I booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

Everything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

Guest UserMeets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town.
But the price/performance ratio is really average.
This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.

Guest UserThis is a fine hotel, it's well-situated for the public transport and has some good restaurants around. It works well for both the Grottoes and the centre of Luoyang itself. But I don't understand all the 10 and 9.5 ratings. The rooms were large and the family room was very spacious with some good stuff for the kids to play with. It could have been a little bit cleaner on the whole, and some of the furnishings were a bit lacking, but it was totally fine. Breakfast was fine without being great, and the service was very friendly. No real gym or pool or anything and the rooms are on top of an existing apartment building. Ultimately a good hotel, not great, but did the job well.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent at least another night there. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub.

The hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee.

Our family likes the room very much. The hotel lobby is very childlike and has a bear theme. The children like it very much. The hotel's toiletries are also very good, and there are also special toiletries for children. There are many varieties of breakfast and the ingredients are very fresh. The sound insulation effect of the room is good, but the sound of the air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. It would be better if it could be improved. All in all, it was a very satisfactory stay experience.

Guest UserIn the last business with limited rooms, we had no choice but to rent a tent. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was cheaper than online and there were rooms available. Because it rains, the tent is thrown directly on the ground and cannot be used without a platform. At night, I was forced to take my tent jacket and sleep on the floor in the suite. When I tried to take my own tent items to my room, I was stopped by the waiter! When we checked out, we asked for compensation because we lost a towel and stained a pillowcase! I said we wouldn't steal one of your recycled towels! The waiter said that the towels are disposable and not recycled, so we shouldn't be compensated, right? About the pillowcase. We're only staying for one night. What can I do with your pillowcase? Did you get any lipstick on it? You don’t have any children, so just clean it if it’s dirty! The waiter said that it costs money for us to clean the place and you have to pay the cleaning fee! I'm really impressed. I booked your hotel to watch the Shaolin performance. Don't you know the location and charges of your hotel? It's so unreasonable for such an expensive hotel! No one will steal the used towels that have been recycled and disinfected! Does your hotel charge separately for cleaning bedding? I won't recommend friends to stay there. It's very convenient to take a taxi to see a show without having to stay in this expensive and deceptive place. He looks like he has never seen the world.
