I booked a deluxe room, which had a king size bed, AC, bathtub, shower and 2 lavatories. The room as you can see is spacious for the price range. Also has a small desk near the bed if you're bringing a laptop. The service was outstanding, very friendly staff! The place is right in front of Karol G's restaurant, in provenza and is surrounded by anything you may need, from convenience stores to bars and gift shops! Would book again!!

It's also an Ibis hotel, but Medellin is a little more expensive than Bogota, and the decoration style is exactly the same. The advantage is that it's so quiet here and I had a good rest. The disadvantage is that there is no kettle again.

Excellent place to host, this very easy to reach and within the areas of Medellín is like a quiet area. There are many shops nearby. And the apartment has its kitchenette, fridge and microwave as to make your coffee before you leave. The bed is very comfortable. If I returned I would choose him again

This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

The hotel is very nicely located, the neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is very simple but enough to start the day. If I go back to Medellin I will surely stay here again.

I recommend this hotel if you want to go shopping is all over the center there is all a little out but I'm from Latin America so I'm used to, the facilities are really beautiful, It's an old style and in the nights if it's safe and quiet, clearly if you're looking for the danger yourself is your problem, the bubble doesn't bother me, in fact in the night you can sleep perfectly, give a good deal and breakfast is as they indicate you.

After booking on the platform, the price will increase a lot when you check in at the front desk. 130,000 per night. Their explanation is that the final price is up to them. Speechless, finally chose to wait, a few hours later the lady got off work, and then found a man to check in smoothly. No price increase

AAleja_8888The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands. They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin. The place is very clean. I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

There is only one lift and it takes a long time to get down and rise, there is very friendly staff as there are others who are more serious and not so friendly, they didn't clean me the other day of the room, though it did not affect me because I was very clean since I arrived. I asked for a change of room because the one that they had given me had a view to the inside and when I booked, I said it was view to the mountain, but they resolved me quickly.

GGuest UserGood hotel with some downsides. + Location is amazing + Hotel is pretty + Staff super friendly + Small hotel (~max 10 rooms) +/- good but small breakfast - Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much) - To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel - Some rooms don’t have proper windows

AAna BalcarSparkling clean. Easy access to transportation and also walk arounds if your plan is just go to eat or have a drink. Located above of Laureles area which makes it great to find night plans in a safe area. I highly recommend it, If you ate too sensitive to noises, just ask for a not exterior side, and high floor, it really worked for me. Curious thing, I loved the smell of everything new in there, cuz it’s literally a new Hotel that recently opened in that area 😃 You will not regret your stay; staff were very very nice too :)

GGuest UserThe apartment is perfect! It's spacious enough for three people, and both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The self check-in process was very easy to use, and we felt safe in the building. Overall, the location is excellent: there are great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and gyms nearby. It's a good spot to relax and get around Medellín without being directly in the nightlife areas. Ana & Chris coordinated everything very well and were very kind and flexible during our stay.
