Pet-friendly Hotels in Taiwan, China

The facilities are a bit old and worn in places, but overall they are clean and have a sense of dignity. The location is also perfect for traveling, so I plan to use it again next time.

The room facilities were quite new, and the staff were always friendly and smiling, making for a very comfortable and worthwhile stay. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local delicacies like roselle tea, and even included a vegetarian section, which was a great bonus!

The location is inaccessible by bus, so renting a car is the best option. The guesthouse owner was very welcoming, and the room was generally acceptable. However, the curtains didn't close completely, letting in light in the morning; the toilet curtains were moldy, so fabric curtains are actually not recommended. There were already roosters crowing nearby at 6:30 AM, which the host had warned me about. Earplugs were available for purchase, so I was prepared.

The room is spacious and clean, and it's conveniently located near the train station, just a short walk away. There are also a few convenient stores nearby. Overall, it's a very convenient location. However, the staff is quite unfriendly. They will charge you extra if you're slightly late for check-out, even though they claim to have already reminded you. They don't seem to give any grace period.

This hostel is absolutely fantastic! It's about a five to six-minute walk from Hualien Station. The beds and towels are very clean, and the bathroom is spacious with a large mirror. You can even enjoy a view of the mountain city from the room. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and they offer free bicycle rentals. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

A wonderful experience, surrounded by mountains and streams, breathing in the fresh forest air and enjoying the natural scenery. The hotel's facilities were great, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Due to its secluded location, all meals were enjoyed at the hotel. The ingredients were quite unique, and I especially loved the blanched seasonal vegetables at dinner 😋. A pleasant fragrance permeated the entire hotel; I wondered if it was used to deter insects!

Just as good as my last stay here, the only minor downside is the lack of a bidet! Next time I'll try a different room type. I've stayed in many hotels in Taichung, but this one always makes my shortlist!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff truly stood out—they speak perfect English, which made communication effortless. They were also very supportive whenever I asked for directions, providing clear maps and great local tips. Their hospitality made my trip much smoother!

This time, we stayed at Kuanpinju B&B, located on the banks of Meilun Creek in Hualien. It's about a 15-minute walk to the left of Hualien Station, with many restaurants and shops along the way. The facilities are very convenient, the room is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. It felt like home. Everyone is welcome to experience it when visiting Hualien.
