Great hostel with a good location. Many amenities and a large kitchen. Close to the metro station and a Lulu Hypermarket where you can find a large variety of ready-made food at an affordable price. Clean rooms and many common areas as well as a roof. A good joice for Riyadh. Cons Although cleaning is done daily, the bathroom trashcan is constantly overflowing with dirty tissue. Apart from that, good cleaning service

يحتاج إلى تجديد و ترميم بكامل لفندق و يطلق بأصح (شقة) و يوجد روائح كريهة جداً مزعجة داخل غرفه وهي (مجاري) اعزكم الله ، لم استطع نوم جيداً.

The location is excellent and close to services. There is private parking at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are well-equipped, though the beds in the twin room are a bit small, just enough for an adult who is 1.8m tall. It seems most twin rooms in Riyadh hotels have beds this size. There's a large Lulu supermarket just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel, which is super convenient for daily necessities.

I encountered two issues during my stay: 1. My reservation didn’t show up in their system upon arrival, and I had to wait an hour for them to resolve the issue. 2. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room until I requested it four times. Aside from these problems, it’s a good hotel overall.

Old and tired hotel Staff not happy and no smile no greeting The room is big but lack of design We want a working toilet but it was a bit problematic as they don’t have shower partition water just flooded out everywhere We needed to open the drain cover to drain out the water to save that from flooding the room

Elegant, beautiful and comfortable The noise from the street is a bit annoying There is no driveway at the hotel gate so you need to park on the main street and ask the worker to put it in the parking lot of the neighboring hotel The reception and hospitality are beautiful in the lobby The staff are cooperative and cheerful

There are not many choices for breakfast and the dining area is relatively small. The hotel is old and the rooms are old, but the underground location is convenient for visiting guests. The hotel's sanitation service is also timely.
