"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."

"It was my second time in Bridge Hotel. I really like this place for convenient location: beach, waterfalls and other near here. The most I love is the window view!
For that time when I checked-in in room, I hear an unpleasant smell mb by cleanser.

Right across from the hotel is a fantastic running track, and jogging along the coast offers a truly comfortable and pleasant exercise experience! The room was clean and tidied daily. While the hotel isn't new, the overall facilities and cleanliness are quite good. There's a bakery and supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. Within 50 meters, you'll find several outdoor sports brand stores, the OY Cosmetics Supermarket, and bars. Chilseong-ro is just a 10-minute walk away, as is the Black Pork Street. It's also very easy to walk to Dongmun Market. Highly recommended, I'd consider staying here again next time."

GGuest UserThis is my first visit to Jeju, and I definitely chose the perfect hotel. The hotel serves delicious food, and the heated indoor-outdoor connected swimming pool is amazing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel lets you relax completely. The beach and many great restaurants are just nearby. My family, including the kid, loved it so much.
I would especially like to thank Ms. M.G. Kim at the front desk. She offered us warm help and thoughtful suggestions without any impatience. Your bright smile is as lovely as Jeju itself, and I hope to come back and stay here again someday.

There is a breakfast restaurant and convenience store on the 1st floor, and the front desk is on the 3rd floor.
When I made the reservation, I was worried because the reviews mentioned that the facilities were quite old, but since I only planned to sleep there, I booked it based on value for money. It was cleaner than I expected, and the cleaning was good.
I particularly liked that the area around the hotel was quiet, had many palm trees, and was well-landscaped,
and the spaciousness of the room seems to be the best advantage.

GGuest UserHotel was modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. It is by the sea which is beautiful but not ideal if you are looking for places to eat or shop around the area. Although the hotel will help you get a cab to the town area about 10-15 mins away.

GGuest UserAs someone who is always picky about hotel rooms, I specifically came to leave a review because this place is truly worth it. The hotel is very large, and the service is incredibly welcoming. As soon as I got out of the car, someone greeted me, explained the check-in time for the afternoon, and helped store my luggage. If you arrive early, you store your luggage first and then check in, which is different from the Parnas next door. The Louis Vuitton store was quite crowded, so reservations were needed. This is a garden-style hotel, with beautiful sights at every turn, showcasing its former luxury everywhere. Although the facilities aren't the most modern, the cleanliness is exceptional. Every corner, including the balcony, was clearly meticulously cleaned, which deserves a big thumbs up! 👍 All items in the mini bar are chargeable, unlike the Parnas where they are free. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is also excellent.
Exiting the hotel to the right, towards the Louis Vuitton store, there's a brunch spot I highly recommend. Their coffee and bagel set is substantial and delicious. They have self-ordering kiosks inside, and you definitely need to get a bell pager in advance. The tofu salad is great for a nutritional boost. Next door is a 7-Eleven, across the street there's Thai food (didn't try it), and diagonally opposite there's a BBQ place (didn't try it). Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find the Teddy Bear Museum, a castle-themed Starbucks, and O'Sulloc Tea Museum. Walking for a maximum of 30 minutes from there gets you to the Jusangjeolli Cliff. It's truly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Oh, and behind the windmill is Olle Trail Route 8, and walking down from there leads you to Jungmun Beach, perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing.

CConstancecwkWe checked in very late at night at about 11pm and we had to change room twice before we finally got our room and settled down. First room, the bin was not cleared and there were used men underwear in the bin. It was not a very good experience especially for two girls. Made us feel like the room wasnt cleaned.
We then went down to have our room changed. The receptionist who is so nice (in service) gave us a new room and new key. We went up and the key wasnt working. At this point we were already very exhausted. We went down again and informed her. She then gave us another room which we walked passed and coincidentally notice that it was DND before. She assisted us all the way up to the new room and opened the door for us. It seems fine but it was late so we quickly accepted it and checked in. Once we are settled we realized that the main door could not be locked from the inside.
We settled in anyway because we didnt want to go through all the trouble and spoil our vacation. But on a lighter note, the receptionist is very nice and promot is trying to fix our issue. This place can do better.

CcnphoebeWe are a little disappointed by our stay, particularly given the price tag. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel looked beautiful, but we weren’t too happy with our room. We had booked an ondol room with 3 futons and we were given 1 double futon and 1 not prepared. Staff were very quick to address our request, though it did take a couple of attempts for the room staff to understand what we meant (they then unrolled the mattress but still prepare a double). Finally when they gave us the correct configuration as in the app (3 separate futons), these were sloppily unrolled and thrown on the floor. We had a lovely stay otherwise but our initial welcome didn’t really feel fitting of a 5 star hotel where we had paid 150 USD for a room. I mentioned this to the staff at check out but they didn’t seem too bothered.

GGuest UserIn Jeju's most peaceful village, with the majestic Baksugijeong Pavilion to your side and a peaceful harbor ahead, and the most beautiful coastline on the Olle Trail, especially in the mornings, dolphins occasionally show up to delight you.
This is a small gem of a place nestled in a truly lovely village. I often travel to business hotels, but it's rare to find a place that offers such a relaxing and restful stay.
The cozy room has everything you need, is extremely clean, and the bedding is firm and cozy. The lovely garden and the ocean beyond the window overlook the desk. The tranquility of a book is endless, and the warmth of those who have passed through the house makes the room even warmer.
The loving owners, with their refined hospitality, and the owner's homemade bread and the owner's marmalade are worth the all-night chat.
I plan to visit again when I visit Jeju for business or pleasure.
I had a wonderful rest.

GGuest UserLocated in the heart of New Jeju, the hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short distance from Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops and a pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. As an established five-star hotel, the Grand offers fantastic value for money. The service is warm and friendly, with front desk staff who can speak basic Chinese. The greeters and bellhops are also very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, and the higher floors offer good views. The cleanliness is satisfactory. Two bottles of drinking water and disposable slippers are provided, but toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately.

VValentinyThe main reason we picked this hotel was for the sunrise! It didn’t disappoint although it gt blocked from our balcony , just go to the open space and there can view without any obstructions.
It’s peaceful and comfortable. Facing the ocean room with balcony is really nice choice! Free parking available. Gt microwave to use. Nearby can walk to minimart. Can pay additional for Korean style buffet bfast but the spread is a little disappointing for the price.
Minutes away frm the sunrise peak. It’s convenient if have car. 1 hour plus away from city. Will stay again.
