The environment and scenery are great, and it's close to the beach. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. Puff's service was amazing, and they even upgraded our room type. It's close to the airport and offers free pick-up and drop-off, which was a great experience!

What a waste of a good location, the service was absolutely disgusting, I'm never coming back! I was traveling with my child and had a reservation. We arrived at 1:30 PM, only to be told there were no rooms available and we had to wait. Fine, I'll wait. But when I asked when a room would be ready, they said they didn't know, just 'before 3 PM,' with a totally impatient attitude. Finally, at 3:26 PM, they told me a room was ready... Okay, I swallowed that. But then they insisted I provide my infant child's household registration or ID? My kid has been on planes and high-speed trains without needing an ID, why is it different here? I even endured that. The worst part was the staff member's even more atrocious attitude. She threatened me, saying if I didn't show the child's ID, she'd call the duty manager!! Are you kidding me? Am I here to be threatened by you? I've stayed in 95% of five-star hotels all over the world, and none of them have such unique requirements. If your rules are different, can't you just explain it properly? Why threaten guests???? Why don't you just call the police and accuse me of child trafficking??? What a joke!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the location is excellent. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer an unobstructed view of Yuandang Lake. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodle station. The clear noodle soup mixed with meat sauce was absolutely delicious.

As a long-time Ctrip user, this was my first time booking and staying at this hotel. While it's an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, the maintenance and management are excellent, especially the cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas. The hotel's location is superb, just minutes away from major attractions in Quanzhou city center, and literally seconds from various parts of Quanzhou Ancient City, including plenty of dining options. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The parking attendants in the courtyard were professional and helpful, assisting self-driving guests with parking. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thorough; they even informed me a day before arrival about directions to the hotel, parking, and upgraded my room. We received complimentary welcome fruits and evening snacks, plus a paper guide to local attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, typical of a five-star hotel breakfast with local specialties. All in all, next time I bring my family to Quanzhou, this hotel is a must-stay.

Considering it was May Day, this price was truly excellent! It's located in the Binhai North area, not a heavily touristy spot, but rather a 'rich' neighborhood known mostly to long-term Xiamen residents. There are many cafes and light music bars. It perfectly suited my foreign friend's needs, and the area is full of expats, though admittedly fewer than in previous years. My clients used to specifically request this hotel; I heard it was one of the first in Xiamen to host foreign guests. The hotel's front desk staff all spoke excellent English. The hotel itself had a charming 90s European/American film vibe, which I unfortunately forgot to photograph.

Even on a business trip, I got to enjoy beautiful scenery! The Xiangyu Hotel's convenient location with its views of the Jiulong River and garden scenery was truly a balm for the soul. After work, I relaxed in the hot spring to relieve stress, and enjoyed the river view from the balcony. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for both work and rest, making it my top choice for travel. It also provided great photo opportunities! The service was efficient, and the facilities were excellent, suitable for both meetings and leisure. Beauty and quality coexist here. It was raining in Zhangzhou, but my mood was beautiful! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. 👍

Stayed for a night in Fuzhou on the way back from my holiday. Although it was a bit rushed, Fuzhou was definitely the most comfortable stop on my entire trip. The hotel is very close to the subway station, and tourist attractions are just two stops away. Right across the street there's a Laohua (a local noodle soup dish) restaurant with a really unique flavor. All the hotel staff were great, and the guy who helped with luggage storage was super friendly. I had a late flight, so I picked up my bags in the evening after returning from Sanfang Qixiang, and the subway interchange to the airport is less than 200 meters from the hotel entrance. It's a central location, highly recommended!

Cleanliness: Excellent, everything was very clean, and the bathroom smelled fresh. Ambiance: Even if you don't go to tourist sites, staying at the hotel is perfectly sufficient. There are plenty of entertainment options and the scenery is beautiful. Service: They basically granted every request. Staff would proactively ask if we needed a shuttle or anything else when they saw us. The travel photos turned out great, and they even sent fresh, delicious fruit the next day. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the taste was decent. Overall, the hotel was the most satisfying part of our Wuyishan trip. It's definitely worth staying again.

I randomly picked this hotel for my business trip and it was a pleasant surprise, absolutely no regrets! The overall quality is excellent. The lobby is elegantly designed, and the rooms are simple yet stylish with brand-new, well-maintained facilities. The mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard – perfect for unwinding after a long journey. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and they tasted like homemade, definitely not an afterthought. The staff were polite and attentive, paying close attention to details. It's suitable for business travelers, solo stays, or even family trips. I'll definitely book here again.

I originally chose this hotel because it was close to the concert venue, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I booked a city-view family suite, and surprisingly, the room also had an unbeatable sea view. The hotel breakfast was also beyond expectations – the Chaoshan-style breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the Sichuan-Chongqing pork intestine noodles were unexpectedly delicious. The blueberry bread was also very generously filled and tasted fantastic when toasted, though my appetite was limited! What I particularly loved was the hotel's fantastic support for concert-goers. The shuttle service was also very thoughtful; staff contacted me in advance before check-in to confirm and provided various helpful tips. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Xiamen. Please keep up the great work!
