XinbuzaiyanyaThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

Anonymous UserThe overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the room had excellent natural light. The room service staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding quickly to requests with thoughtful and attentive service. The entire room was cleaned meticulously, with corners and bathrooms spotless. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right firmness – very relaxing to lie on, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything. It's my top choice for travel accommodations, and I'll definitely come back again.

Guest UserThis trip to Aranya, I chose the Noark Far & Near, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's truly an ideal choice for a relaxing and therapeutic getaway.
The hotel is located in the serene, Phase 10 area, away from the hustle and bustle of the South Shore. The hotel's shuttle service is on-call, and the park shuttle runs regularly, making it convenient to get to the Chapel, Library, and commercial districts. It perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility.
As a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the deep sleep amenities truly live up to their reputation – full blackout curtains and high-end bedding ensured an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The rooms are equipped with a BOSE speaker and a smart toilet, and the minibar drinks and snacks are complimentary. Every detail exudes quality.
The public areas are designed with a strong artistic flair, and the lobby scent is luxurious. The outdoor pool, gym, and meditation space are all well-appointed, so even if you don't want to go out, you can still have a very comfortable stay within the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food, and the breakfast selection is extensive.
The service was gentle yet discreet. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the shuttle drivers were very thoughtful. Throughout my stay, there was no feeling of awkwardness from excessive service. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again on my next visit to Aranya.

Guest UserThe hotel is nestled between two mountains, offering excellent air quality and breathtaking scenery. The facilities are relatively new, and the overall decor is upscale and elegant. The service is warm and attentive, with staff members at every key location to guide you. The rooms are also very spacious. The only minor drawback is the lack of air conditioning, but it's not needed at all for sleeping at night, and it only gets hot for about two hours at midday, where the fan is sufficient. The bathroom even features a smart toilet, which was a pleasant surprise! Plus, booking through Ctrip also included complimentary access to the recreational center's bathing facilities, which had very comfortable hot tubs and a sauna. Absolutely fantastic! Oh, and there's a McDonald's too!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, perfect for relaxing and taking a stroll. You can easily walk or bike to Qinhuang Alley without needing a car. Location has always been Shangri-La's strong suit, which is why even if the facilities are a bit dated, I still prioritize staying here when I travel. While the facilities are a little old, they are well-maintained. The cleanliness is acceptable. The environment is absolutely wonderful. I even caught a wedding during my two-day stay. Since I was just relaxing anyway, I spent the whole morning watching from the balcony – congratulations to the happy couple! Breakfast was mediocre, crowded and chaotic, and the food was just so-so. The service was okay.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although there was a little episode at the beginning, it was successfully resolved in the end. Special praise to my housekeeper Zhou Shuang, timely communication, timely problem solving, reasonable needs can be met. Let's talk about the room first, you can see the deer and alpaca directly from the room, and you can also go directly to the beach from the back door. There are many places to play in the entire fishing island, because it is very large, and the trip depends on the hotel's free shuttle bus, but it is on call. Besides breakfast, 68 people can be said to be worth the price. Other places to eat can be said to be the normal price of the scenic spot, not black. If you don't want to go out, you can also order a takeaway to the door of the room. Overall it is recommended

mg6665Here's my experience staying at the South Wing Apartments:
The Genting Grand Hotel & North Wing Apartments are pricey, while the South Wing Apartments are moderately priced. Both share facilities like the gym and pool. Check-in and breakfast for the South Wing Apartments are in the South Wing area. Make sure to double-check your booking, as the price difference can be two or three times, and the facilities and services reflect that gap. You need to be prepared for this.
The South Wing Apartments only have a fresh air system for AC, no cooling. It was hot during my stay, and the room felt a bit stuffy. The floor drain had a bad odor, which I had to seal off with a plastic bag filled with water.
Overall, I chose the South Wing Apartments for the reasonable price, so I accepted the other shortcomings. Breakfast was extensive with many Western and Chinese options. The restaurant is semi-basement, crowded, and felt stuffy and hot.

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, and the Train Night Market isn't far either, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. Bella provided wonderful service, proactively communicating and helping me resolve an issue. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. I had a truly comfortable stay.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, but we were very satisfied with all the services during our three-day stay. We arrived around noon and check-in took about ten minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we had an elderly person with mobility issues – all our requests were met. Dining at the hotel's tea restaurant was a pleasant experience; the service was attentive, and the ingredients were fresh. The concierge was very responsive to messages and quick to resolve any issues. After checking out, the hotel even called to ask if we needed assistance in retrieving an item we'd left behind in the room. All in all, our three days were very pleasant.
