Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! They even upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was really spacious, and the bed was huge. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's amenities. There are supermarkets and snack stalls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around with little ones. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and definitely our top choice for family travel!

Traveling to Wuyishan with my child this time, I specifically chose the Chunbo Hotel. Its location is super convenient, very close to both the South Gate scenic area and Sangu Old Street. The hotel's green environment is also incredibly beautiful. It was just me and my child, so we picked the Quiet Twin Room. The room was spacious, but if you have a larger group, you could opt for a villa, which offers an even more comfortable setting. The hotel restaurant's food was absolutely delicious; I tried breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even the late-night barbecue – perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to venture out for meals! To get to Sangu Old Street, you can go through Gate No. 5 of the hotel, and their shuttle service is available on demand, which is extremely convenient! The swimming pool at the hotel has crystal-clear water, suitable for both adults and children. My stay at Chunbo this time was truly excellent!

The room was more spacious and brighter than I expected, with exquisite decor. The bedding and linens were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep until morning. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The hot water pressure was excellent, and the in-room hot tub experience was fantastic. The view from the window was also very pleasing.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my parents, and it was a wonderful, friendly, and thoughtful experience. We arrived late, but Leo at the front desk (shout-out) gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful. He thoughtfully arranged adjoining rooms for us. While the hotel may not be brand new, the facilities are great value for money, and the rooms are spotless. More importantly, the warm service from the staff really sets this place apart. Another shout-out to the housekeeping lady—she noticed I drink a lot of water (at least 6 bottles a day!) and left extra bottles for me when cleaning the room. That small gesture meant so much! The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options, and the dining area was spacious. The location is also fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the metro, making it super easy to call a cab and visit all the main sights. From the porter to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant team, everyone was fantastic. It was an amazing stay overall!

For our two-night, three-day stay in Quanzhou, we chose the Crowne Plaza Hotel because we were traveling with a child. The day before check-in, a staff member named One called to confirm our reservation and ask about our preferences. As soon as our car pulled up to the hotel entrance, someone came to open the door and help with our luggage. Every time we called a taxi, someone would come to confirm the car number and open the door for us – everyone was very friendly. We arrived quite early in the morning, so we had to wait a bit for our room. Coincidentally, the hotel was holding a sugar painting event that day. A staff member saw I had a child and asked if we wanted to make sugar paintings, which kept the little one from getting bored. The buffet breakfast was incredibly rich, with a variety of freshly squeezed juices, and the noodle paste was delicious. The ingredients were abundant, and they even changed them up on the second day. After breakfast, you could even grab a cup of coffee to go. The hotel also has a gym and a pool. The gym is well-equipped, and my child had a great time in the pool. Room service was also very responsive. Throughout our trip to Quanzhou, all the staff members we encountered at the Crowne Plaza Hotel were friendly and welcoming. It was excellent.

It's also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get to business districts and tourist attractions. Taking a leisurely stroll along the lake is a delightful experience. The cleanliness and hygiene deserve high praise. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, the bedding was clean and soft, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The public areas are consistently well-maintained, with the lobby and corridors looking tidy and spacious, creating an overall refreshing and comfortable ambiance. The staff provided professional and attentive service. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and seamless, and they were polite and discreet. Any requests I had were promptly addressed, and they were never intrusive, maintaining a warm demeanor throughout – truly embodying the standards of a five-star hotel. All the hotel's facilities are well-maintained. The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable, hot water was consistent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The amenities are comprehensive, including a great gym, a poolside area by the lake, and a well-equipped kids' club, catering to both business travelers and families on vacation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Xiamen.
