Amazing place

A great accommodation experience. Because we are traveling as a family, there are 12 people in total. We booked 3 badrooms and **adroom for 3 nights. The great thing about Four Seasons is that the 3 rooms are actually 3 villas + 1 common large living room + a medium-sized room. Heated swimming pool, each resident has his own private space. Although they live together, they will not interfere with each other. The entire Four Seasons Resort campus covers a large area. When entering and exiting the room, moving around the park is called buggy or riding a bicycle. It provides many facilities (website) Stadium, badminton court, pool room, gym, children's play area) If you are traveling with a family, it is recommended to book a 2 or 3-bedroom room. The butler also provides many considerate services.

The Four Seasons in Hoi An is the most anticipated hotel on this trip. When you leave the airport, there will be hotel staff holding a sign to pick you up. A special car will be sent to the hotel, and there is Wi-Fi on the car. After check-in, the housekeeper will introduce the hotel facilities and activities in detail, including recommendations for restaurants in Hoi An Ancient Town, and will try his best to meet any reasonable requests. The room is cleaned almost every time after going out. The swimming pool is very big and you can really swim in it. It is also very photogenic. The spa technique is very comfortable, and you can enjoy the feeling of riding a bicycle and walking under the coconut trees. The only regret is that the dinner service at La Sen was a little slow, but it tasted good. Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Best places to stay in Da Nang everything is just perfect The direct worms are so kind, and they do a lottery for marine activities in front of the sea. A place I would definitely come back to The rice stays so delicious too haha

The hotel recommended by a friend made a special change to the Vietnam itinerary. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, it was a worthwhile trip. The hotel has complete internal facilities, the kind that won’t get tired of staying for 4 days, full marks💯

30 minutes from Da Nang Airport Beautiful resort both day and night friendly staff The food is so delicious that I usually eat 2 meals a day, but 3 meals a day. The bed is comfortable and I sleep well Activities in the resort are good There are 3 pools so it's not crowded good to ride a bike I rested so well that I never went out during my stay at the resort (I haven't been to Hoi An Old Town before; there is a free roundtrip shuttle from the resort to the Old Town)

I have worked in luxury hospitality for 35 years and can count less than a handful of experiences that were as enjoyable and well executed. The staff is exceptional, the rooms in tip top condition for the age of the hotels and all restaurants were excellent. Choose a Hilltop Pool Villa. You won’t regret the mild premium over a regular room.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort the villa was beautiful and so big , we had an upgrade to a beach villa , thank you 😊, the staff were wonderful and polite and very attentive, the breakfast was fabulous, our butler tong was so helpful he was great , thank you four seasons for a delightful stay

Amazing and our villa was top notch. We highly recommend for couples. Our hospitality attendant was fabulous. We loved everything about our stay here. Going to Hoi A was so much fun to shop and get lost in the streets. Highly recommend the private cooking class as well.

Our first time in Vietnam. We booked a short getaway and stayed at Four Seasons for five nights. We had a pool villa on the high side of the resort which was not right on the beach so it was more private. The complimentary bikes made it easy to get around the resort. We were met at Danang airport by the resort limo and after a 30min drive to the resort we were greeted by the manager and our wonderful butler Ngân who took us to our villa and showed us around. The check-in procedure was effortless. The villa had separate living and sleeping pavilions and our own private infinity edged pool. Service was incredibly attentive, genuine and friendly. At all times we felt we were in good hands. It seemed like all staff knew our names (kudos for that). Breakfast was excellent. We had drinks by the beach, lunch a few times and dinner a couple of times at the French/Vietnamese restaurant. Otherwise we went into Hoi An for day trips which was catered for by a resort shuttle bus or a short 15min taxi ride. Also had the best deep tissue massage at the immaculate spa/wellness centre. Loved it so much and was sad to leave. Looking forward to visiting again. We really loved our stay

This is definitely the best hotels in Hoi An, possibly even all of Vietnam. Escape the lively buzz of life and exhale at this be Resort. Villas are comfortable and dreamy. Spread out over multiple acres, it was great riding the villa assigned bicycles all over the property, to the restaurants, spa, gym, etc. amazing market tour and cooking class and the best massage ever. Service was tip top with staff going above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience ever. Linh, Thuy, Nam, Toi, Lanh, Lian, Gnoc, Marco and Michael….Thank you
