Staying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway. A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Her knowledge and passion for the area made exploring a delight. Thank you, Rocio, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay at Hotel Andian Dream so special! The rooms are well-cleaned. There is an elevator, so it's no problem to stay on the second floor or higher. We stayed for two nights, and since we left the hotel at 5am on both the second and third days to enter Machu Picchu, they prepared a breakfast box for us every morning instead of breakfast. It was also very filling, with mandarin oranges, bananas, apples, cheese and ham sandwiches, chocolate, and water, so we were able to get plenty of nutrition in the morning. They also left our luggage after we checked out, so we were able to take our time shopping at the nearby market before departing. I'll definitely be back.

Location is very good, only a minute to the MP bus station to MP and 10 minutes to the train station. As the town is small everywhere is within easy reach. Hotel has been renovated so everything is new with clean room and toilet, clean linens and towels. But Internet sucks and gets disconnected EVERY FEW MINUTES and each time you have to go to your settings to refresh otherwise it is a wonderful stay. Also note the room has no heating.

The dom room with bathroom and toilet was well cleaned. Great location, just next to Hot Springs. You can get filtered water free of charge from the bar. However WiFi network was not stable, very slow. Overall, pretty good for a hostel

I'd love to give a good review as the place is cute and the people nice. However, it's imposible to get a good night sleep as everything is old wood and the walls are too thin. You can hear everyone walking and talking from around the hostel at all times and the five days I was there I couldn't sleep at all, even though I had a room by myself. If you value sleeping (which you will in cusco as tours are quite early) I don't recommend the hostel at all.

As many have already commented, the location is a problem because it is on a stone, about 15min away from the central square (raising in faith and asking God for forces to arrive soon). For those who are going to make a trip very early, they have the option of requesting breakfast in advance (very simple). A comfortable bed, clean bathroom with hot water. Cusco's altitude is not for amateurs like me! In short, for the value I paid and for using only the place to sleep, follow a good costXbenefit!

The room is large, spacious and bright, the bathroom is also very large and bright, and it can be locked. I live alone in a large room. It is beautiful and lighter than a single room. Hotel location is very good, 4 minutes walk from the train bus station, very convenient to take the train to the hot water town, 8 minutes walk from the Sun Temple, choose the best time to visit, breakfast, restaurant and rest hall design warm, also arranged Christmas tree 🎄, the door has an electronic lock, easy access, The front desk chefs and health staff are very friendly and answer all questions.

It's great! Especially the location is very good. Climb the long stairs, but the view from there is the best. Breakfast is also included. It was the best time to look at Cusco city while eating breakfast. Access to the city center of Cusco is also outstanding. Good friendly and good service! It's also good to have a cute cat.

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

GGuest UserCleaning lady friendly and helpful. Owners who normally run the place out of town. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to town. Most of the road to plaza is paved. I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserThe location is near the Plaza de Armas and is very convenient to go anywhere. The room was very clean. There is also a travel agency on the first floor. I am very grateful to the proprietress for her help. Came here for Machu Picchu and couldn’t buy tickets online. When I arrived at the store at 5:30 in the afternoon, the proprietress helped me book a bus➕train trip that would leave at 3:30 in the morning. She also asked me to run to the Hotwater Town Visitor Center as soon as I got off the train, because most people came to queue for that train. Those who buy tickets will wait for dozens more people every minute they are late. I bought the classic Line 2 at 8 o'clock the next morning as I wished, and later booked two one-day tours at the boss's house, as well as a bus to Puno in the evening.

DDovolenI took a chance and booked despite the lack of reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bed was cozy with fresh, clean white linens, and the towels were also spotless. The breakfasts were excellent. The place is quiet, safe, and offers a beautiful view. The central square is just a 7-minute walk away. I would like to express special thanks to Isabel for her care and attentiveness. Thank you for the comfort, I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserAmazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
