Well, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

Murti Garden Hotel is absolutely amazing, a definite five-star! It's super easy to get to, just search on navigation and you're there. The huge parking lot means you can park anywhere, which is incredibly convenient for self-driving. The ski shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and since it's the first stop, you're guaranteed a seat. The facilities are great, with an elevator making it super easy to move luggage. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and you can even cast your screen to the TV for some great binge-watching. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, helping with luggage as soon as you arrive, making you feel like family. Breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of cold dishes, hot dishes, and porridges – super satisfying. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful backyard garden and a swing that's incredibly therapeutic, attracting many people for photos. The Ertix River is right next door, offering stunning sunset views in the evening, a sky full of stars at night, and beautiful sunrises in the morning – the scenery is just breathtaking! The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel felt like a resort with a shuttle service to transport guests around. The on-site restaurants were all excellent, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse – I particularly enjoyed dipping the baursak in jam.
The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making for a great experience.
My room was a bit further in and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, so the cleanliness was just okay. The sofa and fabric had a somewhat stale smell.
The most frustrating part of my stay was the loud thumping noise, possibly from the roof or nearby, that would occur whenever the wind blew, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. I eventually called in the early hours, and the staff quickly resolved the issue, allowing me to finally get some rest.

Amier Folk Customs is located in the old city of Yili. Staying at Amier is a great option for those who want to experience the old city's culture and customs. The environment is elegant and spotless, with every chair perfectly placed, making for stunning photos. The young woman there took the initiative to take our photos, and her photography skills are top-notch. The handsome owner upgraded our room for free. It was just the way we wanted it, and we were very satisfied with our stay! Best wishes to Amier!
Environment: A charming small hot spring county. The hotel offers a panoramic view of vast snow-capped mountains, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Facilities: Hot spring tickets were included, but it was essentially a large, noisy public bath with a very average environment and lots of people. The complimentary buffet dinner at the hot spring wasn't very good either. The room was small, and at over 2000 per night, it wasn't great value for money.
Service: The staff were very enthusiastic, and the travel photographers were also very nice.
Restaurant: The hotel restaurant's food was excellent! Highly recommend! The breakfast was also quite unique and special.

The B&B I stayed in this time was attracted by its appearance. I didn’t like the noisy accommodation environment near the scenic spot. I wanted to find a B&B that was not far from the entrance of the scenic spot but was quiet and unique. I drove into the village trail and the countryside There are residential houses on both sides of the path. I occasionally see ethnic minority uncles and aunts enjoying the cool air in front of the courtyard, dogs sleeping on their stomachs, and horses leisurely eating grass on the roadside. It has a unique flavor!
When the car turns a corner, your eyes light up. The pure and soft white color, simple but not simple design, and the use of a large number of curves and lines without losing interest make the design sense and the pure beauty of nature perfectly matched. Being in it is really fascinating. Calm down!
🏡About the room: The furnishings in the room are well thought out, and all the supplies are very detail-oriented. I like the feeling of the lighting in the whole room, which is very warm... Of course, cleanliness is essential, and it really exceeds expectations!
Special mention should be made of the bedding. What I fear the most when traveling is uncomfortable pillows. The pillows here are my favorite. They are soft and hard and of moderate height. They are really comfortable to sleep on. I want to pack the pillows home😆
🏠About service: The ladies at the front desk are very gentle, helping with luggage, delivering fruits, and providing car washing services, which is really nice👍
🏠About food: It is said that the chef can prepare some dishes, and he used to cook in a large restaurant, so the taste is natural. It is full of color, fragrance and taste, and the quantity is large. You can sit in the outdoor courtyard to dine and look at the courtyard. The night view (if you love taking photos, this is a great place to take photos), the gentle breeze, drinking red wine, and the bonfire to add to the fun, it’s really beautiful!
And the breakfast is richer than many boutique B&Bs I’ve stayed in and tastes good. I like the fried dough sticks with Xinjiang milk tea🧋
🏠About the beautiful scenery: The design of the B&B is really eye-catching and suitable for taking pictures, and the terrace on the second floor has a beautiful sunset. When we arrived, we just caught up with the sunset, and the clouds reflected by the sunset were really beautiful! I woke up early in the morning and finished an online meeting under such beautiful scenery. I drank a cup of coffee and was in a daze. Everything I looked at was beautiful, and there was a slightly cool breeze blowing on my face. Not far away was the Nalati Sky Grassland. Everything was just right...

I really loved the guesthouse's location; it's right next to the visitor center, making it super convenient to enter the scenic area. When you're tired of exploring, you can easily come back to the room for a quick rest before heading out again. The guesthouse also has a restaurant where you can order meals, and breakfast is complimentary. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and even a charging station. It's clean and tidy, with an elegant and atmospheric environment!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how neat and clean everything was. The room itself was spacious, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the cleanliness details were perfectly handled. The staff were all warm, polite, and very efficient with check-in and check-out. They were also patient and helpful when answering any questions I had. The public areas were well-maintained and tidy, contributing to a quiet and relaxing atmosphere overall. The value for money exceeded my expectations. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a business trip. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
AAnonymous UserI stayed for three days in total. The first day was in the North Building, which had facilities similar to Motel 168. The downsides were peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, fixed with tape, and a persistent sewer smell. Given the affordable price, I didn't complain much (the attached photo is from the North Building). On the second and third days, I moved to the Main Building. The room was more than 200% more expensive, but the experience was even worse! There was no place to charge my phone by the bed, which was the most intolerable issue (I stayed for over ten days in Xinjiang afterward, and no other hotel had this problem). The air conditioning was practically nonexistent; ventilation relied on opening the window. Breakfast had very limited choices, basically Motel 168 standard. Service was hit-or-miss; I asked the front desk three times if I could get two key cards, and each time they told me to wait, but I never received them. The only upside is its proximity to the ancient city. Honestly, there's not much else to praise.
DDuoduoaichiluobo1. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. A perfect stay!
2. Excellent location, convenient for travel, exceptionally clean, facilities were complete and undamaged. I would definitely stay here again!
3. Beautiful hotel environment, comfortable bedding, attentive front desk service, and a rich and delicious breakfast. Extremely satisfied!
4. Unbeatable value for money, spacious and bright room, impeccably clean, good soundproofing, and a fantastic overall experience!
5. Simple and quick check-in process, friendly staff, clean and odor-free room, and complete facilities. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations!
The lobby is grand, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiaopa and Xiaoyi, are well-trained and responsive, readily addressing any issues I encountered. Their smiles are truly heartwarming. The hotel also offers a wide selection of red and fruit wines, making it a must-see for anyone interested in wine.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel, highly recommended!
WwinweingThe service at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. They even offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is an incredibly thoughtful touch. One night, my child put clothes in the washing machine. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel staff had not only washed them but also taken them out, dried them, neatly folded them, put them in a bag, and clearly labeled it with our room number. This attention to detail saved us so much hassle and was truly reassuring.
All in all, the service at this Atour hotel is genuinely outstanding. Since I was traveling with my parents, they also upgraded our room, which made us feel truly valued and respected, particularly as retired military officers. If we ever return to Turpan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
P.S. Parking is very convenient, and the on-site parking lot is very spacious!
GGuest UserStaying at the White Birch Forest Resort Hotel while visiting Kanas was an amazing experience! The environment is absolutely stunning. You open the window to views of snow-capped mountains and grasslands. The room has a super cozy, log cabin-style decor, and the service was so thoughtful. They helped with our luggage, recommended sightseeing routes, and even gave us coffee and a souvenir. It was fantastic!
GGuest UserClean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! Thats the most i love about travelling around Xinjiang! 10/10 will come again for sure!
GGuest UserI randomly picked this hotel, and to my surprise, it's under Xinjiang Culture and Tourism. It's part of a huge resort with beautiful scenery. The service was good; the guy at the front desk helped carry my luggage to the room. The room facilities were quite new in all aspects, but I'm not sure why it felt a bit stuffy. The room I was assigned had no view outside the window, facing directly onto a residential house's window, which I wasn't too happy about. Luckily, it was just for one night as a stopover. The hotel isn't far from the shuttle bus to the scenic area, but it still takes about ten minutes to walk with luggage. It would be much better if such a large resort had a shuttle service.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)
AAnonymous UserLocation: Right by the Nalati River Valley Grassland, very close to Panlong Valley Trail. Our room even had grassland views from the window.
Facilities: The executive room's hardware was quite new. The room was super spacious, and the bathroom had a three-fixture separation, plus a bathtub. The only downside was that the window in our room couldn't open as the handle was stuck.
Hygiene: The hygiene was pretty good. The linens and tissues were all high quality, and the bathtub even came with a tub liner.
Service: The front desk greeter had an excellent service attitude. As soon as our car stopped, he approached us to ask if we were checking in and helped us with our luggage to the room. We had also contacted the hotel in advance requesting two connecting rooms, and they arranged it for us. However, on the first day, we saw other guests receiving welcome gifts, and I wondered if we didn't get one because we booked using a Ctrip room voucher. When checking out, the front desk lady didn't even ask.
