Beach Hotels in Guangxi, China

No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.

The room facilities are relatively new and very comfortable. It's very close to the beach, just a step outside. During the Spring Festival, there were different performance activities every day, which added to the festive atmosphere. The soft play area is free, and the best part is the free craft activities for children, which my child loved and went to almost every day. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich.

The hotel is very clean and has a great environment. It's within walking distance of Silver Beach and Chao Diao Square, and nearby restaurants and Wanda Plaza are also very convenient. The front desk service was excellent, with a smile, patience, and courtesy. Any questions were quickly addressed. The room was spacious and clean, with two sinks, a smart toilet, and a wide variety of breakfast options. A wider selection would have been even better. The hotel also has a laundry room and an outdoor seating area, which was a nice touch. Cookies and candies are also available in the lobby. The infinity pool is beautiful and the water is clean. I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay here again.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler. Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included. On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation.

We had a room on the 30th floor. They initially gave us a different one, but I booked one with a bathtub, so I insisted on the upgrade. The room was simply wonderful, beautiful, with a sea view! The receptionist was a sweet girl, she helped us with all our questions, even without knowing any languages; the translator was a lifesaver. The only downside was the dirty floors, even upon check-in. Everything else was just great; if I ever return to Beihai, I'll definitely stay here!

This has to be the most highly recommended luxury hotel in Beihai. The location is excellent, the facilities are new, and the rooms are cozy. The food is also a rare find – delicious and great value for money. The infinity pool, outdoor pool, pet park, and the kids' club on the 7th floor are perfect for families, and there's even a bubble show in the pool in the afternoon, which kids absolutely love. A big thank you to the front desk lady who upgraded us to a sea view room, offering direct views of the most beautiful part of Silver Beach. I also want to commend the two gentlemen who led the morning beachcombing activity; they taught us detailed techniques and went above and beyond to help us collect shells and catch crabs, making sure we had a plentiful haul. We will definitely choose Hualuxe again next time.

This is a fantastic homestay! The staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The Rainforest Restaurant has a bar area where you can order new cocktails, and the evening ambiance is really nice. There's also a pool at the homestay, perfect for a swim in the summer. Booking includes pier pick-up and drop-off, and breakfast is also included with a self-service buffet. Overall, it's a great experience.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, the best in Beihai! I was originally in Nanning for a business trip, and since it happened to be my birthday, I decided to go to Beihai for a few days to celebrate. As a Marriott Gold member, I mentioned it to the hotel, and they went all out to decorate my room for my birthday and even sent a birthday cake. The hotel is very new and is currently the best in Beihai. The breakfast selection is extensive and high-quality, with everything freshly cooked on-site – no pre-made dishes at all. The front desk concierge, J, provided excellent service, and the housekeeping staff were also very polite. I will definitely choose Marriott again on my next visit!

Within walking distance of Silver Beach, making it very convenient to get around. The high-floor view is expansive, and the room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The apartment-style layout feels cozy and comfortable. There are many dining options nearby, especially places to eat seafood. Free parking is a plus for those driving. The front desk service was enthusiastic; after checking in, they specifically escorted us to our room. We needed to get a temporary ID, and the front desk even helped us by providing information about the nearest police station and sending the location. When checking out early in the morning, the young lady at the desk even said, ”Please be careful on your travels,” which was very heartwarming. Overall, the experience was great, and it offers excellent value for money.
