NaziziThe room size was comfortable and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. One thing I really liked was that each room has its own parking space right in front, making it very convenient to unload luggage and access the room directly.
The in-room amenities were complete and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the shower enclosure, which was quite narrow, even for an average-sized Asian male, making it a little uncomfortable to use.
Breakfast was a standard breakfast.
Overall, it was a good stay with convenient parking and decent facilities.

Guest UserGreat location, large room. I booked a small standard room, but they upgraded me to a larger room. It's obvious the room has been renovated. It's brand new.
Cons: the single beds are narrow, very narrow, perfect for children. The soundproofing is very loud. I could hear the music from the bar downstairs and everything going on in the neighboring rooms. I would have liked to have had drinking water and a kettle in the room.
No slippers or robes.
The breakfast is very basic.
The hotel doesn't measure up to a 4-star hotel. The price is significantly overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

Kkkkkk_My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station.
To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk.
Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly.
My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view.
On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for €15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00.
A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.

Guest UserAfter checking in, when I went out, I couldn't lock my room door no matter how many times I tried to turn the key, although opening it was no problem. This was quite frustrating. I spoke to the front desk lady, and she tried to lock it for me, but even she had trouble, failing multiple times. I asked to change rooms, but was told it wouldn't be possible until after 12 PM the next day. The next morning, it took me about 10 minutes to finally lock the door before heading out. When I handed in my key at the front desk, they offered to change my room, but since my train was approaching and I was checking out the next day anyway, I decided against it. The front desk service wasn't bad, but the fact that the lock was unreliable caused a lot of wasted time, and not being able to lock the door from the inside was a real issue. (Front Desk)

The hotel is great overall, just a five-minute walk from Milan Cathedral. The breakfast was excellent and varied. You can also grab complimentary bottled water from the left side of the front desk. We stayed for three nights, and on our second day, we asked for room cleaning before heading out, but it wasn't done, nor were the minibar drinks replenished. However, on the third day, both cleaning and drink replenishment were done. The lemon water in the minibar was quite good. The room itself was generally clean, and aside from the toilet needing to be flushed twice sometimes, our stay was quite comfortable.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator.
The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning!
The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous.
Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly.
However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Rip RipBased on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels:
Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !

The room size was quite spacious for European standards. Although the decor wasn't entirely to my taste, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright. The airport shuttle to the outlet mall is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the metro station. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Milan Cathedral, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful for Europe, with some items available for order from the staff. I got the distinct impression that all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and genuinely keen to provide excellent service. Many thanks to the hotel team for making my trip so enjoyable.
