The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway and bus station right downstairs, plus a 24-hour convenience store next door. The room facilities are great; the mattress is very soft and comfortable, and the hairdryer works wonderfully. The breakfast is also delicious and served until 1:00 PM. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! The surroundings are stunning, and you can enjoy beautiful views directly from the hotel. The service was also incredible; the staff carried all our luggage up and down the steps. Our room with a view offered amazing sunrise views; I spent over an hour on the balcony in the morning, and it was just wonderful. We later found out that the hotel also offers free Miao traditional costume experiences, which my baby enjoyed, and there's a great selection of clean outfits. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Staying here made my trip so much easier! The environment is meticulously maintained and looks really comfortable. The smart home features are very user-friendly, and all the amenities are comprehensive. They have laundry and fitness equipment, which is super practical. It's located right in the city center, very close to Qingyun Market, so getting around is incredibly convenient. Five-star rating – both the environment and facilities are top-notch. The service was great too! They even upgraded us for free when there was an available room, as we didn't want to switch rooms. Excellent experience!

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The only, and strongest, reason to choose this hotel is its incredible location right at the entrance of Erqi Road Food Street! Seriously, you step out the door, turn a corner, and you're hit with delicious aromas. As someone who specifically came to Guiyang for late-night snacks, this location is pure 'heaven.' At 11 PM, I could just stroll downstairs, and the grilled fish, 'laoguo' (stir-fried dishes cooked in a pot), and glutinous rice were all still open. No need to worry about missing out on meal times. The best part is that no matter how full I was, I didn't need to call a designated driver or a taxi; a two-minute walk was all it took to roll back to my room and crash. Even though it's lively downstairs, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; it was very quiet once the windows were closed. Highly recommend this to anyone whose primary reason for visiting Guiyang is the food!

The hotel location is great, right next to a subway station, and it's a short taxi ride to all the nearby restaurants. The room itself is very spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much complimentary bottled water they provided – more than any other hotel I've stayed at! Their promotional brochure was also really well-made. Definitely excellent value for money.

The location is quite good, very close to the snack street and Jiaxiu Tower. The non-smoking rooms are on a higher floor and are very quiet. The room is spacious, with a classic hotel decor style. What I have to say is, are they really that stingy? There were only two bottles of drinking water in the room, and they were placed in the bathroom. I mean, seriously??? Even the regular drinks in the fridge are charged, and there's a tiny label on the bedside table saying the Evian water is 88 yuan a bottle. Perhaps the facilities are just too old. The air conditioner constantly makes a loud rumbling noise. If you're a light sleeper, it's truly unpleasant. To sum it up in two words: not good.

Worried about where to stay in Libo, I kept seeing old hotels until I finally stumbled upon this hidden gem on Trip.com after countless searches. There was only one review when I booked, so I was a bit hesitant, but I was beyond satisfied once I checked in. The hotel is super new, and I wondered why such a great place had so few reviews. I found out they had just been listed on Trip.com. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures – my photography skills don't do the room's beauty justice! From the moment I booked, someone thoughtfully asked about our high-speed train tickets to arrange a pick-up. At the station, the young man eagerly helped us with our heavy luggage. Everything felt so warm and welcoming. I'm willing to spend time writing an honest review so more tourists can see this amazing hotel and help those who are undecided. Haha! I love staying in new hotels, and the overall experience truly makes it the top choice for a trip to Libo. We stayed in a room type that's unique to the entire hotel. Compared to other hotels near or within the scenic area, the price is genuinely not expensive at all, considering the room is large, new, and you can see the distant mountains from your bed, watching the clouds change. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the East Gate of the scenic area, and you can even see the scenic area's ticket office from your bed. Transportation is convenient right outside, and amenities are all around. It's not noisy at all; I usually have trouble sleeping, but whether it was the comfortable bedding or the super quiet environment, I slept soundly until morning. The lobby design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style – I particularly loved it; it felt soothing and relaxing the moment I walked in. The room was meticulously clean, with attention to every detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making sleep especially restful. It's worth mentioning the staff's thoughtful and proper service, with gentle and polite attitudes. Especially the manager – I've never seen a hotel professional so passionate about their job. They were full of energy throughout, incredibly patient at all times. The check-in process was smooth, and they even gave us directions, making our travels convenient and saving us a lot of time. On the day we left, May 3rd, it was raining heavily, and we had a lot of luggage. Several staff members at the front desk, without umbrellas themselves, braved the rain to help us load our luggage into the car and took us to the high-speed train station. At the station, the manager asked me to help my elderly mother while they again braved the rain to move our luggage to a sheltered spot right at the station entrance, ready for boarding. It was so heartwarming! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Every young lady at reception was meticulous and promptly responded to any needs, making us feel respected and warm. The young lady who helped us check in on the first day was also super nice; I loved interacting with her. I mentioned wanting to see other room types, and she enthusiastically showed us two other Loft styles. Next time, if we're with more people, I can bring my family to stay. One of them even had a small pavilion on the top, perfect for having tea, very comfortable. I didn't see her on checkout day and wanted to say goodbye. Thumbs up to the welcoming staff and the children at the restaurant – their service was absolutely fantastic, super enthusiastic. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with complete and practical facilities, embodying both quality and warmth. I hope they'll have long-stay packages so I can come back for an extended period during the off-season. One ticket allows free entry for seven days – so worth it for just over a hundred yuan! The scenic area staff were also super enthusiastic, patiently explaining routes when we were unsure. Even during the busy May Day holiday, they patiently explained everything, making the experience excellent. Vehicle management was orderly; there was no traffic at all. We went to the East Gate on May 1st and 2nd at noon, and there was hardly any queue. I'm writing this on the high-speed train and at the station. It's worth noting that every platform at Libo High-Speed Train Station has scenic elevators, which is another bonus point, making it friendly for large luggage, seniors, and children. Okay, I won't write any more. In short, for my first time in Libo, both the hotel and the scenic area service were superb. I'll definitely come again if I have time. The room was clean and tidy, and the location right by the entrance to the ancient city was super convenient. Service was quick and efficient. The only slight inconvenience was having to take a golf cart to the neighboring hotel for breakfast, but otherwise, everything was good overall.

My stay at Sofitel Guiyang was absolutely perfect, 10/10! First off, the hotel's location is excellent, making getting around super easy. All the amenities nearby are great for both sightseeing and business. What's more, before we even checked in, Janice from Guest Relations added us on WeChat and sent us a handy guide to all the local facilities. Every single staff member was polite and genuinely friendly. Cat also provided outstanding service. We felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang.
