This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's right next to the monorail but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, just off Kokusai Dori.

This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.
We booked the highest floor with exclusive free flow of drinks from 12 noon to 10 pm. We get priority in service and breakfast was good with many offerings of their local delicacies like seaweed grapes, brown sugar and such.
The private Onsen in our room with the beautiful sea view and the direct view of the landing pad of the airport and the reach of eateries just below the hotel with a 2 minutes drive.
Location was quite central to the places we planned to visit and throughly enjoyed our stay there.
Recommend you pay a little more for the exclusive member deal and will definitely stay there if we visit Okinawa again.

Cleanliness: I rarely give a bad review for cleanliness in Japanese hotels, but there were a couple of issues here.
1. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a piece of plastic trash under the bed that hadn't been cleaned.
2. The bath towel had a black stain.
Aside from the cleanliness, everything else was generally very good. The hotel is quite new, and the quad room was spacious enough. It's also a short walk to Kokusai Dori. The service attitude was good too.

This is a great hotel located near Asahibashi Station. If you're staying for multiple nights, they provide housekeeping service starting from the second day. The room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. It comes with a bathtub, which is wonderful for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. Since I was staying alone in a double room, I felt the space was quite adequate.

Checked in at night, the view was great. The room was spacious and clean. It's about a 15-minute walk from the port. They have self check-in, but no Chinese-speaking staff. Breakfast was available, but we didn't book it.
Very close to the airport, which was really convenient. You can watch the planes take off and land, and the double-glazed doors do a great job of blocking out the noise. The room was very spacious and clean. Since we visited during the off-season, the weather was a bit too cold to use the rooftop pool. Would love to go back again next time.
The location is okay, near to those tourist areas. However, the parking fees is pretty expensive at ¥2,000 / day. And usually I’m not sure why we are not allowed to parking at the too. I have to go all the way down which doesn’t make sense when there’s plenty parking just in-front of the lobby. The staff will stop you there and ask you to go to a further parking.

Would recommend 100%
The hotel is 5 stops away from Naha Airport (no transfer required), eabout a 2 min walk from the Monorail station and about a 4-5 mins to the Naha Bus Terminal (conveniently giving us access to the bus going to the Pokemon Centre in Rycom, Charaumi Aquarium and the American Village) You can bus it to Kokosai-dori but its just an easy 10-15 walk.
There are Izakaya’s around, Family Mart just across and if you want to save on money - Sukiya is only an 8 mins walk.
Check in and check out was super easy. There is a coin laundry on the second floor as well. The room is exactly like the photos. We stayed in a small room but it had everything we needed and it was so clean.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you go to Okinawa!
Could check in really quickly without waiting in line so that was great. There were not that many washing machines, and it was difficult to use them because other guests would not come and collect their own laundry even after the machine had finished running. There was a sign saying that the neglected laundry would be collected after 10 minutes, but there weren't any staff keeping an eye on this anyway, so the warning sign wasn't helpful. Staff also seemed reluctant to provide more tea in the room even though they only have two tea bags every other day for a week-long stay. Even when asked, they would only initially offer one tea bag without asking if more were needed.

Very Good
SSofie LThe hotel had a great location, in between Sesoko island and Motobu Genki Village. Several restaurants and izakayas were in walking proximity, as well as convenience stores and even a bakery. I was in luck and got an apartment on the top floor with a view facing the ocean. The hotel was clean and my room well equipped. There is a breakfast and lunch spot right next door, and there is also a vending machine for various drinks just outside. The manager and the staff were oh so helpful and polite. Good to know - after 20:00 the main entrance is shut, but guests can still access the building through a side door with their room key. Super positive experience!
Ttravel891The usual clean and simple Mr. Kinjo hotel. Not much in the area except a park and seawall.Old local homes and hotels, and airbnbs. Konbini up the street, nearly abandoned mall, and some other restaurants near the highway. Washer in the room and dryer outside is ok. Hot water is hot for summer at 37c minimum. Medium fridge, kitchen, bath, microwave, ac all works good. Toothbrush, paste, shaver still provided. Parking available, but still dedicated motorbike spaces. Building some new hotel or something across the street was sometimes noisy in morning. Biggest problem was the room door every morning about 7>10am would make cracking noise every 10 minutes, like somebody knocking on wall, and wakes you up. Appears the sun (east ) was heating the door making noise until you opened it. Strange. Also no water bottles or machine provided.
CCSY6A Wonderful and Welcoming Stay
I had a fantastic experience at Kaya Resort Kourijima.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were always happy to help with a smile, which made the atmosphere feel very warm and relaxing.
The location is another major plus. It's in a great spot that feels peaceful and is very easy to find, making the journey there hassle-free. It served as a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings.
I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service on Kourijima.
LLittlecyyThe hotel is located more in, but very convenient, there are 2 convenience stores nearby, the room is available for washing 3 very good, however check in is a bit troublesome, to self-service, each time to use the key to open the door downstairs, there is free parking
