3-Star Hotels in Kelantan, Malaysia

Tune Hotel, Kota Bharu, was easy to access. The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was no hassle. The room was clean, but more importantly, the air conditioning and water heating system were working well. We could even have hot water at the sink. There were towels, but toiletries were bare minimum. In general, we had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Tune.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Good WiFi connection. Good location. Room sound proofing can be improved, noise from next door came thru connecting door.

The room are clean. Perfect location, 100m walk to kebun sultan food street. Two convenient store nearby. Breakfast are tasty as well. Only one downside, the towel are yellowish and smelly, suggest hotel to replace all towels

Location wise, near to Pasar Siti Khadijah (ehailing). We stay at a double bed room near to lift, convenient as I bring a senior citizen with me. Room space okay not too spacious. Have prayer mat, kiblah direction, shower gel & shampoo (you have to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste), kettle and astro tv with 4-5 channels. Iron & ironboard in each floor. Room not soundproof. Breakfast spread okay (2-3 main dish, tasty). Friendly & good service from front desk. Lift was unique (transparent, pull & push) Pro : easy to get food as pasar malam was just in front of the hotel (7.30pm-10pm) Cons : parking limited, careful when ironing, cleanliness can be improved.

I booked this hotel for my friend who has a duty at Kota Bharu, This hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Near to the Pengkalan Chepa airport. He likes it very much

The room is spacious and bigger than the same category. It is clean with a good in-room amenities, however they don't provide toiletries in the bath room. Check in procedures is very good and fast. The reception is very helpful. Location is also very good, as there are many Banks and restaurant nearby. They even have their own restaurant opposites the hotel.

the room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

Nice apartment and clean. The location is nearby the town especially Kopitiam Kita and Pasar Siti Khadijah. We enjoyed staying here just for one night and satisfied with the facilities provided.
