2-Star Hotels in Jilin, China

For us the selling point was that the Shuili Business Hotel was in close proximity to the Changchun railway station as well as the Metro station. This allowed us easy transport access to the Puppet Manchurian Emperor’s Palace & the Changchun World Sculpture Park. We didn’t mind that the room was just big enough to swing a cat. Nor that the facilities weren’t in prime condition. It was enough that everything was clean & worked fine. And there was a lift to boot. For the price we paid it would have been churlish to nitpick. We were just so astonished that Changchun was so quiet & that there was no pedestrian street to speak of!

It is a Korean-standard inn-class hotel located near Yanji Railway Station, which is currently not in operation. Actually, considering the price, all is forgiven. I feel reassured that it has been registered as a residence for foreigners. The bedding is clean and hot water works well. Hot water and towels are provided upon request from the owner, but bottled water is available for a fee. It's not a problem since you take care of your own toiletries and toilet paper. The lady boss speaks a little Korean. There is some noise from airplanes coming and going from Yanji Airport. Since Yanji Station is no longer in operation, there are no trains to Lidubaekhe, Yongjing, and Songjianghe as before, so you have to use the high-speed train at Yanji West Station, but you can still tour Changbai Mountain on the same day by bus from Yanji Station. Transportation by city bus is convenient and taxis are also convenient. Overall, I give it a good score.

The room was excellent, and the owner provided great service. I especially loved the room's lighting control; I could turn off the overhead lights while lying down and using my phone. It was very clean, and surprisingly, it even had nail clippers and a curling iron! There's also a washing machine and microwave outside. The projector comes with a built-in membership, so you can watch anything you like—I'm very satisfied! The location is absolutely perfect, just a two-step walk to the West Market, and the hotel was very easy to find.

The apartment's location is great, quite close to the Middle East Grand Market and Lou Wai Lou. There are also plenty of small restaurants downstairs, making everything convenient. The room itself is very clean; we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor, which was spotless and really nice.

Excellent stay. Easy to follow instructions to check in. The operator is very fast in her response to queries. Clean and big room. Has elevator, fridge and washing machine and a gas stove too. The only problem i have with this accommodation is, pretty much, the same as in other hotels.....the cigarette smell. Opening windows help. Just wish China will pass a law to ban smoking in enclosed spaces. Despite this setback, I strongly recommend this accommodation.

I give it full marks for everything else, but the last-minute room change was quite frustrating. After getting off the train, taking the subway, and walking, the room I'd booked was sold out. While the change was reasonable, it's important to enjoy the trip in comfort. Considering all factors, wouldn't it have been better to book a room closer to the station? Sorry for the poor service rating.

Staying at GreenTree Inn for a business trip was both efficient and comfortable! The location was convenient, close to my office, saving me commuting time. The room was quiet, not noisy at all, perfect for working and resting. The breakfast selection was rich and well-balanced, a great start to the day. The service was professional and efficient, with a smooth process from check-in to check-out. They even offered business services like printing and copying, which met all my business travel needs. Highly recommend to anyone who frequently travels for work!

Close your eyes and rush to the hotel! The sanitation is super thorough, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is out in seconds. The facilities are complete and new, the WiFi is smooth, the service is intimate and not disturbed, and the business trip is suitable.

The environment, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The only minor drawback was that we had booked a family room online a week in advance and specifically requested a quiet room. However, we ended up with a room right by the elevator, which was incredibly noisy. We couldn't get a good night's sleep for two nights. Paying family room rates only to be situated right next to the elevator was truly frustrating.

The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, the big bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are very user-friendly. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen utensils in the room.
