I booked this hotel by accident. I was very satisfied with the hotel environment and service. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. The hotel also sent fruit and the breakfast was good. It was a little regretful that I slept on a low pillow. The four pillows in the room were too thick. For me, they were a bit high. I slept for two hours and felt uncomfortable, so I had to take the pillow away. Everything else was good
The hotel is far from the city center. I stayed in the smallest Anantara hotel. The environment is good. I stayed there for three nights. I stayed in a room without a bathtub for two nights. I was not used to the fact that there was only one washbasin. On the third night, I asked to change to a room with a bathtub. I was agreed. When the waiter cleaned and changed the sheets, I was shocked to see several yellow stains. They have not been changed since the opening. There was a friendly lady at the front desk who could speak simple Chinese…
Definitely in my top 5 hotels of all time. The rooms were big and spacious, the pool was amazing, they have happy hour everyday from 1pm to 5pm, the staff was a solid 10/10.
The food was not so great but edible. I would suggest to maybe add snacks or light meals to the menu maybe Nachos or tacos.
The only problem I had, though was not with the hotel, but with Trip.com itself. They said that the hotel offered free airport drop off or pick up, this was however false ad advertising, and when I contacted Trip.com, I was given the runaround and they wanted to give me not even a fraction airport fee. The airport fee was $29 from the Hotel and Trip.com wanted to offer me 39 CNY which is $5.40. I was very very disappointed by this as my issue is still not solved and I am being taken from point from pillar to post and the whole reason I bought this hotel was because of the free airport drop off saying that the airport is one hour away.
Introducing a lovely accommodation located on the outskirts of Siem Reap. In fact, although it is described as being on the outskirts, it is located only about 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk from the city center, and it has a pretty good outdoor swimming pool and facilities that completely offset that disadvantage. First of all, the room space is spacious and the condition is quite excellent, so I think I will choose this place without a doubt the next time I come to Siem Reap. One thing that is disappointing is that there are quite a few mosquitoes. I think it would be helpful if you bring mosquito repellent and repellent when checking in. I recommend it!
We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The complex is a bit out of the way, but still central enough to be at the hotspots (pub street, old market) in a short time. But it's ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, a really quiet and relaxed retreat!
We had a bungalow with a jacuzzi, highly recommended for relaxing after a long day. There is also a very large pool that invites you to relax.
We personally didn't like the breakfast so much, but it was sufficient and you also have the option of eating out in town for little money.
Food and drinks in the complex are more like Western European prices.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Help with organizing excursions and support. We were even able to stay longer on the day of departure because our flight was late, which was of course great for us.
We would definitely come back.

I really recommend this hotel. The entire hotel is surrounded by green plants and is very close to nature. It has two swimming pools. They are very clean and the facilities are very new. I must praise their service. All the waiters are warm and friendly. Self-service The breakfast is also a must-have, rich in variety and very delicious. I ordered something different every day after staying for four days😋The price/performance ratio far exceeds the domestic level of 2000+

I recently stayed in Riversoul with my family and we loved their service. The people are very tidy and organised and respecting. All the people whom we met in the hotel were super cordial.
If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you.
We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing.
They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of.
They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot.
I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant.
I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.

GGuest UserThis accommodation was really homely and I felt at home during my stay. The staff were very kind and always attended to my needs from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality was especially memorable. Security was also good and I felt safe during my stay. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip.

GGuest UserExcellent hostel that I highly recommend. The beds in the dorms are very big and comfortable. The amenities are super nice and the staff was very service minded. A sidenote is that they couldnt provide bikes when I stayed there but it doesnt really matter since there are a lot of places nearby where bikes can be rented.
PPEIYANI decided to make it more than two hundred nights and not too high. I felt that I was clean and I didn’t expect it to exceed expectations. I and my boyfriend are very curious about whether this hotel will lose money for such a conscience. In short, the cost-effective room is clean and the free shuttle bus goes to the city. The area provides a free pick-up service once a day. The staff is very patient and the breakfast is very good. The food is very good! ! If you come next time, you will choose here.

Dda lilyNice looking apartment with a comfortable bed and nice living area with a tv in the bedroom and the living area.No air conditioning in living room and kitchen area. Bedroom took a day to cool down. If insulated at all it would be a great place to stay once water heater was fixed. On the bright side the security guard was very kind, attentive and helpful.
XxiexufengziSiem Reap is a great city. I personally think this hotel is not bad.
Although the front desk does not speak Chinese, basic English communication is still no problem
The hotel offers a free breakfast with a wide variety of rooms. I personally think it's okay. All solid wood matching furniture feels particularly luxurious.
GGuest UserI think this hotel is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip. The overall environment is great, with a special style. The swimming pool is very clean. The hotel garden is also beautiful. There are two yards at the front and back. The area is about twice the size of an ordinary B&B in Dali. I live in one of the two-story buildings. The environment is quiet and quiet, and the birdsong is beautiful. The owner's name is Fred, and he has a gray and white cat. He took all the photos hanging in the guest rooms and lobby. The boss and store staff are very friendly and will not actively disturb you, but are always there when needed.
The breakfast is very rich. My favorite is the noodle soup. It looks ordinary but tastes good. The jams provided for breakfast are also very unique, with a total of 6 flavors and a large portion. The fruit is also very good and the portion is just right.
The hotel's hygiene is not meticulously clean, and the bedding is not snow-white and brand-new. It has a rough beauty that has accumulated over time and life. In this overall feeling, the dust on the walls and corners can also be regarded as a kind of smell.
There are also some shortcomings. The air conditioner is average in cooling and the fan makes noise when it rotates. Also, it's far away from the city, about five or six kilometers, so you definitely can't reach it on foot. You have to take a tutu wherever you go. Suitable for pure relaxation and vacation, if I were to take my mom to relax, this would be perfect.
