I traveled during the May Day holiday, avoiding the peak crowd, and my highly anticipated Huangshan trip was absolutely perfect. I originally planned to stay at a hotel on Bright Summit, but I changed it at the last minute the day before my hike. I'm so glad I chose Baiyun Hotel! The five-star service was impeccable – they provided foot soak tubs, shoe dryers, flashlights, and even down jackets. In the evening, they thoughtfully delivered fruit, and the 'Wogan' mandarins were incredibly sweet. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. Just a small suggestion: two bottles of water in the room felt a bit scarce, and the 160 CNY dinner buffet wasn't as good as breakfast; it could definitely be improved. Manager Xiao Min was excellent, and the self-directed performances by everyone were fantastic.

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

I arrived at the hotel around noon, and they kindly allowed an early check-in. They even upgraded my room for free and gave me a local specialty souvenir from Huangshan. The concierge was very helpful, answering all my questions and doing their best to meet our needs. The hotel food was also abundant, and there were evening performances. The next morning, staff even led us to watch the sunrise. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!

Our family's stay at the InterContinental Hefei with our child was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Guan. She proactively reached out before our arrival to understand our needs and even decorated the room with a lovely kids' setup. The little tent made the whole room feel cozy and playful, and our child was over the moon the moment we walked in – talk about attention to detail! The hotel's service was consistently excellent, with all staff members being warm and attentive. The Executive Lounge offered a great variety of food and boasted amazing views. Our lake-view room had a wonderful, expansive vista, making for a truly comfortable stay. Traveling with a child, choosing this hotel made everything so much easier. It's definitely our top choice for our next visit to Hefei! Plus, when we inquired about the AC on check-out, they even gave us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The overall service at the hotel is truly excellent! 👍👍

I stayed for two nights, and the room was spacious and clean. The only issue was a bad smell from the shower, which went away after I flushed it with the showerhead. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating; they even gave my little one a toy when they saw him. There were also family-friendly activities in the lobby, like making fish lanterns, which was great for keeping the kids entertained when it rained. The housekeeping auntie was so helpful, bringing a bed rail for my baby. I told her I could set it up myself, but she kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Everyone seemed so kind. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Nandaemun Transfer Center, just a short walk across the skybridge. The first day, the weather was fantastic, and I even managed to get a photo of the 'Welcoming Pine' (Yingkesong) ✌️. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. However, an extra 88 RMB per person for exceeding the guest limit felt a bit pricey. On the second night, it rained, so we decided not to go into town for dinner. We spotted a restaurant right next door that had just opened two days prior. We went in to try it out, and wow! It was absolutely delicious! The best part was that everything was freshly cooked, not pre-made, and it was so much better than the Huizhifu restaurant we ate at for lunch! Highly recommend it! We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our meals!

Highly recommend Beihai Hotel; both seniors and children loved it. The location is excellent, right next to 'Brush Blooming into Flowers' and 'Lianxin Lock', and convenient for visiting other attractions. It's quiet at night but lively during the day. The hotel is very new. We booked a duplex for three adults and one child. The room facilities are very complete, and the smart devices are super convenient, especially the leg massager—the whole family praised it. My child and I slept comfortably on the spacious sofa bed downstairs, and the seniors also slept very well upstairs. The hotel's service was incredibly warm and comforting. The 'Xinyu Butler' provided timely and thoughtful service, patiently answering all my questions. They also led groups for sunrise and sunset viewings and planned our hiking routes for Huangshan.

I have lived in the Morandi Hotel in Qingdao before and the experience is particularly good. This time I went to Hefei and saw that there were also branches. I couldn't wait to stay. I really didn't step on thunder. , , The hotel has just opened a new renovation in 2026, the whole house facilities are brand new, fully equipped and fully equipped. It would be more perfect if the room could be prepared with a small rubber band for girls to tie their hair. It is my personal small suggestion. The most praiseworthy thing is the sleep experience. The quality of sleep like me is not very good. His pillows and mattresses are really too comfortable. It is especially relaxing to lie on. Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

The room was great, spotlessly clean, and even had a smart toilet. From February 20th to 24th, the floor attendant on the 23rd or 24th floor (I apologize, I can't recall the exact room number) was exceptionally warm and professional. The breakfast was excellent! I got to try the local specialty, qiangguo mian (stir-fried noodles), and the chicken soup wontons were incredibly fresh and delicious. The freshly made pork buns were also fantastic. The chefs at the live cooking stations were all very friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of having takeaway cups readily available next to the coffee machine. Sitting in the lounge on the top floor in the evening was a great way to relax. I had noted on Trip.com that my booking included a welcome fruit plate, and I also redeemed 1 point for one, but the front desk never mentioned it and it was not provided at any point during my stay.
