I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel! The location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza and across from a park and golf course. The rooms definitely don't feel like they're almost ten years old; they're incredibly well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The service was very thoughtful; our housekeeper, Yuki, contacted us in advance to discuss our needs. Upon arrival, all our requests had been fulfilled, which was very efficient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.
The location is excellent, right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a mini cake. We had lunch at the hotel and later went to the pool, which made my child very happy. For breakfast, there were plenty of dim sum options, but it would be great to add a few more stir-fried dishes. Also, the hotel's pastries are excellent; I tried them for both lunch and breakfast. The staff at the pastry counter were very enthusiastic. The service, cleanliness, and bedding were all great. Finally, I suggest adding a shoehorn to the room.

As foreign travellers, we ran into some difficulties purchasing attraction tickets and bus transfer due to lack of a local phone number. We met David at the concierge and asked if we could get some help to purchase. Without hesitation, he offered to purchase on our behalf and even followed up with the attraction to confirm the arrangement. Thanks to his help, we were able to visit the attraction smoothly the next day without any issues. He made us feel very welcome, and his help left us with a wonderful impression of Handan☺️ Thanks David!
True to its reputation as the first InterContinental hotel in Xingtai, the quality is undeniable. The room was spacious, and the decor followed the brand's signature style. The bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and Rea at the front desk processed our check-in with a smile, very efficiently, and even provided details about breakfast times and location. Any issues we had were met with quick and positive responses. Manager Lucas was also incredibly helpful, assisting us promptly with any travel questions or minor hiccups we encountered, showcasing both professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. These two individuals, in particular, made our stay so enjoyable. I will continue to choose InterContinental Group hotels in the future.
180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.
Arrived on the afternoon of Chinese New Year's Day. Both counters were busy during check-in, but Cathy proactively directed us to the third one. Since we were two adults with two young children, it was a bit of a struggle. Cathy thoughtfully gave the kids small horses to comfort them, which was very sweet. For the rest of our stay, everything perfectly matched our booking requests: a bed rail was installed, and child-friendly toiletries and a toilet seat were provided.
The housekeeping staff never slacked off, even though the kids made quite a mess. Our room was always spotless when we returned.
We'll definitely be back!

The InterContinental is in a great location, right by the lake, and close to the high-speed rail station, Olympic Village, and Thaiwoo Ski Resort, yet far enough away that none of them disturb the peace. Everything is within a five-minute drive, which is super convenient when you're traveling with kids.
The sofa was perfect for our child, who is over 1.3 meters tall. She slept comfortably on it without needing an extra bed.
Kerry was amazing! Not only did she arrange a walk for our 'fat but cute' dog, 'Er Zhu' (which is hilarious, by the way), but she also helped us promptly send back clothes we left behind after check-out. And Anning from 'Hengyi Travel Photography' inside the hotel was fantastic – she delivered photos quickly and edited them beautifully. Five-star ratings for both of them! Other staff members were also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile.
Aside from the breakfast rush on Sunday and the pool being a bit chilly, we were very satisfied overall. We'll definitely be staying here again.

The check-in and checkout process is very quick and simple. I booked through trip.com and the process was seamless. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff courteous and breakfast delicios. It’s my second time staying there. Highly recommend this hotel.

If you're coming to Aranya, and you're not just looking to see the sea or check off the chapel, but rather want to stay somewhere with 'design, quality, and a touch of restrained luxury' – then this place is a solid choice.
It's not one of those 'wow at first sight, but tiring by the second glance'网红 (influencer-style) hotels.
Instead, it's the kind of place that – the longer you stay, the more comfortable you feel; the more you look, the more you like it.
Upon entering, my first thought was: 'This doesn't feel like a hotel; it's more like an exhibition space.' The flowing image installation on the ceiling of the long corridor resembles waves, wind, and even the flow of time. Paired with the cool gray industrial structure and pillars illuminated by warm light – the entire space achieves 'a balance of cool and warm.' It’s not a cold, industrial style, but a design of restraint with warmth.
This design has a great advantage: 👉 it's very appealing and comfortable for extended stays.
The rooms aren't overly designed, but the details are on point: the layout is very logical, and the flow is smooth; the lighting provides that 'just right' ambient glow. Most importantly – the bed is incredibly comfortable. It’s the kind of feeling where you lie down and just know, 'I'm going to sleep well tonight.'
Another pleasant surprise: the snacks are complimentary and quite varied. It's not a perfunctory two bottles of water and two packs of cookies, but genuinely thoughtful. Fruits, drinks, cookies, coconut water 😄
The bar on the first floor isn't large, but it's very refined. The selection of drinks is more extensive than you'd expect. Just order a drink and sit for a while in the evening – that feeling perfectly encapsulates the end of a good day.
Regarding the Anju SPA on the 1.5 floor, I must say: the technique is excellent, truly professional. A crucial tip: try to choose essential oils that are part of the package; adding extra ones isn't really worth it and will cost an additional 58 yuan.
Breakfast isn't lavish, but it's the kind that is: nutritionally balanced and satisfying. No waste, no anxiety. For transportation, I think this is a 'hidden bonus': you can use the shuttle bus to go anywhere in the resort, and you can call a car 24 hours a day. It really feels like you have a car on standby in Aranya. Recommendation: contact your concierge via WeChat 10 minutes in advance for a smoother experience.
A little Easter egg (sometimes the meaning of travel lies in this) – while going upstairs, I bumped into Dong Zijian, who happened to be in Aranya these past few days. In that moment, I suddenly felt: the serendipity of travel is truly fascinating.
To sum it up: this isn't a hotel for 'Instagrammable moments,' but one that will make you slow down once you stay there. If you come to Aranya looking for a bit of 'relaxed vibe,' then this place is definitely worth a night's stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a truly wonderful surprise! The location is top-notch, super convenient for getting around, being so close to both the subway station and major attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a subtle, calming fragrance that instantly helps you relax. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind. She upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully sent up fruit and a sweet soup. Service was very prompt. My room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a selection of pillows at different heights – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, brand-name toiletries, and excellent water pressure from the shower. Breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!
TTangyuxiaonazhaThe service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at.
The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam!
On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

GGuest UserThis was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

MMinajThe environment is amazing, it's a new hotel and really great. The only downside is the lack of service, but it might be because of the May Day holiday rush. If you're looking for a quiet and clean place, this is it. Don't go to the hot spring hotel, it's like a crowded market. The food at Fisher Island has always been pretty bad, hope they can improve that.
GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a family room, which had two double beds and a bunk bed, perfect for a family trip. The biggest advantage, of course, is the ski-in/ski-out access directly to Genting Ski Resort. You can even see Su Yiming's training big air ramp from the restaurant! It's definitely the best hotel in the Genting ski area. You absolutely must book the ski-and-stay package that includes ski passes. On busy weekends, it's also essential to book the one with fast passes, as it makes a huge difference. Honestly, apart from Thaiwoo and Aranya, the hotels in Chongli generally aren't that great. However, Genting has excellent snow and less wind, and Genting Grand Hotel is already the best hotel at Genting Ski Resort.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel offers complimentary snacks, which are convenient to take when you're out and about. It's very close to tourist attractions, and a taxi to Nanchuan Old Street is only about 10 yuan. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Nearby attractions include the museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Nanchuan Old Street, and boat tours, all of which are great. There's also a snack street in the residential complex opposite the hotel. It's a really good hotel with excellent parking and great value for money.
The front office manager is truly available on call, even replying to WeChat messages at midnight. The next day, when Cangzhou's temperature dropped, they proactively contacted me to inform me about the cold weather and advised me to add more layers. This is truly personalized service. Thumbs up! I had a wonderful time during my trip and decided to stay at this hotel last minute, just wanting to stroll along the beach. When checking in, I received a free room upgrade. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – so many delicious options that suited my taste perfectly, like roujiamo, lamb offal soup, and fruit salad. Walking on the beach at night felt incredibly beautiful, as if time stood still in that moment. I could just let go of everything and clear my mind. The only downside was that it wasn't the right season to go into the sea as the water was very cold! I'll definitely visit again when I have the chance!
