I brought my mom to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to attractions like Zhanqiao Pier, Badaguan, and May Fourth Square. Our room also offered a great sea view. We had a fantastic view from the room we were assigned. The breakfast restaurant even allowed us to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. I particularly want to mention the hotel service; our butler was incredibly warm and attentive, providing local specialties and fruit as a complimentary gift. After extending our stay for another night, we kept receiving pleasant surprises (I'll review those tomorrow). Additionally, the housekeeping auntie was exceptionally warm and proactive. My mom was very satisfied, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: The hotel rooms are quite new and spacious. The soft couch under the TV is great for sitting and storing things. You can see the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a short walk downstairs. You can even spot seagulls there.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the staff were responsible. Any issues we reported were handled immediately.
Service: The overall service at the hotel was warm and attentive. As soon as our car arrived at the hotel entrance, staff members were there to help open and close doors and assist with luggage. We were also greeted proactively by staff in the lobby, elevators, and hallways. Ms. Rose, from guest relations, was exceptionally thoughtful; she called us the day before check-in to ask about our arrival time and needs, and even helped arrange a room directly facing the beach. When we found a small stain on the bedsheet after checking in, we reported it to Rose, and within five minutes, the housekeeper and the duty manager came to change it. They also prepared a snack basket and apple juice, which was super nice. When we checked out, Ms. Aiela asked about our stay and even gave us two bags of apple juice. Her service was also excellent.

The time spent staying at Weihai Golden Beach Seaview Hotel is like a gentle poem composed by the sea breeze. The moment you push open the door, the solid wood table and chairs and the sea view terrace form a picture frame, taking in the sparkling waves and the clouds in the sky. Sitting on the terrace at dusk, listening to the sound of waves passing by your ears, it feels like falling into a lingering dream on the sea.
Sleep on a bed as soft as a cloud, and wake up in the morning to a special fruit plate. The amenities in the bathroom are all of the best quality, and every detail is imbued with the craftsmanship of silent ingenuity. I especially remember the smiling lady at the front desk, who started this pleasant journey for us with smooth efficiency - even if we arrived in the early morning, we could check in early and were given a voucher for the self-service laundry room, which was like the warmth of an old friend's welcome.
The most unforgettable thing is the buffet breakfast restaurant beside the Golden Beach Pier. Dine in the landscape where the sea and sky meet every day, a feast for your taste buds and vision. The restaurant's delicacies are updated every day, including both local fisherman's flavors and specialties from other regions. Every taste that flows on your tongue is a surprise. I was particularly impressed by the lady at No. 330 in the restaurant and the lady at the noodle stall. Their words seemed to carry the gentle breeze of spring, and their courtesy in delivering tableware made me feel that this was not just a place to stay, but also a harbor where one could entrust their body and mind.
This trip surrounded by blue sea and blue sky is full of unexpected surprises, and I can't wait to share this beauty with my friends. When the wind blows tomorrow, I will follow the sound of waves in my memory and keep this gentle appointment again.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Weihai, and I've stayed here countless times. It's right next to Torch Eight Street and directly across from the International Beach, where you can catch the most beautiful sunsets. Parking is convenient, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel has recently been renovated; there's a lovely cafe on the first floor, and the exterior features beautiful illustrations. The rooms are very comfortable and even have floor heating.

The room decor was impeccably detailed, with beer-themed decorations perfectly complementing the ocean-inspired soft furnishings. It was fully equipped with a smart toilet and high-quality toiletries, and even the mini-bar thoughtfully included Tsingtao Beer's seaweed soda. Every detail showed great care. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even proactively shared local travel tips with us. When we wanted a drink in the evening, the staff patiently recommended suitable craft beers, maintaining a gentle yet professional demeanor throughout.

This five-star hotel is incredibly well-designed, with vibrant and fashionable colors. I love Indigo Hotels, and this one is no exception. The classic spiral staircase, a rich chocolate brown, combined with the deep blue of Golden Beach, really highlights the marine theme throughout the hotel's design. The young, beautiful, stylish, and handsome staff wear various shades of ocean-inspired uniforms. You'll find pebble-inlaid patterns, anchor chains and buoys, room numbers on colorful surfboards, wooden key cards, and iron seaweed dividers in the restaurant. From the moment you approach the hotel, there's lively music playing, extending all the way to the elevators, gym, and restaurant, adding a vibrant energy that perfectly complements the ocean.
We stayed in a garden-view twin room. The next morning, as the sun came out, we could see the sea, Golden Beach, the Yantai Chapel of Love, and the observation tower from our balcony. The hotel basks in the sun, and with the help of the wind, the waves crash beautifully, like a musical composition, some long and drawn out, others short and sharp, kissing the fine golden sand. The five-star service is exceptional; even the cleaning staff are friendly and proactive. The hotel offers special Swiss rolls, which need to be ordered in advance.
Just a few hundred meters walk to the right from the hotel entrance is Hou Sha Plaza, featuring a glass skywalk. To the left is the Yantai Chapel of Love, and observation staircases are spaced along the beach. A bit further on are two whale sculptures, and beyond that, the Lonely Whale, not far from which is the Time Tower. We bought tickets for the Time Tower on-site, 59 RMB per ticket. The staff informed us that the free admission from 7 AM to 9 AM, which starts in November, has been canceled, so now all visits to the tower and library require a ticket. I absolutely adore the sea. The temperature was a bit low this time, and it was windy, but the ocean was an even deeper blue, with clusters of waves crashing, and occasionally a seagull swooping by. It was wonderful to have the beach almost to ourselves. I hope this seaside hotel continues to be even more warm, beautiful, and romantic.

The full ocean view room did not disappoint me at all; stepping downstairs, you're right on Golden Beach with an exclusive private beach. In November, when it's not sunny, the coast truly feels like Northern Europe. The hotel atmosphere is friendly, clean, and comfortable. The overall service was very thoughtful; upon check-in, we received local specialties like apples and pears – a testament to Yantai's excellent produce! After checking in, the service continued to track our stay, always asking about our needs and opinions, and even proactively helped us with a late check-out. It was genuinely considerate.
All hotel staff gave off a friendly and welcoming vibe, making it a very comfortable and satisfying stay.
From here, the coastal boardwalk allows you to walk to the Lonely Whale and Time Library; the boardwalk connects a very long coastline, and the environment is extremely friendly for walk enthusiasts. Just strolling, enjoying the views, and playing with seagulls is a major activity in itself.
I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!
P.S.: The room service from the dining department was incredibly delicious!

I booked a Guest Room King Bed, and from the side window, I could catch a glimpse of the sea. We had access to the Executive Lounge on the 21st floor all day, where snacks were provided and the view was fantastic. At 5:30 PM, they even served a light dinner, which was usually enough to satisfy our evening meal needs. The hotel's location is truly excellent! The back door leads directly to the beach, so after playing, we could just rinse off our feet and head straight to the room for a shower – perfect for families with kids.
What I loved most were the hotel's pool and hot springs. The pool has a shallow slope, which was great for the little ones to play in. After swimming, you could go to the bathhouse and warm up in the hot springs, which was a real plus.
During the National Day holiday, Qingdao was packed, so staying at the hotel to let the kids play and dig in the sand was a smart decision. Additionally, Trip.com included a travel photoshoot with Jinghong Media; the session was quick and efficient, and selecting photos online was also very smooth. Other than the constant rain in Qingdao, everything else was great.
I'll just talk about the shortcomings. Look at the merits of others.
First of all, let’s just say, can you believe that in a room with an area of more than 1,500 people, the sewer pipe is leaking?
The odor was so severe that there were no doors to the bedroom or bathroom. I can only sleep with the smell.
Second, I booked a room with a panoramic king bed, but the glass was covered with mud spots.
, which greatly affects the view of the sea.
Third, the entire hotel is in a semi-finished state. The bar downstairs is still being renovated, and the sound of electric drills can be heard from time to time.
Fourth, the rights and interests prompt that you can upgrade the room type for free, but the front desk tells you that the upgrade is not possible, and you have already booked the highest room type. I checked and found that there are actually more than 2,000 rooms left. If you don’t want to upgrade, just tell me.
Fifth, the hygiene is worrying, the sofa cushions are dirty and the sink is dirty.
Sixth, the decorators piled the corridors with building materials, which looked very vivid. I understand, it's decoration, but talking on the phone loudly in the corridor really affects your rest. I really can't stand this.
That's all. Finally, I suggest everyone to check in to the castle, order a cup of coffee, sit here and take photos. The 1,500 yuan to stay in the hotel is just a waste.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with stunning surroundings. The taxi driver told me it's a high-end villa district in the city center, and I was thrilled to have found such a great spot. We had brilliant sunny weather during our stay – the sky was crystal clear, and the sea sparkled beautifully. I even caught the sunrise from my room in the morning; the video and first three photos were taken right there. The villa complex itself is picturesque and peaceful, and you can also watch the sunset from there; the fourth photo was taken within the complex. The remaining pictures show the scenery from the wooden boardwalk next to the complex entrance. The hotel is very close to Wheat Island (Xiao Mai Dao) and Swallow Island (Yan'er Dao), both just about a 10-minute walk away. Transportation here is also very convenient, so nothing feels too far. The front desk staff were all warm, polite, and the room was kept immaculately clean. This stay left a wonderful impression on my trip to Qingdao. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

GGuest UserI was very happy to know that I got a free upgrade. They chose a very quiet room with a nice view for us. Although the facilities in the hotel are a bit old, it has everything that should be there. It was quite comfortable to stay. I was a light sleeper and didn't wake up once in the middle of the night. I didn't even remember if I had a dream or not. It was magical. The welcome gift was very unique. There was fruit yogurt to drink every day. Xiao Du, Xiao Wang, Xiao Zhang, Xiao Jiao and Xiao Gao were very enthusiastic. On the first day, when I took out my ID card, I accidentally left my phone at the front desk. When I entered the room, I received a call from the front desk guy. Thank you very much for sending the phone up. When I left, I also gave him a pendant gift, which was very heartwarming (I forgot to take pictures, I only took a picture of the view outside the window in p1)

Just returned from a stay at Qingdao Yilan Xinsu Hotel—a solid choice near Shilaoren Bathing Beach and the International Convention and Exhibition Center 🤩. With an impressive overall Trip.com rating of 8.8/10, guests rave about its service, cleanliness, and convenience .
The location scores about 8.9/10—it’s roughly a ten-minute walk to the sandy beach and sits just 8.5 km from Qingdao’s downtown core and 14 km from Qingdao North Railway Station. Not ideal if you need a car—there’s no on-site parking (). Amenities and service both come in around 8.6–8.9/10, with friendly staff and smooth check‑in/out process (). Cleanliness is top notch with a clean rating of 9.0/10 .
🌞 What stood out:
• Rooms are spacious and bright, featuring big windows and modern décor in a sleek New‑Chinese style. Everything felt new and well-kept .
• The beds are comfy (2.2 × 2.2 m, pure cotton linens), showers felt luxurious, and the soundproofing was excellent. Also enjoy convenient rapid check‑out service with personal touches .
• The breakfast buffet gets solid praise—tasty and well-rounded start to the day ().
💤 Stay comfort: 9.0/10
• Clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed rooms made for a relaxing and bright stay.
📍 Location: 8.9/10
• Close to beach access and the expo center, plus shopping and transit nearby—but no parking if you’re driving.
🤝 Service: 8.9/10
• Staff are described as friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out are seamless.
🛎️ Amenities: 8.6/10
• Offers the basics—Wi-Fi, in-house restaurant (light meals available), and cozy space—but lacks a gym or pool .
⸻
✅ Quick tips:
• Ask for a seaview or beach‑side room—light is great, and views are peaceful 🌊🌅.
• It’s walkable to the sand and just a short ride from Qingdao International Convention Centre.
• No parking, so if you’re self-driving, plan to park nearby or use public transport 🚉.
• No fitness center or pool, but hey—you’re steps from the beach 🏖.
⸻
Final verdict: With modern rooms, sparkling clean spaces, strong service, and a primo location near Shilaoren Beach and the convention center, Qingdao Yilan Xinsu Hotel scores a solid 9/10. Great pick for business travelers or chill beach escapes alike! 😌✨

__WeChat267804****As someone traveling with family, I have high standards for hotels, and this one met almost all my core requirements.
• **Value for Money**: For this price point, the facilities and services provided are exemplary.
• **Well-Equipped**: The gym equipment is new, the pool water is clean, and the business center facilities are also very useful. It's incredibly convenient for those who need to work.
• **Exceptional Hygiene**: The cleanliness is impeccable; you can walk barefoot in the room without feeling it's dirty, and there isn't a trace of limescale in the bathroom, which really put my mind at ease.
• **Excellent Dining**: The breakfast offers a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, and the local specialties are particularly authentic. The restaurant staff are also very attentive.
Overall, this is a very mature and trustworthy hotel in terms of hardware, software, and management.

8852 Serendipitous LifeOverall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained.
To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language.
The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads.
There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you.
Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute
The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year.
For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.

SStamford_Bridge## Five-Star Recommendation | Flawless Location and Service, Perfect for Families
To avoid the summer crowds, we took advantage of the tail end of the vacation to visit Qingdao with our child for a few relaxing days. Our little one was keen to see the May Fourth Square night view and enjoy the sea breeze. As for us, we've always trusted IHG's Crowne Plaza brand, and the Qingdao Yizhong Crowne Plaza, a well-established local five-star hotel, has an excellent reputation and came highly recommended by friends. We booked it without a second thought.
The hotel boasts an excellent location – it's just a ten-minute walk to the Olympic Sailing Center, an ideal spot to admire the May Fourth Square night view. What's even better for families is that the walk to the Olympic Sailing Center takes you past large supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and a lively beer night market. All your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are covered, making travel with kids completely stress-free.
That evening, we enjoyed a boat tour, admiring the light show up close while our child enthusiastically ran around. Back at the hotel, we were treated to Qingdao's dazzling night views from different angles in our high-floor room, offering a breathtaking panorama that seamlessly blended sea, land, and sky.
As an established property, the hotel's decor and facilities, while showing some age, are very well-maintained, clean, tidy, and fully functional. When compared to similar hotels in the area, its location, service, and price offer an excellent match, providing truly reasonable value for money.
A particular highlight is the indoor swimming pool on B2. It's exceptionally clean, with a perfect water temperature. The shallow area is ideal for children learning to swim, providing both safety and peace of mind. Our child absolutely had a blast there.
The hotel's service is professional and attentive, truly reflecting its five-star standard. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and excellent quality. Getting around is also incredibly convenient; to visit Mount Laoshan or the old town, simply go downstairs and cross the street to find a subway station, which is much more hassle-free than taking a taxi.
A special thank you goes to Manager Chen from the Sales Department, who meticulously arranged our room and provided detailed explanations. The room's stunning view ultimately delighted our entire family, making our stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant, and fulfilling our child's wish.
We have a small suggestion regarding the room: it would be more convenient if the suite had 1-2 extra boxes of tissues, and perhaps the tissue quality could be slightly improved.
In summary, our stay was absolutely perfect and truly enhanced our Qingdao vacation. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel boasts its own outdoor swimming pool, and the beach is literally right downstairs – incredibly convenient! No need to worry about sandy feet after a day on the beach, as the hotel thoughtfully provides foot showers by the pool, allowing us to return to our room clean and refreshed.
The views are simply unbeatable, perfect for enjoying both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

FFeiyueHKMy first visit to Qingdao with friends, and we chose Litian Hotel, which left a deep impression on us. My solo trip this time was equally delightful.
The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the sea, allowed even a late riser like me to catch the sunrise over the ocean. For attractions like Wheat Island to Zhanqiao Pier, Litian Hotel is conveniently situated in the middle of Metro Line 3, with the Yan'an 3rd Road subway entrance just a few steps away.
The hotel's breakfast buffet also left a lasting impression on me. The variety was not only rich but also featured local specialties. I particularly loved the pan-fried dumplings, and the beef in their beef noodles was more generous than what you'd get at external ramen shops. Across the street, there's a local restaurant like Shuangheyuan, and nearby, you can find affordable and delicious options like Zanjia Babao Congee.
The hotel's service was incredibly warm. The 3 PM checkout and luggage storage were very convenient for travelers. A good trip certainly requires choosing a good hotel, and among all the hotels I've stayed at, Litian might not be the most spectacular, but it's definitely one of the most memorable.

FFrankieU ´꓃ ` UExcellent, another perfect vacation! The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a large pool and a gym that even had a squat rack – oh my gosh, I absolutely loved it! The weather was great, and the views were stunning.
The island itself is very quiet, with beautiful scenery. The evenings were cool, and riding a bike with the sea breeze blowing was incredibly pleasant. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon (the 15th of the ***** month), and seeing the big, round moon over the sea was truly breathtaking!
There are all sorts of vehicles available for rent on the island – bicycles, electric scooters, and even colorful, fancy ones. You can rent whatever you like to tour the island, which is very convenient. Just off the island is the massive Sunac Mall, and I mean *massive*. It has every kind of food, drink, and clothing imaginable, whether you've seen it before or not. On the first floor, there's also a Sunac Land amusement park, which is a lot of fun.
The hotel staff were all quite friendly and helpful.
Finally, a few minor drawbacks: breakfast was incredibly crowded, though thankfully the hotel had an overflow restaurant available, which was a lifesaver. The TV in the room was quite old and couldn't screen mirror. Also, the hairdryer wasn't very powerful.
