Finally got to Wudang Mountain for some much-needed relaxation! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, especially the large terrace – the view is breathtaking. On a clear day, seeing the distant mountains and sea of clouds instantly brings a sense of peace. The room itself is designed in a new Chinese style, with thoughtful details, and the bathroom looks very high-quality; it was a really comfortable stay. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the overall experience was top-notch! In the afternoon, there's complimentary Shenshi tea, perfect for sitting down, sipping tea, and chatting – so pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious, with a rich variety of fresh options that left me feeling energized. You can also catch the sunset over at Nanyan Palace. The biggest surprise was the free Tai Chi class! Practicing Tai Chi with the instructor on the terrace in the evening, with the sky above and mountain breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. The instructor was very professional and responsible, correcting postures hand-in-hand and patiently guiding us, so even beginners could quickly pick it up. The service throughout was superb, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Wudang Mountain!

The location is unbeatable. It's right next to Lihuangpi Road, and the Bagong House is just beside it. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is a 20-minute walk away. The young lady who checked me in, the security guard at the entrance, and the young man who checked me out (not at the front desk) were all incredibly nice. The downside is that there's no parking lot, no parking spaces at all. Parking was extremely difficult, which made me hesitant to drive out during my two-day stay. I ended up taking taxis every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Someone came to check it, but couldn't find any issues, and it was just too hot. The hot water was also very problematic. When I got back at midnight, if I only turned on the hot water for a shower, the flow was incredibly weak. If I added a little cold water, the flow would improve slightly, but then the water temperature would drop, which was very inconvenient. Showering was particularly uncomfortable these past two days. The hotel is old, and its facilities are outdated. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card and then press a button; most hotels now just take you to your floor directly after swiping.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

I highly recommend this hotel! As soon as I entered the room, I could tell the cleaning was meticulous; even the corners were spotless. The front desk staff were gentle and provided thoughtful, detailed service. The room had good natural light, complete facilities, and was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel environment was quiet, allowing for a good rest. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. The price is reasonable, and the overall experience was great. It's suitable for both short trips and temporary stays. I've saved it and will prioritize choosing this hotel for future travels.

This well-known hotel next to the Provincial Museum was a must-visit for me. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Manager Yao handled it promptly and thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. Since my child was taking a key exam, they arranged a quiet room for us. The room was spacious, and the TV had a large screen with separate 'cable TV' and 'internet TV' buttons on the remote, which was very user-friendly. You could scan a QR code in the room to book laundry service. The laundry room on the 6th floor was clean and bright, and right outside the door was an outdoor drying area. Our clothes were drying outside, and when it started raining, I rushed back to retrieve them, only to find that an attendant had already brought them inside and hung them up. I was very grateful for that. The buffet is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast spread was extensive. I tried the Wuhan hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and wontons, all of which were authentic and delicious. My child, who usually has a poor appetite, raved about the plain congee and the preserved egg and lean pork congee. The Western options like bacon, bread, and blueberry jam were also excellent and offered a rich flavor. I even saw several foreign tourists while eating, making it feel quite international. It was raining when we checked out, and the staff thoughtfully allowed our car to pull up directly and even helped with our luggage. It was a really heartwarming gesture!

Our pet-friendly stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to K11, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet when you go out. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and other activities. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the wide variety of noodle dishes, which you can customize to your liking. Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel lobby is grand and the ambiance is very comfortable. The lake view room offers a beautiful scenery, the room decor is very upscale, and the high ceilings create a spacious feel. The large balcony for enjoying the lake view is delightful.

Now let's talk about the room—it was incredibly spacious! Honestly, getting such a large room at this price point completely exceeded my expectations. There was no problem spreading my suitcase out and walking around; the space was ample, and it felt very comfortable and not at all cramped. Of course, I must objectively say that the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, showing some signs of wear and tear. However, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding and bathroom were also impeccably tidy. Overall, I didn't experience any discomfort or inconvenience, and it didn't affect my rest at all. In short, it's great value for money. With such attentive service from Xiaolin and such a spacious and clean room, I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.
