This is arguably the best hotel in Wuhan, no contest. Firstly, it boasts the most beautiful and serene part of East Lake. And during cherry blossom season, East Lake is simply stunning and captivating. Plus, it's a historically significant place where Chairman Mao stayed 48 times, which adds a sense of security. Lastly, the thoughtful and professional service from the staff is truly commendable. I brought my mom here for a trip, and we received welcome fruits, and there's a shuttle service to various locations. You can even book a visit to Chairman Mao's former residence, and they'll drop you off at the exclusive small entrance to the Hubei Provincial Museum, which is incredibly convenient. They also offer luggage storage, so you can explore worry-free. A robot delivers takeout to your room, and taxis can pull up right to the hotel entrance – very convenient! I'll definitely be back.

Wuhan's cherry blossoms are beautiful, but the real surprise of this stay started with Mike at the Ruihua Hotel. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room directly overlooking East Lake. This led to an incredible experience the next morning: watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed! 🌅
I have to say, the quality at Ruihua is consistently excellent, from the Dyson hairdryer and full set of L'Occitane toiletries to the unbeatable lake view outside the window – every detail makes for a comfortable stay. Being right next to Chu River and Han Street also makes getting around incredibly convenient. A big thank you to Mike for making this trip to Wuhan such a wonderful start. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Wuhan!

The hotel has a unique and attractive exterior. There's a breakfast restaurant on the fifth floor where you can enjoy the night view and the buildings across the street – it’s a great spot for photos.
The location is excellent; it's right on Hanyang Street, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Just cross the road and you're at the ferry terminal, where you can take a 1.5 RMB ferry across the river to Hubu Alley and the Yellow Crane Tower.
All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even helped me with my luggage.
As a Huazhu Hotels Group property, the hygiene and facilities are reliably good.
It seems to be the off-season now, so the price was very reasonable. The Ctrip price was even dozens of RMB cheaper than the ** Black Diamond member rate.
I wanted to relax in a hot spring during the National Day holiday, and after doing some research, I finally chose this place. Overall, I would recommend it. The hot spring center has relatively new facilities and many pools. It wasn't too crowded during the holiday, so the experience was quite good. The private hot spring water in the room came out quickly.
The service was excellent. After registration, the front desk gave a brief introduction to the facilities and opening hours and guided us to our accommodation building. When we dined at the barbecue restaurant in the evening, the staff were very friendly, especially one young man who proactively provided ice when we asked and even asked if we needed more during our meal – a big thumbs up!
However, there are a few areas for improvement. First, there was no refrigerator in the room. Second, the walls of the Tianmu Pavilion room had quite a few gray and black stains, making it look a bit dirty. I heard the rooms at Panshan are newer, but we didn't try them this time.
I'll probably bring my family here again when the weather gets colder. If you're looking for value for money, you can actually book a room without a private hot spring; the hot spring center is downstairs, very clean, and has long opening hours.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the entrance of Li Huangpi Road Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and small bars nearby, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Baghazi House. The black and white themed room is very stylish, and the mattress and pillows are excellent – just the right firmness for a comfortable sleep. The room was perfectly quiet, with no noise, probably because it used to be a bank vault with meter-thick floors, haha. The heating inside was great; I could even wear a t-shirt in the evening.
The seventh floor houses the front desk and a riverside bar that's open until 2 AM. I tried one of their special cocktails, and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented!
On the first floor, there's a restaurant where you can enjoy some lovely Hubei dishes.

I was very satisfied with this trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there were many attractions nearby, making the location very convenient. The room facilities were also comprehensive, and the front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. There was also a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a great view of Yingwuzhou Bridge. However, the variety of food at both the dinner buffet and breakfast was quite limited. The 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall' soup, advertised as a pot per person at dinner, felt a bit perfunctory and didn't quite live up to Hilton standards. On the positive side, the service was great, and housekeeping was prompt. It was also convenient to catch a Robotaxi (Luobo Kuaipao) right downstairs, which was an interesting experience.

I have to say that the soup house must be experienced. It has its own small pool, and you can soak it yourself at night and when you wake up early. The public hot spring pool is also very good, and the environment is also good. There are few people at the time we go, and the experience is very good. The service The reception is also very warm and attentive, and I will call in advance. Thanks to the waiter, Aunt Tan Chunming, and the lady at the front desk, the brother who answered the phone, and the brother who put the hot spring water. It made us happy and have a comfortable and relaxing day

This Fairmont hotel offers an excellent stay. The experience was seamless from the pre-arrival communication with the butler a day before, to the smooth check-in process. The room was also great, clean and tidy, and the turndown service was already done when I arrived, making it easy to relax. It's truly a hotel I love staying at whenever I visit Wuhan.

The service from all staff was attentive and professional, with a warm and enthusiastic attitude. The breakfast offered a rich variety and excellent taste. The facilities and equipment were brand new, well-equipped, and of outstanding quality, including an air purifier and oxygen bar egg, making for an excellent user experience. The front desk service was efficient and patient, with quick check-in and detailed answers to questions. The river view was absolutely stunning. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserTrue to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, the service and location are absolutely superb.
The hotel is conveniently located 800 meters from Lihuangpo Road, 700 meters from Bagong Mansion, 1.6km from Jianghan Road, 2km from Shanhaiguan Road Snack Street, and 1.5km from Jiqing Street. Renting a shared bike makes city-walking through the old Hankou district incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The room size is ample, and the large window offers breathtaking panoramic views of the river. Plus, the nearest morning market, packed with delicious food, is just a 5-minute walk away.
GGuest UserThis was our first time bringing the whole family to Wuhan, and we booked a three-bedroom suite. It was perfect! The kids had plenty of space to play, and the elders could rest undisturbed. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Having a separate kitchen and a washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver when traveling with kids. Plus, there were two bathrooms! The hotel staff was incredibly prompt in attending to all our needs, which saved me so much time. 👍 The hotel's amenities were also very convenient. Just downstairs is CapitaLand Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. The night view was also beautiful. Everyone in my family loved the beef noodles at breakfast – they were delicious and flavorful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wuhan! 🥰
AAverxiunafanghuaThe hotel service was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs. The front desk was well-prepared with various essentials, which was a thoughtful and convenient touch. They accommodated our request for a late check-out. The breakfast offered a good variety of options with decent flavors. Being able to see the Yellow Crane Tower from the hotel was a fantastic bonus! The transportation options were plentiful and efficient, making it very convenient. Overall, it's excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite spacious and well-equipped. They even have a self-service printer and computers on the first floor, which is really convenient. It has its own parking lot with charging stations. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, Linlin, was kind enough to upgrade our room for free. The upgraded room was huge and had a fantastic view of the beautiful Yangtze River. Highly recommend!

CCherrie Angeles ( The Philippines )One of my favorite 🤩 hotel in Wuhan China . I celebrated my daughter’s birthday 🎂 . 5-star experience all the way! From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless—great location, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!”
GGuest UserI brought my children with me. The weather is a bit hot. I really want to play in the pool. The water park will only open next month. Xiao Wang at the front desk is very enthusiastic. He sees that we have a lot of things, so he offers to help with it. Xu Cui'e, the aunt in the room, also helps to deliver the water , very timely, the early beef noodles are really delicious, the children in the dinosaur park like it very much, very realistic
NNvdaye692853938The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!
SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
ZZhoutongxuedemeimeixiaozhoutongxueI highly recommend this hotel! The environment is impeccable, with high floors offering expansive views. You can wake up to a stunning sunrise every morning just by opening the curtains. The greenery downstairs is also beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The facilities are comprehensive and practical; the gym equipment is brand new, and the laundry room even has dryers, which is a lifesaver for business travelers. I have complete peace of mind regarding cleanliness; the room is tidied up meticulously every day, with not even a water stain at the bottom of the cups. The service is incredibly thoughtful. Once, I forgot my charger, and the front desk immediately brought one up and asked if I needed any other assistance – it was so heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yichang!
