A estadia teve pontos bastante positivos. O pequeno-almoço destacou-se pela boa qualidade dos produtos, assim como a decoração dos espaços comuns, muito agradável. O ambiente geral é quentinho e acolhedor. O spa foi uma ótima surpresa: pouca gente e a água da piscina à temperatura perfeita, o que tornou a experiência muito relaxante. O colchão também era confortável. Como ponto negativo, o quarto onde ficámos acabou por ser dececionante e, provavelmente, dos piores disponíveis. O lavatório estava no próprio quarto e o espelho tinha pouca iluminação, o que dificultava maquilhar-me. Além disso, o quarto ficava mesmo ao lado do elevador, o que causava bastante ruído. Para completar, havia várias luzes acesas durante a noite (saídas de emergência e o piscar do alarme de incêndio), o que torna o quarto pouco indicado para pessoas sensíveis à luz na hora de dormir.
