Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel covers a large area, the environment is very beautiful, and the layout is obvious. The housekeeper will contact us in advance and provide pick-up and drop-off services. Since we went from another hotel, they also sent a car to pick us up at the other hotel. Someone helped with the luggage. While waiting in the hotel lobby, there was pink cactus water. It was the first time I saw it. It tasted good. There was also a large bucket of sunscreen to apply. It was so thoughtful. After the housekeeper took us into the room, he also introduced the room facilities and gave a bag of souvenirs. They were all very practical things! It was so thoughtful! Afternoon tea was served to us not long after we moved in. It was delicate and delicious cakes, as well as small drinks with unique flavors. The hotel also provides electric car rental services. Electric cars are essential for traveling on Weizhou Island. The hotel also has a sea area that they manage, which is very chill. You can swing on the swings or lie down to watch the sea quietly. The sense of relaxation is maximized. The housekeeper will also provide travel guides and send weather reminders. There are also evening stews that can be delivered to the room in the evening. The cassava soup is also very delicious. There are also a variety of breakfast choices, which are rich and delicious. I didn’t finish my meal even though I was full, hahaha. The front desk also provides medicines. Maybe it was too hot and I felt a little dizzy. The lady at the front desk found out and brought me Huoxiang Zhengqi water and glucose to relieve my symptoms. She also sent us to the car. I didn’t even have to carry my luggage myself. It was really a blessing. It deserves to be the ceiling hotel on the island, hahaha. I will come again next time!

I accidentally booked the wrong date online (the 29th), but thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel's customer service teams helped me switch to the correct date at 1 AM. I'm incredibly grateful! I've always vacationed in Sanya before. A long time ago, I visited Fangchenggang and had a terrible experience with its dark, dirty sea. This time, with only a three-day break, I decided to try Beihai, and to my absolute surprise, the hotel's service was fantastic! The staff greeted everyone with a smile, and the hotel was clearly well-staffed. Free bottled mineral water was always available for guests. In Sanya, you usually only get water in your room and have to pay extra for juices or coconut water elsewhere, so this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The only minor drawback was the absence of a private beach, unlike Sanya, but everything else was superb. The 378 yuan double package included a generous amount of seafood, which would be absolutely impossible to find at that price in Sanya. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake on the 28th, which thrilled them! The hotel truly embodied a 'home away from home' and customer-centric service philosophy, making our stay unforgettable and thoroughly satisfying. I'll definitely be returning for this amazing service!

Xiaolin in the business negotiation room is very friendly and answered our questions politely and sincerely throughout the whole process. After returning from Weizhou Island, it was a hassle to pick up my large luggage from the hotel with the baggage claim ticket and then take it to the ferry. The hotel service was excellent; they stored my big luggage for 4 days, which was a huge help. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a total of 10 days and took a trip to Weizhou Island – truly the best of both wellness and travel.

The room as a whole is OK, I chose the big bed room with sea view, the sofa is a bit old, after all, the hotel is on the seaside, I don’t know that there are mosquitoes when I open the window, and I dare not open the window later. The curtains can be opened to see the sunrise in the sea. The sunrise is very beautiful. I stayed for two nights. I watched the sunset on the night of the stay, and I saw the sunrise on the two mornings. The hotel and the Saville Hotel share a beach with the same building. It is cost-effective. It is very convenient to go to Bailang Beach, Baisha Bay and strange rock beach. The customer service is also okay. I see that the room is not equipped with disposable slippers. Call the front desk. It was delivered immediately, and it was quiet at night. It would be better if there was breakfast.

Our room was a sea-view room with a fantastic view. It was also very spacious. Although the hotel seems to be an older property (judging by its age), it's exceptionally well-maintained and spotless; the interiors don't feel dated at all. The pool was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved it. The restaurant was decent. My only minor gripe was the limited on-site activities, and they didn't organize any low-tide beachcombing trips (赶海).

The hotel is large and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view over the sea. There is a small beach downstairs from the hotel and the old street is around 15 minutes walk away. However, there aren't that many restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was great as we're the gym and swimming pool. Big thankyou to Lincoln who really went out of his way to help on my stay and even assisted in booking tickets.
