We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel facilities were also very good, clean, and well organized. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Rome. Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The ”mountain lodge” was actually just a series of small wooden cabins, each containing only a bed and basic bedding. The shared bathroom and toilet were a 100-meter walk away, and the reception desk was 200 meters away. Aside from a pizzeria and a T-bone steakhouse, there were no other shops nearby, requiring a 2-kilometer walk. Although the lodge offered one shuttle bus each morning and evening, getting around was extremely inconvenient unless you had your own car. When I arrived, a local Italian gentleman was dropping someone off. Thinking I was using a ride-hailing service and asking for a price, he simply asked my destination and took me there for free. I don't know how I would have gotten there without meeting him; I was incredibly grateful. I strongly advise against travelers staying at this lodge, as transportation and dining options are extremely inconvenient.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. It was a terrible experience during the check-in process. The hotel has a large number of rooms, but there were only a few staff members available for check-in. Although the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, you may have to wait another 2–3 hours because of the long queue. Other than that, this is a beautiful resort-style hotel. It has a lovely swimming pool, a great kids’ play area, and even a supermarket inside the property. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. You can reach the Vatican in about 30 minutes and Termini Station or the Colosseum in around an hour by public transport.

This hotel is excellent, especially the breakfast! My son has severe allergies to wheat and eggs, and a staff member with long hair went above and beyond to check every single food item for allergens. I also really liked the interior design, and there's a large lawn outside where kids can run around and play. 🥰 The front desk was incredibly professional too. On our first night, my son chipped his tooth, and the front desk immediately called a taxi to take us to an emergency dentist. Otherwise, trying to find one ourselves in a foreign language would have taken ages. We'll definitely be back!

The room is quite spacious, but there is little sound isolation, behind the wall was a family with children and they screamed all day. Location is beautiful! 100 meters from the beach, there is a cozy garden. Breakfast is very scarce. For lunch there was a cooked calmar. But in general for such small money is a decent hotel

It was OK, the bedding and towels were still new, the location was good, there was a bus stop at the door, the overall feeling was good, but the mirror was facing the bed, which I couldn't accept. I was scared.
