Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to Ginny at the front desk – her warm smile and proactive offer of assistance during check-in immediately made us feel welcome. After getting to the room, it felt a bit stuffy, and I noticed the window wasn't opening smoothly when I tried to air it out. I contacted the front desk to explain, and Ginny responded instantly. She promptly coordinated with the engineering team to come and inspect it, and she followed up continuously until the issue was completely resolved. Throughout the process, her attitude was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, with no hint of perfunctoriness; you could truly feel that she genuinely cared about the guests. This kind of detailed and proactive service really puts your mind at ease. If all hotel staff were as attentive as Ginny, the guest experience would be so much better. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Regent Coast Hotel; the entire experience was incredibly comfortable, and their standards for cleanliness and service were truly exemplary! The hotel's environment immediately caught my eye. The lobby design was simple yet stylish, with warm and soft lighting. The public areas featured perfectly placed greenery, and not a speck of dust could be seen in any corner. The floors were gleaming, and even the elevator buttons felt regularly sanitized. The guest room was an even bigger surprise – spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy decor. The three-part bathroom design was super practical, ensuring the floor stayed dry. The room cleaning was thorough and left no corner untouched. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and odorless, with sheets and pillowcases sparkling white. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were free of limescale and stains, and the shower had ample and stable hot water. The overall air felt fresh, with no dampness, making for a truly reassuring stay. The service was impeccably thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and quick. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and local attractions and even proactively offered convenient items like emergency charging cables and umbrellas. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response. Housekeeping avoided my resting times, gently knocking before entering to confirm, demonstrating their professionalism in every detail. From the lobby to the guest room, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, making me feel truly at home. From the strict control over environmental hygiene to the meticulous attention to service, the Regent Coast Hotel truly excels. Its convenient location and comprehensive facilities mean I will undoubtedly choose it again on my next visit. I highly recommend it to all travelers!

We were dubious about booking this room for our 4 night stay as a foreign family in Qingdao but to our surprise it was quite pleasant. We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment instead of 2 bedroom, which wasn't necessary and it was unused but the sentiment was appreciated. The two bedrooms are just as pictured -very comfortable - absolutely perfect. The kitchen countertop is high so tall people like us felt comfortable using it. The fridge and washing machine were useful to have. The unit has 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet at the entrance (convenient for guests visiting). The views are great from the living room and main bedroom. 🚨The ONLY NEGATIVE was that the living room was NOT COMFORTABLE at all😱😖 and this was a huge problem for us, as 3 larger westerners - the sofa is extremely hard, narrow bum area, and 90° angle back, making it super uncomfortable to sit ! ☹️ I'd urge management to rectify this immediately! There was also not enough seating so we had to move the chair from the bedroom to the living room. We would have extended our stay by two or three extra days if the sofa was comfortable! We would have given 5 stars instead of 3 if the living room was comfortable for sitting and enjoying the view all day which is WHY we booked this place for my elderly parents and brother. If you have a TV box and cables I recommended you bring it with if you want to watch English TV (using a vpn of course) which we did (remember all cords and remote). The staff came daily to clean -they were so friendly and just amazing! By the way we did ask if we could change to a room with a more comfortable sofa, but they said all of their rooms have the same uncomfortable grey sofa 😖😵🫤 super disappointing. all that being said - the value for the view, service, cleanliness and location -it's extremely good! The room is very spacious and clean. I was a bit worried about the facilities being outdated since it opened in 2018, but they actually seem very well-maintained. Every corner is spotless, and everything looks new and in great condition, with no signs of age. The breakfast is rich and delicious, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, specialty noodles, desserts, and cold cuts. The service is also excellent; there's always someone at the entrance to help with luggage from the trunk and open car doors. Plus, from the sea-view room, you can sit on the sofa and watch the waves rolling in – it's a fantastic feeling. Going downstairs, you just walk through a small garden and you're right on the beach, which is super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tianma Pier, perfect for a stroll along the soft sand by the sea. This hotel offers incredible value for money in Yantai!

The hotel room has a direct sea view, and you can hear the sound of the waves by opening the terrace door. There's an elevator that goes straight to the beach. The wontons and noodles in the morning were also delicious. They even gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. Super great!

The best decision I made on my trip to Weihai was choosing this hotel right by the sea! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Torch Eight Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to all the famous street views, and you just cross the road to reach the beach and the ocean. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring.

I originally had high hopes for the Tsingtao Beer Time Coast Resort. The environment is indeed pleasant, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel even offers complimentary beer in the lobby during certain hours, which should have been a bonus. However, to my great disappointment, all that goodwill was completely ruined by severely negligent management and indifferent service. I booked a 'Dream Sea View Room,' but the actual room wasn't directly facing the sea; it only offered a 45-degree angled sea view. This was already a significant discrepancy from the advertisement. What's worse, the room was directly above the courtyard. The real nightmare began at 11 PM. Guests in the courtyard room below were loudly chatting, laughing, and constantly clapping until 1:30 AM. I called the front desk three times to complain, and the customer service's response was shocking: They repeatedly stated, 'We've already reminded them, but there's nothing we can do if the guests don't listen,' and even, in turn, asked if *we* wanted to switch rooms. What kind of logic is that? Why should the affected guests bear the consequences because of unruly guests? If someone needs to be moved, shouldn't it be the ones making the noise? We barely slept all night, constantly being woken up by the disturbance. This wasn't just a 'bad experience'; it seriously impacted our fundamental right to rest. Even more disappointing, the next day, the hotel made no proactive effort whatsoever: no apology, no explanation, no compensation, or even a gesture of concern, as if nothing had happened. Such great facilities, paired with this kind of management and service attitude, can only be described as terrible and utterly irresponsible.

Coming to Yantai, I saw this newly opened Indigo and decisively chose it. The scenery is beautiful, and the room is very spacious. Zoe from Guest Relations contacted us even before we arrived and had our room ready. During our stay, she would periodically check if we needed water, without being intrusive. The only minor drawback was that the water wasn't very hot when I showered on the last night. The hotel really needs to look into that – it was so cold these past two days, and all I wanted after coming back was a hot shower. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is consistently InterContinental standard, which is quite reliable. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stayed at a hotel right by the sea. Even though the weather was cold and the wind was howling, the sea view was stunning, with the ocean displaying a deep, profound blue. The hotel itself is quite grand; you can feel its impressive scale the moment you walk in. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything, which made me feel very welcome. The only minor point is that the hotel is a bit old, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room was nice, and the location was good. The lobby also looked grand upon entering. However, the service was just average. The hotel lobby is decorated so lavishly, yet there's no room service robot? Because I was with my child in the room, it was inconvenient to go down and get food, so I ordered two deliveries. I asked the front desk to deliver the first one, and they did. The second delivery arrived at a different time, so I had to ask the front desk again. The second time, their attitude was noticeably poor; they seemed very impatient. If I could have gone down myself, I wouldn't have asked you to deliver, right? Why be so impatient? Either they need more training or they should consider adding delivery robots, don't you think?
