My stay at Lavande Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortably laid out, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which made for a very restful sleep. The hotel's location is superb, offering great access to transportation and dining options. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'd definitely come back again.

When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

The first time I brought my children to Changchun, I arrived at the hotel in the morning. The front desk service was very good. Someone checked out soon. I immediately cleaned it out for us. I chose this hotel as my wisest choice. I went to Nanhu Park for three days and the hotel was just walking. We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival here, and the complimentary mooncakes were incredibly delicious. We even got to watch fireworks, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. I brought my parents here for a 3-day stay, and the whole family was very satisfied! The guesthouse is a tranquil oasis amidst a lively area, with a small courtyard at the entrance and even the owner's own vegetable garden – it's so cozy and clean. My parents enjoyed having tea and sunbathing there every morning. The owner was incredibly patient, helping us plan a relaxed, unhurried itinerary, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was quiet, charmingly decorated with a unique touch, and very comfortable. All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!

First of all, the location of the hotel is good. It is 5 minutes by taxi from Yanbian University's net red wall. first of all the room is ok, very good view, but you will see like the wall is like scrap or old glued. amenities is there. but what make me feel my safety is not insecure theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel. And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey. than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice and the attitude of the worker there is good, sorry for not directly speaking to you guys about this. its my fault. Please do improve your hotel security . And i ask for a non smoking room, the first thing i enter the first room i was suppose to live, the smell of smoke is strong. than i ask to change to a second room, thank god is better. Thank you hotel receptionist. I appreciate it alot. Please do read what the customer ask for. I want a nonsmoking room. not a room i first entered smell of smoke everywhere. other than that everything is ok location good, bus station just infront of the hotel. 5mins walk to the rrt.
