Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; check-in was quick and efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided complimentary welcome fruit. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, with attention to detail evident everywhere. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! ✨

Huge thanks to the hotel for the complimentary upgrade to an Executive View Room! The room faced Gulangyu Island, offering beautiful scenery every day. Water and toothbrushes were delivered promptly, and the breakfast selection was quite varied. Overall, it was worth the price.
The only complaint is that upon checkout, they deducted an extra 25 RMB from my deposit without notifying me. When I called to ask, they said it was for a refrigerator magnet. I recall the magnet was on the table, not in the mini-bar, and I genuinely thought it was a complimentary gift from the hotel. I checked once I got home, and there was no price indicated on it. Since I had already left, I didn't bother arguing about it further.
The Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, located by the stunning Yundang Lake, receives rave reviews! It boasts breathtaking lake views, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The 'Little Yellow Duck' family room is particularly charming and fun, equipped with a tent and various toys – a real lifesaver for families with kids. The service is attentive and thoughtful, with a 24-hour butler on call. The buffet at the second-floor café is incredibly rich and varied, featuring Da Dong roast duck, freshly steamed seafood, and plump salmon sashimi. The Yue Fu Grand Restaurant offers authentic Cantonese cuisine and dim sum. The hotel's location is also great for families, with Yundang Lake Park and Nanhu Park within walking distance. It's perfect for both business trips and family vacations, with attention to detail that makes it highly recommended!

As a long-time Ctrip user, this was my first time booking and staying at this hotel. While it's an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, the maintenance and management are excellent, especially the cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas. The hotel's location is superb, just minutes away from major attractions in Quanzhou city center, and literally seconds from various parts of Quanzhou Ancient City, including plenty of dining options. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The parking attendants in the courtyard were professional and helpful, assisting self-driving guests with parking. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thorough; they even informed me a day before arrival about directions to the hotel, parking, and upgraded my room. We received complimentary welcome fruits and evening snacks, plus a paper guide to local attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, typical of a five-star hotel breakfast with local specialties. All in all, next time I bring my family to Quanzhou, this hotel is a must-stay.
The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with complete and high-end facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location was convenient for getting around. The overall stay experience was superb, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
Even on a business trip, I got to enjoy beautiful scenery! The Xiangyu Hotel's convenient location with its views of the Jiulong River and garden scenery was truly a balm for the soul. After work, I relaxed in the hot spring to relieve stress, and enjoyed the river view from the balcony. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for both work and rest, making it my top choice for travel. It also provided great photo opportunities! The service was efficient, and the facilities were excellent, suitable for both meetings and leisure. Beauty and quality coexist here. It was raining in Zhangzhou, but my mood was beautiful! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. 👍

Staying at the InterContinental Fuzhou Shimao was an absolute treat, offering incredible value for money. My experience completely exceeded expectations. The friendly and polite gentleman with glasses at the front desk (just to the right) was incredibly welcoming and proactively upgraded my room for free. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The city view was absolutely stunning – what a pleasant surprise! Thank you! The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center. It's within walking distance of Chating Station on Metro Line 1, making it super convenient to get to Fuzhou Station and Fuzhou South Station. Chating Park is also right next door. The hotel's dining options were convenient and high-quality. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Fuzhou!

Clean and beautiful, and the location is great, but honestly, it didn't quite meet my expectations. Maybe it's because I stayed in a standard king room – the view was lovely, but it wasn't as comfortable as a villa, perhaps? I might have had higher expectations for a resort hotel, especially since it's one of the top 50 scenic hotels, so naturally, my standards were a bit higher. The landscaping behind the hotel lobby is beautiful, but other areas were pretty ordinary. I stayed for two nights. On the first day, I went to breakfast late, so the service and food were quite average. Breakfast on the second day was much better, but the taste was still just 'edible but not essential.' I do have to say, the bedding was very comfortable, and the shower gel smelled great. The mini-bar items were also 'edible but not essential,' though they were very generous with the water.

An absolutely fantastic resort! Watermelon's service was incredibly thoughtful and super kid-friendly, especially for families with young children. They proactively helped us with our luggage during check-in. When we mentioned our child gets hot while sleeping, they sent up a children's cooling quilt and a small fan within five minutes. They also offer free rentals for baby cots and sand toys, which saved us a ton of luggage space. The beach was uncrowded with fine sand, and the restaurant had special kids' tableware, bibs, and high chairs. They even prepared low-salt, non-spicy children's meals during regular meal times, so we didn't have to search for suitable restaurants. However, the family rooms are very popular, so it's best to book in advance; we almost couldn't get one. Plus, they offer a complimentary airport transfer service! We went straight to the hotel from the airport! I'd recommend visiting during off-peak seasons!

An absolutely amazing stay, and I have to give a special shout-out to Annie!
My experience at [Hotel Name] was truly a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in until I checked out, I felt completely taken care of. Annie, in particular, deserves a special mention; she was definitely the 'highlight' of my entire stay!
The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was captivated by the ambiance. The spacious area, combined with artistic decorations, and the stunning, cascading crystal art installation overhead, created an atmosphere that was both elegant and inviting. It instantly melted away my travel fatigue. But what really confirmed I'd chosen the right hotel was Annie's service.
During check-in, Annie was incredibly warm and thorough. She not only took the initiative to explain all of the hotel's facilities and local attractions but also thoughtfully reminded me of important details. There was absolutely no perfunctory attitude, and her smile was so infectious, making me feel welcome immediately. Throughout my stay, no matter what I needed – extra toiletries, restaurant recommendations, or even last-minute itinerary adjustments – Annie was always there to respond promptly and resolve any issues efficiently and thoughtfully.
One evening, I wanted a hot drink. After contacting Annie, she not only quickly delivered it but also thoughtfully included some small snacks – talk about attention to detail! Later, I even forgot an item in my room, and Annie helped safely store it and brought it to me in a timely manner. Her dedication and responsibility throughout made me feel completely at ease.
Beyond the service, the hotel's environment itself is incredibly picturesque, with expansive outdoor views against a clear blue sky, and the artistic installations in the lobby are beautifully designed. It's not just a comfortable place to stay, but also perfect for taking photos. However, ultimately, a perfect stay is elevated by thoughtful service, and Annie, with her professionalism and passion, truly made this experience exceptional.
I genuinely recommend everyone to stay at [Hotel Name], and definitely seek out Annie for any assistance. You're guaranteed to receive incredibly warm service! I've already added this hotel and Annie's service to my list of treasured finds, and I'll definitely look for her again on my next visit!

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel was good. It's quite close to the attractions I visited, and transportation is convenient. The breakfast was surprisingly good too, with local specialties like 'Laohua' (a type of noodle soup) and fish balls, which were delicious. The room was clean and well-arranged, and I particularly enjoyed the smart toilet – very comfortable. The hotel service was also excellent; I arrived quite late, and they thoughtfully provided an eye mask and earplugs.

GGuest UserThis is hands down the best hot spring hotel I've stayed at all year! I regret not coming sooner!
✅ Private hot spring perfection: The room comes with its own hot spring tub, so you can soak whenever you want with ultimate privacy. The hot spring water is so smooth, my skin felt amazing after a soak!
✅ Super attentive service: They were incredibly responsive to every request.
✅ Incredibly photogenic: The hotel has such a great design; every corner is a photo opportunity.
Definitely the perfect choice to escape the city hustle and bustle and recharge. Go for it!

In room is very clean, and i dont mind if the shower in bathup like the old money hotel

Thank you hotel and all staff
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right within the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Palace, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, and it has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine, dryer, and vending machine. They even provide laundry detergent in the bathroom, which is a very thoughtful touch. Plus, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating; when I asked for water, they generously gave me two bottles.
GGuest UserPerfect May Day experience! I compared a few hotels and ultimately chose the Intercontinental, and I'm so glad I did! Every detail, from arrival to departure, was handled with care. The room was spacious and very clean. The river view breakfast was a highlight – so much variety and plenty of food choices. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive; the busy May Day crowds didn't diminish the experience at all, haha. The front desk attendant who checked us in even arranged a high-floor room with a fantastic view. I really love Quanzhou and will definitely stay here again next time I visit!
