Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were professional and kind, making the service experience excellent. They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The facilities are very new and don't feel old-fashioned; they're the best among hotels in the same price range. I highly recommend experiencing Wuzhou! The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

Guest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five stars go to Wendy, the housekeeper at Nuo'an Yuanjin Hotel!
I've been to Aranya many times, and this stay at Nuo'an Yuanjin exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Wendy's professional and meticulous service.
Before we even arrived, Wendy proactively shared important information about entering the park and luggage transportation arrangements. Knowing we had large luggage, she informed us of the shuttle pick-up and drop-off points in advance. During check-in, she patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and services, clarifying anything we didn't understand.
During our stay, we unexpectedly changed our plans and wanted to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out. Wendy patiently helped us check room availability and offered sound advice. When we wanted to find a quiet walking path in the park, she used her experience to plan a route for us, avoiding crowded areas. She was also very quick to respond to our daily requests for extra bottled water, disposable amenities, etc.
I could tell she was very familiar with the entire Aranya park, having all sorts of information at her fingertips, and communicated with genuine warmth and friendliness. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the hotel overall was quiet and elegant.
When traveling, a reliable and helpful housekeeper can save you countless troubles. Next time I visit Aranya, Nuo'an Yuanjin will be my first choice, and I'll specifically request Wendy as my housekeeper!

QianxiaobaoOverall, my experience was pretty good, but the room had a strong paint smell, like it had just been renovated. It got much better after they brought in an air purifier. Even in Chongli during the summer, it can get a bit warm without air conditioning, but the hotel's service was very responsive. They quickly sent staff to help open the windows for ventilation.
The hotel's dining services weren't great. The dinner buffet was already gone by around 7 PM, and for breakfast, you had to scramble for seats and chairs. The other restaurants inside the hotel also had limited capacity. Thankfully, they were upfront about it, saying, 'We're overwhelmed right now, so dishes will probably take 40-60 minutes to arrive.' I guess it was due to a competition and too many people, as all the surrounding restaurants were also packed.
Parking was very convenient, with both above-ground and underground parking lots available.

Guest UserOur family vacation at Shangri-La Qinhuangdao was incredibly pleasant. The hotel is just a few steps away from Jinmeng Beach, perfect for taking the kids to play in the waves and dig in the sand anytime. The high-floor sea view balcony offers expansive views, and I enjoyed sitting there admiring the seascape during my downtime. The heated swimming pool and children's water play area are well-equipped, making it ideal for families with kids. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were responsive. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. This seaside trip was truly relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Qinhuangdao.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although there was a little episode at the beginning, it was successfully resolved in the end. Special praise to my housekeeper Zhou Shuang, timely communication, timely problem solving, reasonable needs can be met. Let's talk about the room first, you can see the deer and alpaca directly from the room, and you can also go directly to the beach from the back door. There are many places to play in the entire fishing island, because it is very large, and the trip depends on the hotel's free shuttle bus, but it is on call. Besides breakfast, 68 people can be said to be worth the price. Other places to eat can be said to be the normal price of the scenic spot, not black. If you don't want to go out, you can also order a takeaway to the door of the room. Overall it is recommended

ChaojidanAbsolutely loved this room! The view was incredible, and the room itself was spotless. Having a washer-dryer combo was a huge bonus – my dirty competition clothes were perfectly clean afterward. The sunset over the Genting mountains was truly atmospheric. I especially want to commend Mali Jiao; she was so kind and friendly. She handled the check-in process smoothly, thoughtfully recommended the best spots for viewing from the terrace, and patiently answered all my questions about dining. The hotel is nestled in the mountains and wilderness, so even in summer, there's no need to blast the air conditioning; the natural breeze is wonderfully refreshing. The attentive service truly enhanced our romantic trip.

Guest UserI usually stay at one of two hotels when I'm on business in Cangzhou: the Golden Lion Hotel or the Arcadia. The front desk staff, especially Li Huize, provided excellent and thoughtful service, even preparing welcome gifts and drinks.
First, about the room: it was clean, but the facilities were outdated. There wasn't even a USB port in the room, which I suggest the hotel updates.
Next, the service: there was no doorman at the entrance to open the car door or help with luggage upon arrival. The service felt impersonal. This is definitely something the hotel should learn from the Golden Lion Hotel, where the service is much more welcoming and enthusiastic.
Furthermore, the hotel's room service staff were not very warm; they seemed rather aloof. And the hallway had a pervasive musty smell.
Finally, the hotel breakfast: the variety was not as good as the Golden Lion. The ham sausages were not pure meat, but starchy, and the bacon also looked pale and not like pure meat. There were no desserts, and the lamb intestine soup wasn't freshly prepared. When I called for ice to my room, it was brought in a large ramen-style bowl, not an ice bucket. This really felt out of place for a five-star hotel.

Guest UserFrom the moment I checked in until I checked out, the entire experience was delightful. The lobby was grand and spotless, and Manager Bi always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. My room had excellent natural light and a spacious view. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the pillows were comfortable too; I slept soundly until morning. Room service was very prompt; anything I requested usually arrived within ten minutes. Upon checkout, they even proactively asked about my stay, which shows their attention to detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

QueenNatWooThere were good things and bad things for this weekend trip. The bad things did not ruin the trip and we still have a great time. First, the parking here is so horrible. We drove around a few times to find a spot to oark. We couldn’t drive up to check-in. The parking garage was full and asking the guard about where to park he said the lot and garage were at capacity. We arrived well after the checkin time but our room was not ready and were still being cleaned. It took 4 people to check us in but they eventually got it sorted but this was an issue that was not in their control. They made the process very smooth and stored our luggage as we waited in the lobby. They have Starbucks” in the lobby and we waited for the rooms. The rooms were amazing and had that old world few feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the suites were very spacious. We had both a 1 bedroom suite and an executive suite. The breakfast did not live up to expectations they were slow to refill juices and left with a feeling of being mediocre. Steamed buns were soggy. We ordered food from
Delivery and ate dinner out.
