Our stay was excellent because the room was so clean and organized. The room comes with free toothbrush, soap, even shampoo and conditioner with two clean towels. I love the hot shower and clean cr with washing machine. I didn’t expect that the pool has free access and I did enjoy swimming!! Will definitely go back here.

My recent stay at the property was extremely disappointing and troublesome. During my stay, the electricity was cut from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and there was no proper communication from either the management or the owner regarding this. Thankfully, Trip.com assisted me in handling the issue, but the coordination from the property itself was very poor.
Each room seems to be in a different condition. Although the room I stayed in this time was slightly better than the one I had previously, the overall experience still did not match the price I paid.
I stayed for 7 nights because I had personally disinfected the entire room and preferred to remain there. However, I was still forced to change rooms, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
What was most unacceptable was the number of cockroaches in the room, despite being on the 23rd floor. I have no idea how they appeared. But bed sheet and pillows are acceptable in the room.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hot shower was definitely a plus after a long day. Although the hotel doesn’t have a bidet or an elevator, the overall experience was still worth the price. It’s a good option if you’re looking for comfort and value without breaking the budget.

We had a wonderful stay at Shore Residence. Our booking was smooth and hassle-free. We enjoyed watching the concert nearby, which was a great experience. The location is very accessible, especially since it's close to MOA—perfect for those who love to walk around and explore. The walkable distance to key attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out took a while. The staff were friendly and helpful. The showerhead in my room was dirty, so I cleaned it myself. The mini-fridge was unplugged, and I had to move it myself to plug it in.

Good hotel with a clean place. The agent was approachable. It's walkable to the embassy and there's a lot place to eat. Also there's a floor you can relax and wait upon check out or waiting for check in. Not gonna gatekeeper, it's on 8th floor

GGuest UserThe room was almost clean, except for old underwear under the bed. There was a chair on the balcony that collapsed under me the first second I sat on it – luckily, I caught myself. Check-in was late, so I had to wait for an assistant. The bedding seemed clean, but it was well-worn. The sea view from the window was exactly as described. Check-out was more difficult than check-in; I sat at the reception for over 3 hours waiting for my deposit refund. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, as my internet ran out. In short, I didn't wait any longer and went into town to try and pay for internet, but that's another story. Later, when I got connected, I called a hotel employee and it turned out they had lost track of me. They refunded my deposit via transfer to a third-party card, for which I'm very grateful. Photos are attached.

The Studio 18 Residences in Pasig is a solid contender that mostly succeeds, offering excellent value for money, but falls just shy of a perfect 10 due to some small, yet noticeable, inconsistencies in the facility and experience. This is a dependable choice—a true 7 out of 10.
The Good: Location and Service Are Top-Tier
The biggest strength of Studio 18 is its location. It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center.
The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay.
The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks.
Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10)
The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete.
* Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss.
* Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day.
* Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient.
Verdict:
If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. GGuest UserI originally booked a superior king room, but got upgraded for free to a one-bedroom suite. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean. This was my second time staying in this hotel, and services have improved compared with my previous experience. Minor downside is that hotel parking is limited, but there’s available open space parking across the hotel.

Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country

Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME
(Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late .
I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

We really loved the interior of the unit we were in. Only the sink in the bathroom was licking, but other than that, we’d like to stay here for a longer time soon.
