A great budget-friendly stay in Zhangye! We had a private twin room. The room was simple but cute, with rather hard Asian-style beds (which was fine for us). It's very central and surrounded by food spots and shops. Loved the traveler vibe here; easy to meet friends. The hostel organizes affordable, well-planned tours, and the English-speaking staff were super helpful. Highly recommend for backpackers!

There is a parking space, there is delicious food downstairs, the room is clean, and there is a beautiful lady at the front desk who speaks very gently and sounds warm!

I have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! The hotel environment is great, the decoration style is simple but stylish, the room environment is clean and tidy, and the room facilities are just right, making people feel very relaxed. We stayed on the 13th floor, with a wide view of the Wanda Mao Shopping Center opposite. The room is equipped with a smart door lock, which is safe, fast and convenient. There are plenty of public parking spaces near the hotel, and the price is relatively reasonable. The facilities in the room are also complete, with drum washing machines and refrigerators, and the details show quality. And the hotel is in a super convenient location, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. Highly recommended!

All the staff were so nice and lovely — they’re definitely the best thing about this place! Unfortunately, I’m not a smoker, so the room wasn’t ideal for me as it had a strong smell of cigarettes. The location is great, and you should definitely check out their Queen Room — it looks amazing!

The hostel is within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. It’s about 15’ by taxi to Mingsha Shan and 30’ or less to Mogao Grottoes. From train station, it’s about 30rmb or 6rmb ride by public bus, although i wouldnt know how close the bus stop is to hostel. Anyone with a big suitcase, please be aware that the hostel is located on the second floor.

This hotel has very courteous staff and a good location near Wuwei museum and bus stops to get to the train station and other points in the city. The room was clean and with a very comfortable bed, we had a window facing the inside of the block so it was quiet at all hours. Much recommended for the price and would definitely stay again.

This place is about 200 meters from Lanzhou Railway Station, opposite the 7 Days Inn. You go in through the 7 Days Inn and take the elevator up. The owner is very nice, and the place is spotless. The rooms are small but have everything you need.

I stayed at this hotel in Zhangye and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean, with a good shower. Laundry is available for a small fee. The host is friendly and very helpful – she even took care of me when I was sick. They offer well-organized local tours at fair prices. The location is convenient, within walking distance to main sites and the vibrant night market, with restaurants and shops nearby, and not far from the train station – just a short ride away. Free quality tea is available all the time. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
