Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

Sometimes, a hotel's quality isn't just about one person's opinion; if everyone could be a bit more considerate of guests, InterContinental would probably avoid a lot of problems! The bunk bed mattresses could definitely be softer; they were really firm, but my child still loved them, oh well!

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the north-facing room has a good view, the swimming pool water temperature is just right, the breakfast variety is comprehensive, and the most important thing is that the quality is very high, not at all makeshift, and it is definitely worth the price. The only two shortcomings are that the north-facing room is close to the road, so there will still be a little noise at night, but it does not affect rest, and the second is that the refrigerator in the room is broken. I contacted the front desk and quickly replaced it with a new one. The response was quick and worthy of praise. I will definitely choose Hilton next time I come to Baoding.
