As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yingkou Wanda Yihua Hotel. The check-in was fast and smooth, and our Executive Deluxe Sea-View Room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a fantastic bed. The highlight was the large private balcony offering breathtaking views over the beach, the sea, and the harbor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh Chinese dishes along with some Western options, and everything was well organized even during the busy Golden Week. We can also highly recommend the dinner buffet with its excellent selection of fresh seafood, grilled lamb, and steaks. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special thanks goes to Mia Wang, who supported us so kindly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt very welcome and comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A friend recommended this hotel, saying it was great, so I chose it for our family trip with the kids. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and helpful; she even upgraded our room to a higher floor with a fantastic view. We took the kids to the pool, which was excellent – the water temperature was perfect, and they had a blast. Definitely the top choice when visiting Jinzhou, highly recommend!

She proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my needs in detail and arranged a high-floor city view room for me in advance, which had an amazing view. The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. It is a really good hotel with convenient transportation. It is close to the shopping mall and is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are very new, especially the spiral staircase. The front desk service is warm. The room area is good and the lighting is good. The bedding in the room is very comfortable and the bed is also wide. The spare parts are all branded. The bathroom is spacious and separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. The breakfast room is spacious and bright, and you can see green plants by the window, which is very nice. I was very happy to stay here this time. If any friends come to Jinzhou on business in the future, I will definitely recommend Jinzhou New World Hotel.

As an InterContinental member for over 10 years, I've gone from Ambassador to the lowest tier. I always choose the Dalian InterContinental when I'm on a business trip; the facilities are top-notch. In recent years, more branded hotels have popped up in Dalian, and fewer people seem to choose InterContinental – I'm not sure why. This is the first time I've encountered such arrogant and dismissive room service and guest services staff. The first day was fine, but on the second day, we were checking out, and my child wanted to go swimming. I requested a few items twice: a children's bathrobe, slippers, plastic bags, non-woven bags, and bath towels. The first time, the attendant opened the door very aggressively, speaking loudly, frowning, and looking displeased. I was lightly dressed, and the door was only slightly ajar, but she pushed it wide open. I could only reluctantly tell her to bring the items in. The second time, the person who answered the phone simply said, 'Let me write this down,' and then questioned me, 'Is there anything else?' I said no, and they just hung up. The same attendant came over, clearly even more impatient and still speaking loudly. I blocked the doorway and didn't let her in, just took the bag and asked her to put the bathrobe inside. Such impatience for a few consumables? On the first day, before extending our stay, I asked the front desk for a non-woven bag, and they said they didn't have any, only guest services did. In all my years with InterContinental, this is the first time I've experienced such unaccommodating guest services – it was quite unexpected. I still hope InterContinental continues to improve and that the brand isn't tarnished by staff who haven't been properly trained.

The mattress offered just the right amount of support, and I couldn't hear any corridor noise at night – the soundproofing was perfect. The shower had hot water in 3 seconds with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk proactively recommending some hidden gem restaurants nearby, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location right next to the business district makes getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!
