Hailed as Zhangzhou's top-tier hotel, it's certainly new. However, I can only conclude that perhaps due to a lack of competition, the service here left much to be desired. 1. **Check-in:** The lobby itself is grand, but the overall atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized. Queueing areas, children's play zones, dining sections, and waiting areas were all indiscriminately merged, making the entire lobby feel cluttered. (As depicted in figures 3 and 4, the check-in counter on the left was directly adjacent to the dining area on the right. Guests carrying food and dragging luggage mingled, with children from the play zone running around freely nearby.) 2. **Staff:** Staff were slow to respond, demonstrated a clear lack of service awareness, and the hotel seemed severely understaffed. We were staying in the villa area. During the hottest part of the day (2-3 PM), no shuttle bus was available, and the concierge desk was unstaffed. The path from the lobby to the villa area was a long, unshaded, and scorching walk. The front desk eventually managed to call an usher, but our luggage was left completely unattended. We ended up carrying all our bags ourselves for both trips. (Figure 1) I also specifically noticed the shuttle bus – there was a fallen leaf on the steering wheel, and it stayed there for at least two days, indicating the bus was clearly just for show, remaining stationary. (Figure 2) 3. **Room Key Card Issues:** The first room key card didn't grant access to the main building's floor. The second one failed to unlock our room's floor, and the third attempt still had issues accessing the correct floor. When we reported these problems, not even a basic apology or an 'I'm sorry' was offered. While we can appreciate that the staff might be young, their fundamental understanding of hotel service was exceptionally poor. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing service experience during our entire ten-plus-day trip to Fujian.

My friends and I planned a trip to Wuyi Mountain, and I'd been eyeing this hotel for a while. We booked a package through Trip.com, and right after, a dedicated room butler contacted me. Every butler was incredibly polite and enthusiastic! The shuttle service to and from the rooms was convenient and prompt. The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, and I was surprised by the wide variety of Hanfu costumes available. Plus, the hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning for photos! The photographers were all very professional and passionate. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be back! I'll bring my family next time for a vacation and to breathe in Wuyi Mountain's high-oxygen air!

Quanzhou is wonderful, and Quanzhou Hotel was a significant part of that wonderful experience. First, the hotel's location is superb, making everything from dining to shopping and transportation incredibly convenient. After checking in, we picked up our child from Jinjiang Airport, which was less than an hour's round trip. Nearby attractions like Kaiyuan Temple, West Street, Bell Tower, Confucian Temple, Guan Yu Temple, Qingjing Mosque, and various alleyways are all within a 15-minute walk. The 'Xiaobai Che' (mini-vans that stop on demand) were truly Quanzhou's greatest convenience for travelers and locals alike, allowing us to go out and come back whenever we pleased. We visited our favorite spots multiple times within two days. The hotel's Wenling Hall specializes in authentic Minnan cuisine; the ginger duck, oyster omelet, and fried vinegar pork were all delicious. The peanut soup was simply amazing, and the hotel even offered it for free to guests, though we unfortunately ran out of stomach space. The hotel also provided complimentary exquisite Quanzhou-style dim sum daily. The small garlic twigs were incredibly crispy, much tastier than those bought outside, and neither oily nor sweet. We also loved the colorful souvenir coasters the hotel gave us. Just a few steps from the hotel, we found authentic Quanzhou snacks like Shuimen Guozi Mianxianhu, Wen'a Shuiwan, Bingzhengtang Shihua Gao Siguotang, and Ai'a Shihua Gao Siguotang. And the pickled radish roll with peanuts from Jinyu Lane truly opened up a new world of snack possibilities – this peculiar combination was surprisingly appetizing and delicious! 😄😄 During our two days in Quanzhou, we also enjoyed plenty of taro cakes and olive juice. I have a suggestion: the hotel might as well hide the weighing scales; seeing the scale go straight up is quite disheartening 😔😔. Hotel parking is convenient, and because of its excellent location, there's no need to drive out once you're there. It's also worth mentioning that the room type was excellent. We, a couple with our parents and child (4 adults), stayed very comfortably in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom interconnected suite. It allowed for both independence and easy communication, adding a lot to our warm trip. We will definitely return to Quanzhou in the future and will choose Quanzhou Hotel again.

The hotel's environment is exceptional, and the location is fantastic. It's right above the Chating Station exit for Metro Line 1, making travel incredibly convenient. Across the street, there's a Yonghui supermarket, and nearby you'll find plenty of local bakeries, convenience stores, snack shops, and restaurants. It's about a 10-minute drive to Sanfang Qixiang and Yantai Mountain, and an 18-minute drive to Xianfeng Farmers Market. The hotel service is excellent; staff helped me with my luggage to my room, parking was easy, and the buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, including local Fuzhou snacks available right at the hotel. The facilities are comprehensive, the beds are soft, clean, and comfortable. Choosing the InterContinental Fuzhou Shimao was the smartest decision I made on this trip to Fuzhou.

Went to Xiamen with a friend and chose the Kempinski, a well-established five-star hotel that truly never disappoints. Even though it opened in 2012, both its location and facilities are still excellent. It's right by the river, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, upgrading us from a city view room to a river view room and even giving us a small gift bag with Xiamen local specialties. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel's gym and pool are fantastic, and the swimming coaches and lifeguards are all handsome young men with amazing physiques. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was warm. Overall, it was a great stay.

The location is super convenient. It's not far from Shouxu Park, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old town for local snacks. The room was genuinely spacious and bright; even for the type I booked, it felt very roomy. The bed was plush, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were Shangri-La's own brand, with a refreshing scent, and felt lovely to use. Drawing back the curtains revealed a decent city view, and the sunlight streaming in during the day made the room warm and inviting. Service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly polite. During check-in, the lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and even proactively offered a late check-out (which I didn't end up needing, but it was a very thoughtful gesture). Breakfast offered a rich variety. You absolutely must try the local Putian braised noodles (Lu Mian) and wonton-like dumplings (Bian Shi); the Lu Mian, in particular, had a truly authentic flavor, even better than some small local eateries! Western options like bread, bacon, and yogurt were also available. All ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant environment was clean, and the staff were very diligent in clearing plates, so you never had to wait. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water was very clean and the temperature was just right – kids would definitely love it if you're traveling with family. The gym was well-equipped, making it convenient if you wanted to get a workout in. Additionally, there are hot springs nearby, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Putian for leisure or business, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The room was very spacious, with excellent soundproofing and a beautiful view. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset over the river from the comfort of the sofa. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, enough to try all the local Quanzhou delicacies. The overall stay experience was superb, easily meeting five-star standards. Hotel staff were always on hand to help with luggage upon arrival and departure, which made me feel incredibly well looked after. When I needed a drying rack late at night, the staff promptly brought one to my room. Every staff member I encountered in the lobby greeted me warmly, showcasing their high level of professionalism. The room's toiletries and even the key card were made of wood, giving a sense of luxury while remaining eco-friendly. The tabletop vanity mirror was from Mi Guang, reflecting excellent taste. While the city itself might be ordinary, the hotel is absolutely exceptional, truly living up to InterContinental standards. I certainly hope to stay here again.

As frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel. Staff Service: The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning. Laundry & Amenities: The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan. Room Quality & Layout: We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintained—a crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

Conveniently located in the city. Going to scenic places using taxi is fast and easy. The hotel has many facilities; swimming pool & gym for working out. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to travel far.

優點：1.酒店新，設施新，檔次高，入住沒什麼異味； 2.這個價位這個住宿條件，性價比還是很高的； 3.有帶小朋友，入住送了個小玩偶； 4.有冰箱自帶飲料，咖啡，茶葉，還有4支礦泉水都免費提供，洗髮水、潤髮乳、沐浴露都是全新包裝的。 不足：1.下午2點50到店辦理入住，前台衹給出一間房，另外一間解釋説衞生搞不出來，預計還要1個小時。因為我是提前1周在攜程全款下單預訂2間房，酒店就應該就已付款房間提前清掃並進行保留，而不是客人到了後解釋衞生搞不過來，讓客人等房間。 2.辦理入住時間過長，2間房手續差不多花了快20分鐘，辦理過程中，我還在櫃枱等，來了個客人扔了張房卡進去，前台就給他辦退房拿停車卡什麼的，完全不顧服務順序，太不專業。 3.進房間沒有看到入住歡迎水果，和同層工作人員説了，對方説馬上安排，幾個小時回來還是沒有，最後是打前台電話，才安排送了水果。這個不應該是確認入住，就同步通知送水果嗎，還要聯繫2次才有。 4.衞生間垃圾桶沒有套袋也沒有蓋子，在一個密閉空間，時間長了垃圾桶裏異味沖出來真的很失分~ 5.酒店新裝修的，窗户在側面，衹能開小縫隙，夜間睡覺會有明顯的裝修異味，甲醛、膠水的酸臭味比較重 6.當日室温24.5攝氏度，因為房間不通風，室內悶熱，結果開冷氣衹出常温風，熱出一身汗，但是暖氣又是正常的~ 7.攜程訂房帶自助早餐是加69元/人，由於當時不確定行程安排，沒有選擇早餐，後到店諮詢前台説是要補128元/人，我説攜程訂是69元/人，前台又改口説前台現場訂是80多，我説能按攜程價格給嗎，前台來了句現場訂80多，要不你也可以自己出去體驗下漳州的早餐~當時那個語氣是有點嗆人的，讓人聽起來就很不舒服。 PS：看到很多攜程網友評價，有説收到早餐券，帶小朋友的還升級了房型，遺憾一個都沒趕上~ 總體來説，硬件條件挺好，軟件服務還是要跟上，裝修異味還是要想辦法驅除一下~
