GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding – sheets, duvet covers, and pillows – was equally pleasant. It's conveniently located very close to the Vatican, with a taxi ride costing only 20 Euros. Each room comes with a balcony, and the air quality was quite good. However, the room temperature wasn't individually adjustable. It was 28°C (82°F) during our summer stay, and it got so hot that we had to wait until after 9 AM the following day for someone from maintenance to adjust it. There's a pool downstairs which seemed quite clean, but access isn't direct; you need to pick up a pass from the front desk first.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay.

GGuest UserOk room but it had dirty/scratched walls and shoe prints. Pretty easy to get into city centre by public transport. Service staff were nice but we could've used the bar staff to be a bit more responsive.

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel earlier than the official check-in time and were given our room without any issues, which was a positive start. Our stay had already been paid in advance, and the receptionist was able to find our reservation by name. However, he still asked us to pay €270 again, which we unfortunately paid due to the language barrier, even though we were only supposed to pay the city tax. Later, my boyfriend noticed the amount that had been charged and we went back to resolve the situation. The receptionist then acknowledged the mistake and refunded the money. Although he initially seemed a bit unpleasant, he later apologized. In the end, we only paid around €30 for the city tax.
The room itself was okay, but we experienced problems with electricity – it kept going out, so only the bathroom light and one bedside lamp were working, which was quite inconvenient.
The breakfast was good, and overall the hotel was not bad, but due to the unpleasant start and the issues with the room, I cannot give a higher rating.

GGuest UserThe two main beds were relatively clean. However, the sofa bed was dirty and didn't have a mattress. Linens weren't replaced during our stay; we had to get fresh towels and trash bags from the front desk ourselves. It felt very much like a self-service arrangement. I hadn't experienced this kind of accommodation before and found it hard to get used to.
Check-in was incredibly slow, taking over an hour, which was quite inconvenient.
While it's a bit far from the city center, the transportation is good, and there's a large supermarket right across the street, which was a plus. The airport shuttle bus also stops directly opposite, which was very convenient.

Compared to other hotels in the same area of Rome, it's newer, with beautiful green spaces and ample common areas, providing a comfortable environment. Self check-in is supported, and staff are always helpful if you encounter any issues. However, the location is a bit out of the way, surrounded by older buildings, and there are occasionally homeless people under the bridge, so walking safety is a concern. It's recommended to take a taxi or ride-share for transport. A 7-seater Uber from Rome Airport costs about 70 Euros, and the money saved on the room rate more than covers the fare.

GGuest UserThough I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water.
Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral.
Overall experience is good for the value of money
