Traveling with family, and everyone was very satisfied! The hotel is very family-friendly, proactively offering kids' slippers and amenity kits. The room was clean, spacious, and soundproof, so the little ones slept very soundly. The indoor constant-temperature children's water park was a highlight, and the kids had a blast. The Chinese restaurant's dishes were authentic, and the service staff were very kind. Belle at the front desk was thoughtful and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every aspect made us feel right at home. It truly delivered on both quality and service, making it a perfect stay. Highly recommended!
Bringing my family for a vacation in Xiamen, our stay here was luxurious yet incredibly cozy! ✨
• **Prime Location:** Situated in a bustling part of Xiamen, getting around was super easy. Surrounded by shopping areas and attractions, it was convenient to reach popular spots like Gulangyu Island and Xiamen University, while also meeting our family's daily shopping and dining needs.
• **Impeccable Cleanliness:** Both our room and the public areas were spotless. The high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities were clean and exquisite. The attention to detail really showcased German precision, making both the elderly and children feel completely at ease.
• **Exceptional Service:** From the doorman's welcome to room service, the care was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff proactively looked after our family's needs, such as providing children's amenities and arranging luggage handling. We truly felt at home.
• **Excellent Facilities:** The hotel boasts a luxurious pool, a fitness center, and quality restaurants. Some rooms even offer city views. It perfectly catered to both adults looking for relaxation and children wanting to play, making it ideal for a family vacation.
Overall, it's a benchmark for high-end hotels in Xiamen. If you're traveling with family and seeking quality and comfort, I highly recommend it! 👍
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to West Street, the Old City, and Zhongshan Road. The doorman proactively helped with our luggage, and the front desk staff processed check-in quickly. There's a free snack and fruit bar on the floor, and complimentary bottled water in the room. The room itself is quite spacious, and the shower water pressure is good. Room service was also great! My only complaint is that the pillows weren't comfortable. After checking out, a kind staff member helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up! The breakfast was delicious, offering most local specialties. I particularly enjoyed the fish porridge. On the first morning, the breakfast staff were incredibly helpful; seeing we were from out of town, they enthusiastically introduced us to local breakfast dishes. On the second morning, however, when I ordered two portions of satay noodles, the attitude was poor. I saw him prepare two servings, but when it was ready, he only gave me one. Another guest then asked if their order was ready, and he gave my second portion to them, probably because he'd forgotten their order. When I told him I'd ordered two, he rudely told me he was just making it. This was a slightly overweight male chef, about 30 years old. I was very upset, but I decided not to let it ruin my morning. Overall, aside from this particular chef, everything else was good, and I'd recommend staying here!
Pan Pacific Xiamen Hotel exceeded all my expectations – a perfect score experience!
I initially chose this hotel for its concert shuttle service and its proximity to Dongdu Wharf, which would make it convenient for my trip to Gulangyu the next day. I was a bit concerned that a hotel built in 2014 might be showing its age, but all my worries vanished after checking in!
The service was truly impeccable: even though there were only two of us going to the concert, the hotel still arranged a private car for pickup and drop-off, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively opened the car door and handled our luggage. After check-in, they even escorted our bags all the way to the elevator – excellent attention to detail.
The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained; the decor didn't feel outdated at all, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location is superb, offering incredibly easy access to Dongdu Wharf.
Both the value for money and the service are top-notch. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xiamen, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

This hotel truly understands what travelers need! The lobby surprisingly has a tobacco and tea shop, which is super convenient if you want to grab some souvenirs or emergency drinks and cigarettes – no need to run around looking for them. Even more thoughtful, there's a tea station, and the duty manager, Xiao Huang, served me a wonderfully fragrant jasmine tea. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip!
This hotel is located by the Jiulong River, directly across from Zhangzhou Old Town. It offers the charm of the old city while providing a peaceful escape from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's genuine care. The porter brought all our luggage to our room, and Zhang Jingyi at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities. The hotel breakfast, in particular, felt just like home. Cai Chunhua from the Chinese restaurant enthusiastically introduced local delicacies like Shima Wuxiangjuan and Liuao sweet potatoes, patiently bringing each dish to our table. Guests not only get to savor unique local flavors but also learn about the food, making for a truly rewarding experience.

We chose Pullman initially because it's very close to Quanzhou South Station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. Plus, it's about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Luojia Temple and Shili Golden Coast, which are right next to each other, offering magnificent scenery and well worth a visit. The hotel's hardware and decor are quite good, very new, and the price offers good value for money. My biggest fear when staying at a hotel is being disturbed at night and not getting enough sleep, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. From around midnight on the eighth day of the ***** New Year, locals started setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and it continued until well past 1:30 AM on the ninth. I was lying in bed, unable to sleep due to the continuous noise. Later, I heard it was a local custom to celebrate the birthday of the Jade Emperor. We also requested a high floor when checking in, precisely to avoid noise from upstairs guests. Even though we were on the 21st floor in a loft-style room with high ceilings, we could still hear the thudding vibrations from guests walking heavily upstairs and the grating noise of chairs and tables being dragged. I'd suggest the hotel consider installing carpets in the rooms to cushion and reduce floor noise. Additionally, you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, and there's no handheld showerhead. The breakfast selection is varied and tasty, and it wasn't crowded, so we didn't have the issue of not finding a seat like at other hotels.

The hotel environment is great, the bed is clean and tidy, and the pillows are soft and comfortable. The room had tea bags and tea sets, so we wanted to make some tea. We asked the front desk for two more bottles of water, and the cleaning staff quickly brought them to us. Deliveries were also brought up by a robot, which was very fast and convenient! The breakfast selection was extensive, with most dishes being Fuzhou specialties, plus salads, cakes, freshly ground coffee, and fruit.

Traveling during the off-season 🏃 was incredibly comfortable!
This is an old-school state guesthouse, nestled against Dawang Peak, boasting a superb natural environment. The room layout was also very comfortable. The hotel grounds felt extensive enough for a half-day stroll, and a walk up the back hill was quite enjoyable. Plus, there's a cute little dog! 🐶

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

JjennifererererFirst off, the hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's right next to Sangu Street, and the back exit leads directly to the Chongyang Stream promenade. Step out the front door, and you're spoiled for choice with numerous restaurants. The famous taro cake shop is also tucked away in an alley nearby. Getting to both the North and South entrances of Wuyi Mountain is easy – basically, it's convenient for everything.
The hotel has been open for five years, and the facilities are remarkably well-maintained. The moment you walk in, it still feels impressive. The bathroom and shower in the room were clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a dressing table.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. What stood out most were the buggy drivers. Since the hotel requires buggy transfers internally, you encounter different drivers. Some drivers will tell you all about Wuyi Mountain's tea varieties, others will introduce you to the diverse array of small animals on the property. One driver, knowing we were headed to Sangu Street, even went out of his way to drop us off at the furthest South Gate and gave us detailed instructions on how to call a car back – incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The hotel's guest services department proactively asked if we needed assistance and promptly helped resolve any issues.
All in all, I was very satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose Chunbo again on my next trip to Wuyi Mountain.
MM521513****A truly satisfying stay! The staff were all very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. The highlight for me was the hot springs – they were beautiful and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. There were also activities for kids and bamboo rafts to ride. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!
GGuest UserI specifically chose this hotel because of its location. Gulangyu Island is right across the street, so you can enjoy the view and watch the sunset from your room. It's also within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and a short taxi ride to Nanputuo Temple and the Botanical Garden, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was decent. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor is quite good. The housekeeping staff made an effort to fold a small animal out of towels every day and place it in the room, which was a nice touch.
CChor GheeSuperbly located in a quiet leafy neighborhood next to a beautiful lake (good for birdwatching during spring). Very well maintained hotel premise - despite its 3-decade old history - kudos to hotel management. The central atrium is impressive with a nice historical mural, ideal for a delightful afternoon coffee or evening cocktail. Has a 15m open-air pool that is open throughout the year (a rare gem in Xiamen) - sparklingly clean water, refreshingly cool, with nice view of the lake through the pool terrace. Adjacent to hotel is a cosy bar / F&B enclave - offering a variety of foodie options. The on-premise Italian and fusion-Vietnamese restaurants are very popular among locals and tourists alike.
AAprilblossomsGreat hotel with exceptional services.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.
