2-Star Hotels in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

The room smelled great and was very clean and pleasing to the eye. There was a clean King size bed and a big Smart TV. Although, I wish they had left me with more than one towel and extra toilet paper. There was a mini fridge, microwave and Tea kettle which was great to have but they did not provide tea cups, tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would come back again.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are well-equipped, though the beds in the twin room are a bit small, just enough for an adult who is 1.8m tall. It seems most twin rooms in Riyadh hotels have beds this size. There's a large Lulu supermarket just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel, which is super convenient for daily necessities.

The good: 1. The room looks clean, and attitude of staff was okay. 2. Location wise is good with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.  The bad: 1. Booked a room with windows but there is no window or rather it was a ventilation window.  2. Room card doesnt work every day and I had to get the receptionist to renew the room card every day. 3. WiFi is very unstable and slow.  4. Sound proofing is bad, I could literally hear kids shouting in the room at 2-3am.  5. Breakfast is just okay, don’t expect too much.

All Good and nice , clean and comfortable

The hotel is comfortable and feels like your family. The place is well equipped. We, business owners, have always suffered from the high price of their laundry and ironing service. They excelled in this service. The service is excellent and the price is excellent. An abaya washed and ironed for 18 riyals. This is special and they cooperate with the guests. Also, their restaurant section has an excellent chef and good variety. Their staff is excellent and their morals are very high. The variety of modern spaces, the lobby and the rooftop garden make you feel like you are in the middle of Riyadh in a very beautiful way. A unique experience and the location is excellent. Close to the metro, close to the markets, close to Starbucks and close to the most important government departments. Thank you, Trip. My experience with all your choices was successful 👌❤️

Elegant, beautiful and comfortable The noise from the street is a bit annoying There is no driveway at the hotel gate so you need to park on the main street and ask the worker to put it in the parking lot of the neighboring hotel The reception and hospitality are beautiful in the lobby The staff are cooperative and cheerful

There are not many choices for breakfast and the dining area is relatively small. The hotel is old and the rooms are old, but the underground location is convenient for visiting guests. The hotel's sanitation service is also timely.
