After arriving at Zhengzhou East Station, you can take a DiDi bus from the P5 parking lot. Our family of three took a DiDi there, and with the 9 RMB toll fee, it cost around 77 RMB. It was a bit far. The hotel is quite large, and the decor is decent. There were many staff members in the lobby, but only one person was handling check-ins. You have to scan and check in yourself. If there are multiple guests, you need to take photos of each person's ID and do a face scan for verification, which was not a great experience. A bunch of staff were just greeting people, but the actual check-in process is self-service. The room overall was okay, and breakfast was also fine. There were no giraffes to feed in winter. The hotel has a small train that goes to Yinji Animal Park, which is convenient. In the evening, we couldn't find a car to go out for dinner, so we took a small electric scooter. In the morning, there were DiDis available to go back to Zhengzhou city center.

The location is great, right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, about a 300-meter walk to the scenic area. Public transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. There's also an underground parking lot, which is very convenient for parking. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Check-in was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. They even proactively shared local travel tips. The little cats and dogs in the courtyard were also adorable. The room facilities were complete, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm – though a humidifier would be a nice bonus. The hairdryer and toilet in the room were excellent, and the hot water was very comfortable. Each room has a unique design, perfect for couples. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'll definitely come back again!

This feels like the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in for this price. The attention to detail is excellent; even chain hotels often have flimsy slippers, but here, the disposable slippers are made of fleece, just like their towels. They even provide Jing Tian bottled water, and all the disposable cups are individually sealed in bags. The bath towels are also disposable. The whole place is just incredibly clean. I usually avoid using hotel kettles, but I'd trust the one here to be spotless. Plus, the entire room was very clean with no strange smells, and it's super close to the snack street and the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. The quality here far exceeds the price. My friends and I all agreed we'd definitely stay here again.

My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in. I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful! The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

Choosing this hotel for our family trip was the best decision! The kids had an amazing time, and I finally got to relax a bit. 1. **Family-friendly facilities**: The kids' club is huge and spotless, and they even offer a dedicated childcare service. The children's slides at the pool were a huge hit with the little ones. 2. **Thoughtful touches**: During check-in, the front desk staff proactively offered kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes – excellent attention to detail. 3. **Dining**: The kids' section at breakfast was adorable, with cartoon-shaped buns and yogurt melts. Room had a nice balcony which we were not aware of while booking 3. Staff is very helpful. Goes over and beyond to ensure a good stay - helped with bookings, taxi and always ready to answer any questions 4. Breakfast is simple and traditional set. Not a buffet. Wasn't an issue for us since this was a healthy tasty meal 5. Reception staff was available 24*7. Not something expected in a boutique hotel 6. Room heating was very good, like a 5 star hotel

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. The hotel's location is excellent and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Before arriving at the hotel, I called to inquire about some travel tips, and the staff patiently explained everything. I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbance. The biggest surprise was the exceptional front desk service. During check-in, they proactively upgraded our room and thoughtfully recommended local eateries nearby. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with great patience. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
