We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. It truly was the perfect spot to witness a stunning sunset, with vibrant colors painting the sky as the day gracefully came to a close.
Monaliza Surf Resort offers the best location having located by the beach, literally. I stayed in Room 3, accomodation for 6 with my family. The room has a balcony which leads to, yes, the beach and the party!
Room is nothing too fancy but leaves enough room for all of us, with 2 bunk beds and a sofa/beds.
New, well kept with nice finishing touches inside. Very close to 100 Islands Gateway and quiet property. Great for couples/traveler’s to get to the Isla da and affordable short term stay.
The place is near the tourist spot. I like how they accommodate guests like us on a short notice. They are easy to approach. Clean room and aircon is working fine and the hot and cold water is functioning aswell. Toiletries are provided and even bottled water for free. Easy to access the main street if your looking for a midnight snack. There's also a nearby food chain and restaurant. The staff is not strict and very approachable. Quiet area and will definitely get the relaxation that you need during evening. Will definitely recommend this and might get back if we go again in Vigan
The service and staff at this establishment go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for. Their accommodating nature truly stands out, making the experience pleasant and stress-free. The food they serve is not only delicious but also prepared with great consideration for individual needs. For instance, they showed remarkable thoughtfulness and support by catering specifically to my child with autism, preparing the only food he feels comfortable eating. This gesture exemplifies their dedication to providing a personalized and compassionate service.
While the facility itself is fairly standard and does not boast luxurious amenities, it is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality that make the stay memorable. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff, coupled with their willingness to go the extra mile, create a truly comforting and inclusive environment. It’s this level of care and commitment that sets them apart and leaves a lasting positive impression.
We are accommodated and well taken care of by the hotel staffs. Our room was clean. The pool was to die for.
We are looking forward to stay at the Proxy Hotel again when we come back in Alaminos.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!
Charming new hotel in Vigan. This hotel was just recently built. Very friendly staff, very helpful. A pleasant stay with true Filipino hospitality. The owners are very accommodating. Take it from me, who have travelled extensively. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

MMia PiIt was an old house turned to be a hotel. It was so relaxing coz there are lots of plants, trees and view of the sea.
They allow us to use the microwave and other utensils. The bed was so soft and room was big.
GGuest UserI was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
GGuest UserThe price is not expensive in the city, the accommodation environment, hygiene and other than the same price of the hotel, service attitude is standardized, it is recommended, although the decoration time is relatively long, but no smell, this is a good advantage.

room is comfortable but needs a lot of improvement. Faucet in the comport room is emprovised and the tiles is a little bit dirty. When you take a shower, the water will leak to the door and the floor outside the comport room will get wet. Free breakfast is a little bit good, you can not choose for what dish you want, they just serve what is available. The only thing I want with this hotel is the location, because it is near to the tourist spot. Near to kabsat and also to jetsam and flotsam.
BBrandon HolleyAbsolutely wonderful. Jenny and Adrian took great care of us. 100 islands is great too (bring pesos!) The resort pool is huge. Food was masarap and service was even better. Maybe my favorite resort ever. Road in is bumpy for a km or so but we'll worth the destination.
GGuest UserThe room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy. When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠
GGuest UserLooks better in the photos than in person. The room smells musty and lighting is dim and minimal. Housekeeping services are by request only. Cable was poor and static until I fixed it. The Hotel is old and antiquated.. The restaurant in the pictures, is closed and no longer exists. The promo photos on the travel booking sites, don't even come close to reality. There's a reason the rooms are cheap! Absolutely no amenities except free Wi-Fi.
JJenny MaeThe place is good. Thank you.
