The location is fantastic. Downstairs, you'll find Metro Line 1 and several bus routes, and right across the street is the Municipal Committee and Government building. My room faced Tengwang Pavilion, and the distant night view was stunning. The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in and check-out. From February 20th to 24th, the floor attendant servicing room 3115 was incredibly warm and attentive; the room was spotless and even had a smart toilet. Breakfast was great, and I enjoyed Nanchang's signature mixed noodles and pottery pot soup. The dinner menu at the rooftop lounge was better than at the Shangri-La Hefei, and I especially loved the cheese with red wine. 😍

The room had an antique charm and no strange odors. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, which was very thoughtful service. The sound insulation was good, and the street wasn't noisy. The room heated up quickly with no strange noises. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My only suggestion is to add a toilet seat cover; it was too cold. The parking lot was at an acceptable distance, but every single car had trouble exiting. Each one had to contact customer service before they could leave the parking lot.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Due to an unexpected change in my high-speed train schedule, I didn't have time to go back to the hotel to pick up my luggage. Thankfully, the hotel's butler, Xin Xin, promptly helped me by delivering my luggage directly to the high-speed train station. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, tidy, and odor-free. **Facilities:** The bedding was incredibly soft, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hairdryer was a Laifen, which is a nice touch. **Service:** Butler Xin Xin provided warm, thoughtful, and responsive service. **Breakfast:** The breakfast offered a rich variety of Cantonese and Jingdezhen specialty dishes. The hotel's Wangyan Bar has unique cocktails with great flavors, highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Got stuck in traffic, arrived at the hotel quite late. Master Liu Jianfeng was very enthusiastic and gave us some great recommendations. Since it was so late, we decided to eat at the hotel, and to our surprise, dinner was delicious! We practically licked our plates clean. The front desk staff, Yingying and Qiuqiu, were fantastic; they gave us two rooms and even complimentary breakfast. We're so grateful! This was just a stopover hotel, but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Next time we have a chance, we'll definitely make a special trip to Shangrao to explore.

Met up with a few old friends in Yingtan and chose the Hampton by Hilton as our gathering spot. The hotel's location is pretty central; it took about ten minutes by taxi to get to our dinner place in the old city, and there's a convenience store nearby for drinks and snacks. The lobby is spacious, so even with a few friends waiting in the lounge area during check-in, it didn't feel crowded. Our rooms were all on the same floor, and the hygiene was excellent – clean bedding with no strange smells, and the bathroom trash was always emptied promptly. The rooms were also well-ventilated. The service was friendly and efficient; the front desk staff were patient and thorough when processing individual check-ins for multiple people. Our request for a late check-out was kindly accommodated, and room service responded quickly. The facilities perfectly met our needs for a get-together; the sofa area in the room was big enough for three or four of us to sit around and chat, and the TV's screen-mirroring feature made it easy to share travel photos. The flexible breakfast hours were also perfect for our late-riser group. As a choice for a friends' reunion, the hotel provided just the right convenience in terms of space arrangement and time flexibility, making our gathering even more relaxed and enjoyable.

My stay at the Shanshui Hotel was excellent! All the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. My personal butler was especially thoughtful and took excellent care of me throughout. The lobby offered complimentary drinking water and convenient amenities, and we even had warm porridge – so comforting and reassuring! Fresh oranges were thoughtfully placed in the room, adding a refreshing fruity aroma. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to major tourist areas, making sightseeing quick and easy. Both the service and the location were superb; highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel. I only speak English, so all the staff was very patient with me. For any English speakers like me that stay here, just ask for Lily. She is fluent in English and can help you with anything during your stay. Ganzhou is smaller than a city like Shanghai, but I would recommend it if you want to save some money.

Definitely a five-star hotel! This established brand is reliable. It's in a quiet location yet close to the city's attractions, not far from Tengwang Pavilion. Worth staying here again! The hotel management is also excellent, and the staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, and each visit has been consistently great. This time, my room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was, as always, top-notch. I didn't get a chance to try the hotel breakfast this time, but I still vividly remember how impressive and innovative it was during my last stay.
