Facilities: Comprehensive and convenient! Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Ayi) was very thorough and patient. Environment: You can see the Twin Towers at night, which is very comfortable, and the room layout is good. Service: On the day we arrived, a staff member helped us carry our luggage to our room, which was excellent 👍. The robot delivered our takeout quickly, very convenient! The front desk service was prompt and efficient.

Had a fantastic experience! The breakfast was extensive, and they even offered complimentary afternoon tea or a late-night snack. The service was professional, the room was spotless, and the amenities were very comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect for tourists visiting Nanchang; it's just a few minutes' walk to Wan Shou Palace or Tengwang Pavilion, and you can even see Tengwang Pavilion from the window.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

The environment of the hotel is amazing. The elegant decoration and well-designed space layout make people feel both luxurious and comfortable. Whether it is the grandeur of the lobby or the exquisite service of the guest rooms, I was impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. I was deeply impressed. From reception to room service, every staff member showed extremely high professionalism and care for guests. Especially Xiaogui at the front desk arranged warm and comfortable rooms and solved problems efficiently, which made me happy. I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is luxurious and elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment is good and quiet. The waiters are polite and thoughtful, and the service is considerate. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.

I stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

An old star hotel, not far from the city, close to Aixi Lake, quiet environment and convenient parking. The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

This is a 'five-star' hotel located right next to Bayi Avenue, with a subway entrance just outside the lobby, so the location is pretty excellent. However, perhaps due to its age, the facilities inside are a bit dated and have quite a few issues. What baffled me the most was that the hot water temperature in the room would fluctuate automatically; it would suddenly get scalding hot, then return to normal a few seconds later, repeating this cycle, making you nervous every time you used it. After I reported it, a technician came and, after testing the water, admitted the temperature was inconsistent. However, he explained it as, 'The water supply system has two pumps, each heating water independently and switching automatically; it's probably due to the temperature difference between the two when they switch over,' and offered no solution, which was essentially useless. It's hard to believe this is 'five-star' quality, and the breakfast was also quite mediocre.

The store is very close to Nanchang Railway Station, and the three subway stations of Line 2 are here. Go to Bayi Square, Jiangxi Art Museum, Bayi Memorial Hall, Tengwang Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Jiangxi Museum Nanchang are very close, and you can reach it by subway in 15 minutes. Secondly, the room is very large and clean. The young lady at the third front desk was very friendly and patient. She gave us a free late check-out and let us rest enough to go by car! Very good, there is free Hanfu to lend you to wear out to play, the steamed salmon in their restaurant is very fresh, delicious, fried pork with chili is delicious, white cakes are delicious, and the cans of soup are delicious.

I came to Nanchang on a business trip again to experience the charm of Nanchang. Nanchang has year-round delicious food, so I stayed in this hotel. The hotel has free parking and the service is very thoughtful. I have always liked to live in Vienna because it is clean and hygienic, has standardized services and is very enthusiastic.
