Service: The service here is incredible! A huge thank you to the owner! They even came down to pick us up when we arrived. We were able to store our luggage, and they brought it down to the first floor for us when we left! They also helped us with sending packages and more! The owner is just amazing! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! You can see the sea, and the location is excellent! The environment is great too, and it feels very safe. It's located in a building of a larger hotel, making it easy to find and convenient for everything. Most importantly, it's also very clean!

The sea-view room experience this time was absolutely fantastic! The bay window in the room was just the right size; as soon as I drew back the curtains, I could see the azure ocean, and the shimmering waves were incredibly therapeutic. Waking up to the sea breeze in the morning and gazing at the distant sea from the window was so relaxing and pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

After this trip, I will never forget this hotel🏨, and I plan to come here again with friends when I have time. My husband chose the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel is very close to the seaside, just a minute or two walk away. The decoration inside the hotel makes people feel particularly comfortable, with reasonable layout and practical placement of items. It feels like the decoration design is very thoughtful. I heard that there were no vacancies when we booked a suite. The big bed we booked was also very good. This hotel was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this trip. In addition, the breakfast here is also very rich, and the service staff are also very good. I will definitely come again next time. grateful

Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.

The room was newly renovated and looked fantastic. The bedding and towels were spotless. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to Zhongshan Square and Harbor Square, which made it convenient for exploring all the sights. A 24-hour Lawson convenience store located right at the hotel entrance was a great bonus for any shopping needs. The front desk staff were friendly and patient, and the check-in process was very smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. 👍👍

Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian

Coming to Dalian, the best decision I made was choosing The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel! From the moment I stepped out of the car and saw the Bavarian-style castle perched by Xinghai Bay, I knew this trip would be unforgettable. It absolutely deserves a full five-star rating! The location is simply a gift from heaven, nestled on the Lotus Mountain range, overlooking the entire Xinghai Bay. Xinghai Square, Asia's largest, is right outside, and you can walk to the start of Binhai Road. A stroll down the hill leads to Sun Asia Ocean World, making transportation incredibly convenient. The absolute highlight is the panoramic view; from the room, the sky garden, and even the restaurant, you can see the azure sea and the cross-sea bridge. During the day, it's a clear blue sky and ocean; at night, the bridge twinkles with lights. Every photo you take is guaranteed to go viral on social media. There are also adorable deer at the hotel entrance, and feeding them is super therapeutic – you don't even need to travel far to find an Instagrammable spot. The castle guest room experience was exceptional! I decisively chose the deluxe sea-view room. The European palace-style decor is exquisite and elegant, with crystal chandeliers and vintage patterns exuding sophistication. The space is generous and airy. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows bring the magnificent mountain and sea scenery directly into the room. Waking up to the sea breeze in the morning and watching the cross-sea bridge lights twinkle before bed brought immense happiness. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. In the dessert area, the strawberry cheesecake and Black Forest cake were both visually stunning and delicious, making them irresistible. On the fifth floor, the Royal Beer House offers home-brewed German beer paired with authentic German cuisine – it's truly local. And the afternoon tea at the Royal Club on the twentieth floor is utterly romantic, overlooking the sea from the clouds, accompanied by exquisite pastries – time just slows down. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with sincerity evident in every detail! Before check-in, the butler proactively communicated my needs and even helped arrange a room upgrade – super considerate. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making the check-in process highly efficient. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's art appreciation tour and surrounding attractions. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus up and down the hill, solving any walking difficulties, and 24-hour room service is available on call. The housekeeping aunties cleaned meticulously. Families with children have nothing to worry about; the kids' club lets little ones play to their heart's content, and the family-themed rooms are full of childlike fun, instantly fulfilling a child's princess dream. The hotel's facilities are also perfectly appointed. The constant-temperature indoor pool has crystal-clear water, and the fitness center is fully equipped, allowing you to enjoy beautiful views while exercising. Traveling with a friend, this hotel is located at Xinghai Square, and it's a 10-minute walk to the sea, so the location is great. The hotel has a bathhouse on the basement level, and guests receive complimentary tickets. As someone from the south, it was my first time experiencing Northeastern bathhouse culture, and I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Also, the hotel rooms are quite spacious and the temperature was a bit high; I actually sweated at night. Opening the window for ventilation made it more comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian was excellent. The hotel truly exudes genuine warmth and the unique hospitality of Northeast China. Staff were proactive in offering services throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and anything we requested was delivered promptly. Located right by Xinghai Square, the hotel offers incredibly convenient access to everything, and the sea view from the room is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!
