subway. You can see Kuanzhai Alley from the room. The room is clean and not noisy. I slept very well. The boss is nice and enthusiastic. He answered all my questions. I am very satisfied.
