My first order with room service ended in a shocking experience — the delivery staff stole money from me. I immediately informed guest services, who said they would contact security, but no one ever followed up with me about this terrible situation. Housekeeping was wonderful, but the rest of the staff left much to be desired.
The beach experience was equally disappointing. You can’t enjoy the shoreline without being harassed by vendors trying to sell you everything imaginable. Walking on the sidewalk is nearly impossible due to the number of trucks, golf carts, and scooters used by workers. On top of that, the seaweed problem is out of control — piles and piles of it make the beach completely unenjoyable.
Overall, I will never stay at this resort again.

The room is newly renovated! But the design is not novel! Front desk service is average! The restaurant is not bad in the all-inclusive! The pool is good 👍! The sea view room is a bit far away! There are trees on the lower floors that are not recommended!
Good location, right next to Punta Cana airport.
The shuttle service employee and all other employees were very friendly.
There were several restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a pharmacy near the hotel.
This hotel is pretty good, especially the infinity pool on the roof, it's so beautiful! You can order your own breakfast, and there is freshly squeezed watermelon juice. The hotel's exclusive beach is on the first floor, and the beach is open at night. The sky bar on the roof is open until 11 o'clock. Overall, it's pretty good. This city is very beautiful.
We had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.
Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet.
Also, breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.
1 Stayed for a week, it was a very good hotel!
It has been fully renovated recently, clean and clean, the staff are all kind, especially sucre is a great response in front of the guests, and it is always moving and working more than anyone else. I am really grateful for entertaining my baby during my stay. Other guests around me also heard a compliment to sucre.
In addition to the buffet, the restaurant has daily dishes from various countries. My husband and I are tough for rice, but every restaurant and buffet was delicious!
Access is a bit far from the airport compared to other all-inclusive hotels, but there is no problem as you can call uber immediately.
I was able to receive a good service without being forced to chip.
I want to come back to this hotel again.
The resort grounds are large and beautiful. We were impressed by the abundance of flowers and greenery.
There are plenty of staff and security guards on site, which created a feeling of safety. All the staff were very polite and helpful: our concierge responded quickly to any requests and questions, and at the reception desk, they helped us with a quick check-in using the resort app. However, I found the app itself difficult to use.
There's a small shop on the resort grounds where we could buy drinks, snacks, fruits, and vegetables. The fruit here is delicious, especially the mangoes. However, during our weeklong stay, we only managed to buy one mango. On the other days, they were quickly sold out.
The food in the restaurant was delicious; we were very pleased, except for our last dinner, when they brought us two oversalted main courses. The sea bream, chicken, and side dishes were oversalted. The restaurant management insisted the dishes were salty enough until I asked to try them. We were given a 30% discount, but it didn't save our mood.
We were surprised that Uber worked well here, and it was easy to order a taxi.
Our apartment was clean and cozy, but there was a strong musty smell coming from the kitchen drawers (probably from the high humidity from the ocean). So we didn't use it and ate in the restaurant.
Overall, we had a great experience with this resort, the ocean, the bright sunny skies, and the people who were so happy with life. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

HHeather TrentThe majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.
MMateusz SWe've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25.
In general we're leaving with mixed feelings.
1.What's great:
- location & beach
- reception area
- swimming pool area
- animals in the resorts
2. What's so-so
- weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning
- rooms - spacious but a bit outdated
3. What's really bad:
- food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life
- gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame.
- internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow
Final verdict: we will not come back

HHerreraThe hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better.
The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing.
The room smelled out humidity.
Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after.
The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/
On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial.
Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
VVidal ClaramonteIt has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...
GGuest UserEvery single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!
WWILLIAMSSHEILAUpon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com
