"The location couldn’t have been better. They provide parking, for SUVs, there is a separate parking lot which is nearly 4 mins walk from the hotel. And they also reimburse parking charges. The room is appropriately spacious, well-furnished and clean. And the bathroom is also very convenient and provided with basic things. It could be better to have different coffee and tea options in the room. But it is fine. For me and my family, if we go to Jeju again, would surely stay here."

"I am happy that the room is big for a solo traveller, with a smart TV that plays netflix and youtube. it is very spacious and the bathroom is big too though it does not have a shower curtain. It has small towels only but provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toner, lotion and a body sponge. Maybe there are mosquitoes so there is also a bug spray. 2 mineral waters replenish everyday abd has a refrigerator. The bed is a bit hard for me though, the old spring type. Lobby has a microwave and a hot/cold water refilling. Bed fixing and garbage collected everyday. Overall i am happy with my stay and will consider this hotel again in Jeju. Hotel is near Dongmun makret and Chilsing-ro and convenient for commuters with bus stops nearby."

Guest UserOverall, I'm satisfied with the Shilla Hotel, a South Korean chaebol hotel.
The hotel and its surroundings, the room's color scheme, and hygiene are all excellent.
The restaurant's breakfast buffet is rich and varied, especially the fruit, which is fresh. It would be even better if the flavors were more diverse.
Most of the reception staff are quite polite, especially the young lady who checked me in on the first day. She was very kind and understanding, and I'd like to express my gratitude to her. The room service attendant seemed particularly shy and honest. The room cleaning staff, who appeared to be from other Southeast Asian countries, were also quite diligent and polite.
In contrast, the service at the pool and buffet restaurant reception was a bit colder.
Overall, for the same price, domestic hotels don't offer this level of refinement and experience, so I would still highly recommend it.

Guest UserThe hotel is very big and they were very kind to check me in even after 23 o’clock which was very important because our flight was delayed and the only time I could reach was after 23 o’clock so I’m quite happy that they woke up for me and checked me in and you know that that extra service that I guess not each hotel here would do

chieschanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly spacious! (If you have the option, definitely choose a sea view room.) Everything was excellent. Just downstairs, you'll find the coast, d&department, and various charming shops to explore. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Jeju Island!

Breakfast was plentiful, mainly Western-style, and truly top-tier for a 'Western-style meal'. The croissant was the best I've had in any Asian hotel. The hotel is right by the sea, and an evening stroll along the coast was delightful.

Camille-cuiThe room itself was great, and the swimming pool was right downstairs. However, you have to pay 30,000 Korean Won for two hours to use the lounge chairs, which was a bit much. The beach wasn't far, but you had to go down a very steep wooden staircase to get there. Also, you couldn't go near the sea to dig in the sand if there was a strong typhoon. The Teddy Bear Museum was within walking distance, and the 7-Eleven right outside the hotel was really convenient. For over 2,000 a night, no breakfast was a bit shocking, but everything else was good. The kids' play area is suitable for children under 5; older kids might find it a bit childish.

The food? Surprisingly good.

Ayana_vvA very pleasant hotel, the room was clean, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The staff at the front desk were kind. However, starting from 8 AM, staff were noisy in the hallway, dragging carts back and forth and talking loudly, even though there were still guests in their rooms. It's necessary to either improve the soundproofing or ask staff to speak more quietly, as it's unpleasant when you're on vacation and want to sleep but hear such noises. I liked that the bus stop was nearby and that it was possible to leave luggage at the neighboring hotel if needed.

Guest UserThis hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have balconies. The pools are beautiful and plentiful. Most importantly, the service is outstanding, from the front desk to the late-night meal service (the fried chicken was also delicious). It's a stark contrast to the Shinhwa Hotel. The ocean view is stunning, and it's right next to the folk village. It was a very comfortable stay. If you're not planning on exploring the city, this hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation.

We had such a warm and memorable stay as a mum travelling with my adult daughter, all thanks to our wonderful host, Mr Doldam and his lovely wife, Sue.
Communication was so easy as they speak English well, and they thoughtfully shared helpful tips on places to visit around Jeju, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
We accidentally stayed out past 9pm and missed our bus, and our host kindly came to pick us up from the village stop about 10 minutes away—something we truly appreciated.
They also helped send us off to the bus stop for our airport transfer, making everything feel smooth and well taken care of.
Breakfast was a real treat too—simple and wholesome, especially the homemade bread and tangerine jam 🍊 It truly felt like being welcomed into a home, not just a place to stay. Thank you!

I accidentally left my phone in the taxi on the way to the hotel, and Antonio Lee, one of the hotel's front desk staff, was incredibly helpful. He called the driver and helped me get my phone back. He was absolutely amazing – reliable, responsible, and so willing to help. A huge thank you to the hotel and especially to Antonio!
