Guest UserI really want to write a thorough and positive review.
Upon arrival, I was immediately touched by their welcome amenities. The welcome tea was served with Minnan-style Juhong Cake and seasonal lychee cold brew tea, which was delicious, very authentic, and instantly put me in a holiday mood.
The hotel's overall environment is beautiful. Considering its price and facilities, I think it offers excellent value for money. The entire space is quiet, relaxing, and not crowded, perfect for unwinding on a weekend.
What I want to praise most this time is the hotel's service. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. Especially my butler, Sisi, and front desk staff, Lina.
During meals at the hotel, if we were not satisfied with a dish, they would proactively offer to replace it, or even directly cancel the order without any excuses, which made us feel incredibly comfortable.
During our stay, we experienced the hotel's rich activity offerings, including workshops on tea ceremonies, cocktail making, yoga, and more. This time, I participated in a yoga class and a cocktail workshop, and both experiences were excellent.
Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary wet sauna and used the swimming pool. The pool is truly beautiful, and with Xiamen's great weather these past few days – blue skies, green trees, and sparkling water – it was easy to spend a whole afternoon there.
The room was also very comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally good for sleeping. Since three of us girls were traveling together and wanted to stay in the same room, the staff thoughtfully added a sofa bed, making our stay even more convenient.
I really liked the room's balcony, which directly overlooks Wuyuan Bay Yacht Harbor. On a clear day, looking at the sea, yachts, and blue sky, it truly feels like 'you're in Xiamen, yet you feel like you're in an overseas resort hotel.'
Room service was also very meticulous. The room was tidied impeccably every day, and the turndown service was very ceremonial. The collaboration details between the hotel and Lululemon surprised me; not only were there well-designed, thoughtful reminder cards, but also a sleep-inducing fragrance spray. A little spray before bed slowly helps you relax.
My biggest impression from these past few days at Qishang is that it is a resort hotel that truly allows you to slow down. Although still in Xiamen, it feels like you've left the city and entered your own holiday rhythm.
Thank you to all the staff for your care over these past few days; every detail showed thoughtfulness. This was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it. Next time I come to Xiamen, I will definitely return.

The hotel truly lives up to its online reputation; the overall ambiance is elegant and grand, and the service is professional and attentive. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene details are meticulously maintained. The toiletries are of excellent quality, making for a superb stay. The location is prime, offering convenient access to everything. Hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff are gentle and detail-oriented in their service. Overall, the quality is very high and well worth staying. This is my fourth time visiting Gulangyu, and choosing Lin's Mansion this time has been the best experience yet. The hotel staff provided pick-up and drop-off service to the pier, and the room service was impeccable. They were incredibly polite, warm, and patient with both children and elderly guests. The hotel itself is very picturesque, perfect for photos. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Gulangyu.
**Lady's Qipao Experience:** The qipaos are of excellent quality and absolutely stunning, with a wide array of accessories to match. The staff were enthusiastic in helping us choose and offered great suggestions. The photos produced at the end were incredibly high quality and truly worth keeping. It's definitely an experience worth having for a souvenir.
**Special Welcome Drink:** It felt very ceremonial and tasted delicious.

Guest UserStaying at the Wenru Hotel is a unique experience. It's nestled within a hundred-year-old traditional mansion in Wenrufang, part of the historic Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. Step out and you're on a charming bluestone alley; close your door and you have the peaceful courtyard all to yourself.
The 'Courtyard View King Room' offers an excellent view, with its window facing the central garden. The new Chinese-style design is elegant and grand, and the room itself is spacious and bright. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a restful stay. There's even a tea set provided, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while admiring the courtyard scenery.
The entire mansion is a renovated Fujian-style ancient building, featuring white walls, black tiles, rockeries, fish ponds, and lush greenery. You'll find exquisite lacquer art displays everywhere, creating a strong scholarly and cultured atmosphere.
Service: The staff are attentive and thoughtful, and they respond promptly to requests.
Breakfast offers authentic Fuzhou snacks, including 'Guobianhu' (a type of rice paste soup), 'Rouyan' (meat wontons), and taro paste – a complete spread. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to explore the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. If you want to experience the immersive charm of a traditional Fuzhou mansion, the Courtyard View King Room is an excellent choice! 👍

Anonymous UserDisappointing given the price.
Great facilities for kids, including kids club, excursions and a large swimming pool. Special thanks to Kenny at the pool who was friendly and fun practicing swimming with my children.
The check in experience could be improved. We arrived at 2pm (the designated check in time) and were told we had to wait 'a little while' for our room. Eventually two hours later the room was ready. Staff didn't apologise or do much to help - just told us to go have a coffee. A waste of time we should have been able to use the room we paid for.
The club floor is also very disappointing in terms of the food and beverage offerings and especially how it becomes completely overwhelmed at peak times (happy hour for example). The staff try their best, but the environment becomes chaotic and filled with rubbish, people grabbing massive piles of food (much of which is wasted), and it's very hard to get a cold drink. Maybe not worth the extra cost if you are looking to relax.
Finally the hotel overlooks a bridge construction yard with trucks rumbling and steel being erected all night.

Guest UserThis hotel offers great value for money, and they didn't raise prices even during the typhoon. The room was clean and hygienic, and all the food in the room was complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked the front desk staff for recommendations on Fuzhou's local specialties, and every single one they suggested was fantastic – we were so happy! Also, since our train was late in the afternoon and it was very hot, we requested a late check-out. The hotel staff were very nice and helped us with the request. It was a really pleasant stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I first heard about Linggan Hotel through an article by Teacher Maori and immediately bookmarked it as a great B&B. When I had the chance to travel to Xiamen during the off-season at the end of the year, I booked a king-size room at Linggan the day after I booked my flight.
I chose the Sanqiutian Pier for the ferry, as Baidu Maps showed it was closer to the B&B. After getting off the pier, it was just over a 10-minute walk to the property. The B&B has a rather large courtyard, and its location offers a peaceful retreat while being close to both Piano Pier and Longtou Road. My favorite spot was the small balcony seating at the end of the corridor; enjoying a cup of coffee from the downstairs cafe and soaking up the sun in the afternoon was simply delightful. The room decor was minimalist, but all essential amenities were provided, showing great attention to detail. The large bathtub even came with a perfectly sized liner. In the evening, playing some favorite music on the in-room Bose Bluetooth speaker was just perfect.
The breakfast on the second day was a set meal, very generous and delicious. You could choose to enjoy it in the cafe downstairs or in the outdoor garden. Both the auntie and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I hope the prices don't increase too much during peak season, as I truly want to come back again!

Guest UserA day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

Lijiazhuang Hotel is hidden in a quiet corner of Gulangyu Island, with a clean and elegant environment and a perfect geographical location. Its historical atmosphere and architectural beauty interweave a restrained and rich aura, which is impressive.
The room we stayed in was warm and elegant, and it was one of my favorite spaces on this trip.
The service is even more exemplary. The housekeepers Xiao Chen and Xiao Wang are thoughtful and patient, and respond quickly, truly achieving ”details are service”.
Such a hotel with great care and full of emotions, with good user experience and a deep reputation foundation, fully has the sustainable advantage of leveraging trust and building long-term customer assets.
The future is promising. Bravo!

This is the last day of my trip. The hotel environment is very good and the equipment is OK, but the service is still lacking. It should be a management problem. First, the whole resort is so big, and there is no housekeeper or a WeChat lead the way to guide the way or help with the luggage; Second, the front desk staff is similar to NPC. When I checked in, I said that there was a hot spring ticket and breakfast for one person. There were only two people to increase the price. I have no opinion on this, but there is a bigger room choice after the price increase. I didn’t say it. I saw the package of Trip.com and I found them better. Said that it can be replaced, no one took me to see how the room can be compared at this time; third, the hot spring area has a ticket with breakfast is also perfunctory, you can still go in if you don't buy a ticket; The environment of the hotel is very good. I changed the wooden house. The wooden house is a little farther from the hotel. I don't need to swipe my card to enter the wooden house area, and the wooden house has no staff to feel very unsafe. To sum up, the environment is good, the management is lacking, and the service is not humane! After I checked in, I still regretted that I knew I would stay at Guanzhang Mountain Narada Hotel. This feeling is really bad!

I expected an older hotel to have outdated facilities, but I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't the case at all. It's a beautiful complex nestled by the mountains and water, perfect for a drive. Getting to Licheng District every day was no problem.
The room was spacious with high ceilings, feeling grand and clean. My only complaint is that the lighting in the king-size room was a bit too dim. There were practical tourist guides on the desk, which was a nice touch.
The guest rooms are quite spread out, offering excellent privacy. Even though the hotel was fully booked and the parking spaces near the Kaiyuan building were full, I stayed for three days and never ran into another guest. I didn't hear any sounds from neighboring rooms either – a truly amazing experience.
The staff were incredibly thoughtful and left a great impression, just like the people of Quanzhou in general.
