The Hotel was well located close to the airport and offered a free shuttle bus collecting and dropping of passengers which was really good and a benefit to this Hotel. The room was lovely and clean and good sized and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Or only slight criticism if there was one, was we had to wait for staff in the restaurant to come back to us once we had decided on the menu, but in fairness they did get quite busy but the food was reasonably good!. We're quite happy for you to use our review, but please don't mention our names-thank you!

The room wasn't big, but it was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The room layout was reasonable, and I could open a 26-inch and a 24-inch suitcase side by side. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The variety wasn't huge, but the quality was good. It's about a ten-minute walk from the train station, but it was a bit tiring to drag the suitcase along the old road.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made the stay very convenient. The room itself was rather small, but it was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for a short stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a convenient choice for visitors looking to explore the city easily.

It was ok for the price, very minimalist, the walls need an update they were all dirty and peeling and stained . The bed and cushions were very comfortable, good breakfast. No extra cushions or blankets

Nice place for overnight stay. 25 euros for the airport transfer, spacy rooms , comfortable beds - all you need. The bar closes very early, grab your dinner at the airport

I've booked the room for 3 people, the extra bed hasn't prepared when we check-in at the evening. I've discovered the bedsheet, pillows, and blanket stored in the wardrobe. I've manage it myself and when asking staff, normally if the third guess need to prepare the bed themselves? as it hasn't prepared yet. They may misunderstanding and send to guy to my room he's may think it already done so what, then he pulled all my bedding and keep it in the wardrobe as he can't understand or communicate in English. I then do it again myself but the bedding then have smell of cigarette which is very unpleasant.

Un albergo bello ma in ristrutturazione, quindi tra Ascensori in rifacimento e acqua calda che non esce..... L'albergo da fuori non è il massimo ma all'interno non è male. A parte il corridoio che ricorda un po' Shining. 🫣

I rarely write reviews seriously, but Berna absolutely deserves one. First, the location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the central train station. Then, the staff here are incredibly helpful and nice! We arrived around 10 AM, were able to store our luggage for free, and then started exploring Milan. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, they first upgraded my room to a King-size bed. Because my mom wanted separate beds, and there were no more twin rooms available, we troubled the staff again to help us find another room and separate the two beds. I originally thought the hotel would be old, but it wasn't at all! It was very clean and tidy, and even the faucets and fixtures in the bathroom were new and spotless! Everything in the minibar was free, including soda and water, and if we needed more, they would replenish it. The service attitude was also very friendly. If I come back to Milan, I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff! Was chatting with Mattheo and mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. He congratulated us and secretly prepared a surprise for us the next day! We came back to hotel with special surprise! Such warm and kind gesture we really loved it
