The hotel is located next to a mosque, which makes for a good landmark. The surrounding area is like a small park with lawns, so you need to look for the main entrance. The interior is very nice, and everyone was great. The cleaning staff were particularly excellent.

Hotels in Riyadh were all quite expensive, so I stayed here. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, there's a shopping mall nearby, and restaurants are just around the corner. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the bed and power outlets.

The staff were friendly and nice. However they were disorganized and couldn't find my booking for ages. In the breakfast they kept coming to check over and over again and I had to show them my app that the breakfast has been paid for which was humiliating. They did this to another guest as well. The breakfast itself was excellent. The room card won't work and was a massive inconvenience but the terrible thing was extreme noise from the surrounding construction. I won't go back for a few years until all the work is complete. Room and bed size was tiny but I didn't mind as I was solo traveling.

The hotel is located in a residential area, and the surrounding environment is average. There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.

The apartment is large and with small kitchen and living. The bathroom is not very new but well furnished. Wi-Fi does not always work in the bedroom. At half an hour or less of car from the airport, with Uber the taxi prices are convenient.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The whole place has a very nice smell, which makes it feel clean and pleasant. The service was perfect, and the staff handled everything smoothly from the beginning to the checkout. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is convenient, the subway station is 5 minutes away, the facilities are old and the shower place is as inconvenient as the toilet, but the price is reasonable to include breakfast, and the single living is still considered.

Reception and check in is fantastic. Didn't find a towel, but fortunately I had mine with me so I didn't bother to ask whether it's a mistake or intended. Room is comfortable and clean. For my visit location was good.

It was a good stay, the room is clean with two big windows, the hotel has a 24/7 cafe. The breakfast is really good.
