Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

She helped to obtain a complimentary room upgrade, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We appreciated the many thoughtful touches — complimentary use of a massage chair, fresh juices, fruits, and snacks. The cultural performance by the hotel staff was a lovely surprise, showcasing local traditions in an engaging way. The room itself was extremely well-equipped, with practical amenities like umbrellas, down jackets, a footbath tub, and even a touch light — all very useful for guests visiting Huangshan’s scenic mountain area. Every aspect of our stay reflected genuine care and attention to detail. We highly recommend Huangshan Baiyun Hotel to anyone visiting Huangshan — it’s not just a place to stay, but a wonderful hospitality experience in itself.

Firstly, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. On the first day, we ascended from the front mountain, explored Bright Summit, and then checked into the hotel to rest, allowing us to easily catch the sunset nearby. On the second day, after visiting Monkey Watching the Sea and Beginning-to-Believe Peak, we descended from the back mountain. This not only aligned with our scientific plan of a strenuous first day and a more relaxed second but also allowed us to completely avoid large crowds, with no queues for the cable car, shuttle bus, or hiking routes. Secondly, the hotel experience was excellent. From the delicious and varied dishes at the buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff we encountered, everything was incredibly satisfying. Considering the immense effort of the porters we saw along the way, who make such an experience possible through manual labor, it felt particularly valuable. Definitely worth revisiting.

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom equipment is brand new and fully functional, and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the hot food tastes fresh, which can fully meet the needs of different tastes. I especially want to praise the staff, whether it is helping to carry luggage or patiently answering surrounding travel guides, the service is considerate and efficient. The location is also great, with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. The price-performance ratio is super high, I will choose here next time I come, highly recommended! The front desk Tingting is very good👍

This hotel, built in 2025, is quite close to Shixin Peak but a bit far from Bright Summit. The hotel organizes sunrise and sunset viewing tours, but the sunrise spot at Shixin Peak seems a bit off-center – I wonder if Bright Summit would be better. If you head straight to the hotel after coming down the Yungu Temple cable car, it's not too far. The exterior looks a bit old and ordinary, but the interior decor is quite nice. The prices at the à la carte restaurant are quite high; the dinner buffet was 198 RMB per person. After comparing, I decided to go with the buffet. Neither the breakfast nor dinner buffet had a huge variety of dishes, but the dinner was relatively tastier. Since I was staying alone, I was quite concerned about room security. The safety latch on the door initially didn't work. After an engineer came to fix it, it could be locked. In the morning, someone knocked on my door, and I didn't unlock the safety latch to check. The entire safety latch just fell off completely without any force, rendering it useless as a security measure. This was quite startling and left me feeling uneasy; I've never encountered anything like this at any other hotel, especially not on a mountain. Although the room is small, I was quite satisfied with the facilities and decor for a hotel on the mountain. However, good hotel decor is only one part of the experience, and having the safety latch fall off was certainly a new experience.

Facilities: The facilities are complete and very convenient. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. Environment: Right in the city center pedestrian street, very convenient for going out. The down comforter was very comfortable. Service: Excellent service, and a wide variety of breakfast options, which was great.

We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.
