Brilliant hostel and super price. Showers are powerful and warm. The place is very clean. The hosts are lovely people. We were able to wash our clothes here for great price. There was a safe and sheltered place for our bikes. Lots of info on trips in the area. Thanks :)

The hostel is a very particular Japanese style place. Although the first night it was a bit cold, the owner let me move to another room and the tatami room was fantastic, warm and cozy. She is definitely the best part of the hostel; a kind and helpful old lady who runs one of the best hostels I have been to. Moreover, the location is perfect and the bathroom are quite clean, plus the laundry service is free!

Location is great as it is right in the city centre, a stone’s throw away from the night market and loads of shops and restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded to have a window, staff would help me get a taxi and tell the driver where I wanted to go ie to Mogao caves and bus station. Another staff would help me get my laundry done by a third party and placed them in my room when it was delivered. Room had basic necessities ie hot water, working aircon, clean toilet though carpet needs a it of care. Overall very satisfied for the price paid.

My stay at Snow Mountain Inn was truly satisfying. First of all, the location was very convenient. It was close to Labrangsi, making it easy to get around and explore. The proximity to Labrangsi provided beautiful views. The service was friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the staff always greeted me with a smile and handled any requests promptly. The facilities were modern and clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day. As for cleanliness, I was very pleased. Both the room and public areas were kept spotless, and the housekeeping service was regular and thorough. The value for money was excellent. For the price, Snow Mountain Inn offered great facilities and service, making it feel like a very good deal. Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was a wonderful experience, and I would love to return if I visit Labrangsi again.

The hostel is just down the canal a little from the centre of the city, an easy walk. The bus to and from the railway station is less than 500 metres away (ignore what Google maps tells you, they'll take you to a toilet in the wrong direction, use the Trip.com map, and click through to Google maps to get it right). Go a couple of km the other way and you're at the Dunhuang Museum. There is plenty of space downstairs to hang out, they sell a few cold drinks, and might even make coffee - they have the equipment). The rooms are on the second and third floor, no elevator. My room, #304, was quite rustic and not very big, but had a small table and adequate bed. The shower was just far enough away from the toilet that the floor there stayed sort of dry. Air con did struggle a bit with the 40 degree heat.

Position is amazing, because the place itself is magical. About the hotel - i'd say over all ok, even if they don t speak any english, they try to be nice. The room is fine for a short stay - the cleaning is ok, not amazing. The room feels outdated and kinda rusty. In the first day we had to ask for toilet paper (i appreciate though that afterwards they added extra napkins) and some towels are with holes. There is a nice common space like a covered interior courtyard. If you are here for the monastery and dont't expect anything fancy it's a fine place

A very unique Tibetan-style hotel. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and bright. The boss personally helped to carry the luggage. What was particularly touching was that the boss also helped contact the chartered bus driver to the next stop. By the way, he also provided ******* clothes for taking photos. Highly recommended. oh.

Very great for a short stay, highly recommended if you want to stay in the heart of Lanzhou. The room was nice and modern - we got the discount room, and it served us well. The only complaint about was the layout of the room because it was a little cramped ans the room was on a curved corner. The other strange thing was the utility room door which had access in our room, but it was not so obtrusive except for a the sounds of some computer machinery at some points in the day time. The laundry machine was very effective and the projector tv was great.

In addition, the temperature in Lanzhou can reach minus ten degrees Celsius in winter, and the rooms on the second floor are relatively cold even if the air conditioning is turned on. The standard room on the fourth floor is okay. Service: Due to a cold room change in the middle, the original price difference will not be refunded. The airport transfer is okay, but there are not many buses and you have to wait.

I can rest on the first floor, and there is a laundry room. The environment is really good. After going up the elevator, the cleaning lady also helped me find the room. The environment of the room is also very good, and the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, it is very good! I came to Lanzhou to watch Zhang Jie's concert and chose this hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to various attractions and subway stations. There are many restaurants and Lanzhou Beef Noodles around, so eating is very convenient. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. They will greet you proactively when meeting you. They also helped me upgrade my room type for free. Recommended!

The room booked is relatively small, but the window is the road. It is noisy at night. If you have high sleep requirements, be careful. There are two little girls at the front desk. The service attitude was very good, and they helped me contact the chartered bus. Since I had children with me, I had a lot of free time on the west route chartered bus. I visited Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes and Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring. It was a very satisfying trip to Dunhuang.

In the morning, I took soybean milk and fried dough sticks from the Muslim restaurant downstairs to the rooftop to watch the camel team on Mingsha Mountain. It was very beautiful. The room was also very clean.

We had a lovely stay here in a peaceful area close to the sand dunes. The room was bright and clean and comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful. It’s just a short taxi ride to town for dinner and you can even walk to crescent moon lake if you want! Though you shouldn’t in the hot weather.

Upon arrival I found that I had an issue with the room that I had booked, but the staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help sort it out. The location is great, within walking distance to the railroad/bus/airport shuttle bus & night market. Every staff member that I interacted with, whether they spoke english fluently or through a translator, was very friendly, helpful & forthcoming with information. Likewise, the cleaning staff did a good job & was friendly. Highly recommended.
