Check in was to slow. Don't know what he's doing. Need to open book to refer how to check in. No other staff available for guidance. First given me a door code with alphabets. When I went up there is no alphabets on the door. Secondly the reception gave me a code which didn't work. Again went down to ask him just to open the door with his key. To my amaze he didn't know where the room is. I can understand he probably new but to let a new person running the whole hotel without a guardian is absolutely absurd.
It is neither a cold hotel nor an overly heavy old house. Here, the breath of history finds balance with the rhythm of contemporary. The elevated space retains the original wooden beams and brick walls, but the walls are painted clean and gray, the furniture is neatly designed in Nordic style, and the log table just finely reconciles the temperature.
Perfect location. If your room faces the street, be prepared for a lot of city noise (trams, sirens, etc.). The bed is super comfortable, and everything is clean. The welcome was incredibly friendly. We grabbed breakfast downstairs at Jumbo City.
Clean and cozy room. The room has air conditioning, and the window opens. In the bathroom, there's soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel. Comfortable bed. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. There's free coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the train station, not far from the city center.
Warm welcome from the receptionist and given a clean, nice room facing The Opera. Location was perfect, near Central Station and the shopping street that take you right to historic centre.
Breakfast selection left a lot to be desired though.
I would still recommend staying here.
Everything was well organized. We arrived too late at the hotel to check in. We used the tablet, which worked well. Our suitcases were already in the room. The receptionist called and emailed us. Perfect 👌🏻
A good budget hotel for one night. Could be cleaner. It's right next to the highway. The curtain is missing and in the closet instead of being fixed. There's no refrigerator or anything like that in the room. The shower and bed were fine.
We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing location, a beautiful hotel, excellent service, a fantastic breakfast, and a stunning room. It's right in the city center, very close to the central station. I would definitely stay at a Hampton hotel again, wherever it may be.

FfurkannehirIt does what it offers in the first place. Clean, organized and simple. Location was close to the city center and I was able to walk everywhere while I was there.
BbabychamBeautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!
SSuper FurryAppartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed.
NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door.
I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

GGuest UserNice location — the cathedral is right in front, with a lovely view, and most of the main points of interest in the city center are within walking distance. The apartment itself is nice, with an oven, WiFi, and several beds. There are also lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and it is not as noisy as some reviews suggested.
That said, there are a few things to improve. Check-in is a bit inconvenient as you have to walk around 17 minutes to get the key — the process could be made less painful for guests. The hot water was not working during my stay, and cleanliness, , was not the strongest point.
