Great
IIanetteOur stay was wonderful and the Easter chocolates for Easter Weekend was a nice personal touch. There were some minor issues (LED lightstrip behind headboard flashing constantly) that was immediately reported when we arrived and fixed within the same hour of our arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was safe (they park and bring out your vehicle when you need it). The only thing (but it wasn't a deal breaker) was the slight damp/mouldy smell in the room, but it's like that everywhere in the area due to the high moisture and humidity in the area. There are however some black mould spots that needs attention, just for the hotel to note - especially on the curtains and in the shower.
Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was good (nice variety daily). Just please note that they do charge ”tourist tax” which wasn't indicated on our booking, Trip.com and the Hotel is responsible to disclose this beforehand.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located. However, for the price, the rooms could use a bit more maintenance and an update. The mattresses and linens also felt a bit worn out and could be more comfortable. There's no need for unnecessary extras, but a renovation is definitely due.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel is right by the sea, but the beach isn't really suitable for swimming due to the cleanliness of the water. To the historical city center it is under half an hour by foot. Here also the boat tours to better beaches depart. A small supermarket for the necessary conveniences is nearby.
The pool of the hostel is well maintained and a nice cool off for hot days. The rooms have a good size and are at a good price. The only thing that confused us was that we did not get new soap after 5 days we got by on very small soap bars.
GGuest UserWhat a little gem! The location was excellent and I even had the girls dorm to myself for 2 days!!
No kichen facilities, but a fridge and a kettle are available. Such friendly staff! Construction going on at present but they are very considerate. The pictures are the view from the balcony of the ladies dorm.
VViniciusThe hotel is a great hostel, a better location, and is located on the metro side and two squares of the beach. Price, services and an excellent location. I will surely return.
6666manfenWalking to the beach for ten minutes, it is actually less than 1,000 meters because there is a slope but the downhill is fast. The nearby residents belong to the poor. There are more motorcycles. There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel. It is safe to swipe credit cards. It is not safe to come out at night, but foreigners go out to play in the middle of the night! The balcony of the room is very good. The roof looks at the sea. The breakfast is rich in fruit. The egg kitchen can be cooked. The price is good! Hygiene can be cleaned every day.

Good
GGuest UserVery small room and no minibar or phone to call reception. 220V sockets so you can't dry your hair. They only have 1 adapter to lend and it was already borrowed. Bad service. Coffee costs 57 reais but there isn't enough variety to charge that price.
GGuest UserVery fun place, not too ”modern” in the sense that it wasn't a soulless expat place for people who don't care about actually learning about more local experiences. Perfectly situated two blocks away from Copacabana. Staff were very friendly.
