TDMaoI rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed.
I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍
The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding.
The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise.
The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room.
The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂
Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

Everything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

Guest UserMeets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town.
But the price/performance ratio is really average.
This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.

The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming. It's easy to get around from here with convenient transportation. The room had great natural light and was spacious. Plus, the hotel offers free parking and a self-service afternoon tea. The transportation nearby is really convenient, with both a subway station and bus stops close by, and it's not far from the scenic spots. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is actually quite good. Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Before I left, the lady in the lobby gave me a small gift in the hope of helping me comment. The lady gave me a list. I only remembered that there was Xiaoting, but I couldn’t remember anything else. .

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent at least another night there. Thank you for the hospitality!

Guest UserThe room layout was unique, and what really drew me in were the living room bathtub and the projection screen for movies. The receptionist was very polite and enthusiastic. He proactively gave me two room cards, one to keep plugged in to ensure the room stayed cool. He also gave me a detailed two-day itinerary for Yuntai Mountain. I'm especially grateful to the receptionist because, due to my oversight, I left two gold earrings wrapped in tissue paper on the coffee table. I only remembered three hours after checking out and called for help. The receptionist carefully asked for clues and helped me search through the trash, and incredibly, he found them! A huge thank you to the honest guy who returned my lost items. I highly recommend staying here!

Guest UserThe hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee.

SshuidiansThe food, accommodation and transportation are all very good. Children in the parent-child room especially like it because it is a little far from the city. The restaurant can provide lunch and dinner, and the breakfast is rich.
There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Dream Kingdom and Happy World, which saves you the sweaty trouble of walking to the gate of the scenic spot on a hot day ~ Like👍The shuttle bus leaves on the hour and half o'clock.
If you drive into the hotel by yourself, parking is free. The security guard at the gate needs to check the reservation information before releasing.
The ladies and guys at the front desk in the lobby are also very enthusiastic and answer questions patiently and in detail~~
Only the exhaust fan in the room is broken
