The man at the reception was very kind. The facilities and services are excellent, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time. The rooms are clean. The showers have hot water. The kitchen is spacious. There is also a video viewing room. Since it is in Cusco, tours will pick you up in front of the hotel. They will also store your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu. It was really good.
The location is a bit hill and it is hard to climb because the altitude is high, but otherwise it is really the best!
The staff were very kind and caring, and when I told them that breakfast would go out early in the morning, they put it in a paper bag so that I could take it in the morning, and the service was solid!
The room was clean and the bath had hot water and amenities such as towels!
Staying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway.
A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests. Her knowledge and passion for the area made exploring a delight.
Thank you, Rocio, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay at Hotel Andian Dream so special! Your dedication to your guests is truly appreciated.
I got a room in the courtyard but it was small and noisy as I could hear every single word of the people chatting in the courtyard. I asked for changing to another room but the hotel was full. At that time, Diego suggested that they had another hotel called ”Ninos Hotel Fierro” nearby and there were few rooms available. After I agreed to have a look at the rooms, he called a taxi and went with me to check the rooms in Fierro. I picked a very nice, quiet room with two beds (one double bed) and the room size is more than double of the previous. There is a also a window towards the big courtyard.
After I was fine to change to stay in Fierro for the night, Diego led me to walk back to Meloc (also showed me the directions) and got a taxi for me to transfer my luggage to Fierro. They didn't charge me any taxi fees and the room price was the same. Fierro is just two blocks away from Meloc and it takes about 5 minutes walk only. Both are about 15 minutes of walk to the main square centre. I had a very pleasant stay and good sleep in Fierro that night.
Thanks Diego for such a wonderful suggestion and service. Though I didn't stay in Meloc eventually I think I should send my compliments here too !! Two thumbs up !!
The location is great. It's next to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable, but the facilities are very good. It's a pity that there is no hair dryer.
It's great!
Especially the location is very good.
Climb the long stairs, but the view from there is the best.
Breakfast is also included. It was the best time to look at Cusco city while eating breakfast.
Access to the city center of Cusco is also outstanding.
Good friendly and good service!
It's also good to have a cute cat.

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

AAnonymous UserThe staff members are friendly when you see them, but two problems I encountered: the intro page of the hotel says it has a 24-hour front desk but it doesn’t! One night I finished drinking with friends and returned to the hotel at 12:25, the main door was locked, I called and knocked for 15 mins and no one replied - worse still I have a 4:30am pick up for Machu Piccu tour the following morning and I couldn’t change my clothes, charge my phone or bring anything with me because they just wouldn’t open the door! I couldn’t book another hotel either because any booking of the day only allows check in at 11am. I ended up sleeping in the sofa of a nearby hotel Prisma Hotel who was fully booked but kindly let me stay a night at their lobby.
Another thing was - the hotel room lock was shady and it became unlocked automatically sometimes.
It’s not somewhere you feel you can trust.
GGuest UserThe location is near the Plaza de Armas and is very convenient to go anywhere. The room was very clean. There is also a travel agency on the first floor. I am very grateful to the proprietress for her help. Came here for Machu Picchu and couldn’t buy tickets online. When I arrived at the store at 5:30 in the afternoon, the proprietress helped me book a bus➕train trip that would leave at 3:30 in the morning. She also asked me to run to the Hotwater Town Visitor Center as soon as I got off the train, because most people came to queue for that train. Those who buy tickets will wait for dozens more people every minute they are late. I bought the classic Line 2 at 8 o'clock the next morning as I wished, and later booked two one-day tours at the boss's house, as well as a bus to Puno in the evening.
GGuest UserAmazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions.
If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again!
We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
GGalewinThe location is pretty far from the main square and you have to walk up the hill to the hotel. All the bars, shops and restaurants are nearby the main square where it takes about 15 minutes to walk down. No car can stop in front of the hotel. So be prepared to walk up the hill and stairs.
But the view from the room is awesome and the surrounding area is lovely. Price is very reasonable for this cute hotel if you don't mind the walking up and down.

AAnitaKuoI stayed at this hotel twice. After checking out on the first day, I went to Hotwater Town to stay for one night before coming back again. We could store our large luggage and only brought one backpack to Hotwater Town. It was great! Most of the service staff are not very good at English, only one of them speaks better English, but they are all warm and friendly, oh! By the way, there is a laundry service here for 10 soles per kilogram, which is very convenient!
