The rooms have been renovated, and the family room is spacious, tidy, and a hit with the kids. The breakfast was delicious, I especially loved the Zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles) – simple yet all the flavors were outstanding. The hotel's golf cart can take you to the vicinity of the Provincial Museum's South Gate, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose Donghu Hotel again next time I visit Wuhan. Highly recommend!

Everything about the B&B facilities and decorations is very romantic and full of literary and artistic a**osphere. The words ”Heart Lake” and the artistic decorations are very good when you go down the stairs. It's great to visit an art gallery. It's perfect for making tea around the stove on rainy days. It's very pleasant to listen to the rain and drink tea among the mountains and rivers. The large glass windows in the room seem to be in the middle of the lake. Haha, it's very comfortable. If you have enough time, wouldn't it be better to relax here for a few days? Very satisfied and worth staying again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Lihuangpo Road. Step out the main entrance and turn right, and you'll find Bagong Mansion just 50 meters away. Turn left, and Jiangtan Park is a little over 100 meters down the road. Housekeeping was prompt, and the facilities were decent. The room came with a fresh air machine and a mini-fridge, and complimentary bottled water was provided.

Excellent location, right by the ferry terminal and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. It's also convenient for subway travel. The hotel has a very charming Republic of China era, vintage vibe, complete with a cafe and restaurant, and even offers travel photography services. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Wuhan.

The 270-degree river view room offers an unbeatable view. There's no need to splurge on an executive floor; even mid-level floors provide a nice view of the greenery. Watching the light show from 7-10 PM while enjoying a bubble bath is pure bliss! It's super close to Huangpi South Road, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wuhan. The only minor issue is that the riverside road can be a bit congested during peak hours, but booking a taxi in advance easily solves that problem, especially given the hotel's excellent location. The heated pool and 24-hour gym are a lifesaver after indulging in some carbs!

My trip to Wuhan was a perfect end! (Seriously, not an ad, I was just really satisfied with this stay, haha!) The biggest surprise of this trip was this hotel I randomly picked; the service attitude was truly exceptional. We left Changsha at midnight and arrived in Wuhan before 10 AM, and the staff somehow managed to arrange an early check-in for us, which greatly relieved our exhaustion. I also want to say that the environment here is really good, and the attention to detail is excellent. In the morning, our room was quite noisy due to the guests next door, which affected our rest. I casually mentioned it, and the front desk suggested we go out and explore for the afternoon, promising to move us to a quieter room before we returned. I must say, their speed and ability to solve problems are comparable to a five-star hotel!

We chose the right hotel for our trip to Yichang! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by soothing music, which instantly washed away our travel fatigue. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. I especially want to commend Xiao He, the front desk assistant. She was so kind and patient during check-in. She not only provided directions to nearby attractions but also provided helpful weather updates. The service was thoughtful and heartwarming, making our stay a truly memorable one. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yichang! The laundry service was also a welcome addition, adding to the comfort of our trip. Plus, the hotel is super close to the snack street, which is incredibly convenient!

The fruit for breakfast was already rotten, but it was served to customers openly. I have never encountered such a situation. The fried chicken fillet was not cooked, and there was still raw meat in it. I almost got it in my stomach. The heating of the fried food was not turned on at all. I don’t know what it was. Not to save electricity, such food. It feels like a real bullet dodged, not to mention basic hygiene. The coffee and milk were so light that they were almost transparent. Clothes hangers and kitchen utensils were hung on the wall in the exposed stall area. The operation room was a pile of debris with no management at all. After traveling for many years, this breakfast is of rare quality. The key is that it is irresponsible to the guests. In other respects, the reception at the front desk is warm and the service is in place. The coffee machine at the front desk is just a decoration and is not turned on. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The KTV singing next to it at one or two o'clock in the middle of the night is continuous. The windows in the room can be regarded as windowless and there is basically no lighting, leaving a small gap. , considered a window? There are also several layers of screens. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the room facilities are complete, brand new, and smart/easy to use. The room even has an air purifier and an oxygen bar egg, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. The front desk staff are warm and professional, handling check-in efficiently and with great patience and attention to detail. The entire experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place.

The hotel service was excellent. They called me the day before to confirm my arrival time and even added me on WeChat. I needed an extra blanket, and they promptly noted it on WeChat and proactively resolved it before I arrived. During my stay, every staff member was very enthusiastic and responded quickly to guest requests. The hotel's location is great, close to the subway station, and the suite configuration is perfect for a family trip. I was initially worried that the electric water heater wouldn't be able to keep up with five of us showering, but it turned out not to be an issue. The only downside was that the water pressure wasn't very strong, but with all the other advantages, it was an acceptable trade-off.
