First i come hotel it was about 4 o’clock afternoon i was thinking i will get my room fast because they say check in is 3 o’clock but they left me waiting into 6 o’clock without any information and later they give me other room not what i book in site i was really so disappointed for my first day after long time trip then tomorrow everything is good, except food on hotel was not too much reach and so much expensive, for this we choose go outside to eat , room is good and clean

I return to the pre-reception service. The hotel to a girl, air conditioning. It is a VMC system where they put ice to spread freshness to the VMC pipes. It's not normal that in 2025, we have its type of air conditioning in a so-called five-star hotel, this is the big black point to be settled very quickly. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. It was a respectable hotel not to visit in summer season with the warmth that makes us sure we will come back, but not in summer. I hope that the direction to find a solution in the future to solve their air conditioning problems and pay € 635 for two nights and not have a fresh room under canicule, We are not normal to travel from Lola Tunisia that has started badly we are disappointed.
The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin
