I had an extended stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenyang during the May Day holiday, and my experience was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Dino for their meticulous and patient service, as well as their prompt responses. Every request was handled efficiently and properly. Even with the busy holiday crowd, they maintained professionalism and a gentle demeanor, skillfully arranging my check-in and itinerary details, proactively resolving various issues, and providing thoughtful and prompt service. The hotel's overall environment was comfortable, and the service was consistently good, making my entire stay worry-free and relaxing. It's truly an ideal choice for a long holiday stay.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel's cleanliness was basic but acceptable for the price – no major issues that would prevent a five-star rating. However, there are a few things I need to mention. On the first day of my stay, I requested two disposable razors. One of them was already opened, had no shaving cream inside, and the blade was even assembled. I'm not sure if it had been used before. Also, the tissues by the bed in the room – I counted them, and only nine had been used before they ran out. The toilet paper in the bathroom was also a small roll when I checked in, and after just four uses, it was gone. It seems these consumables weren't replaced with every new guest. I also want to complain about how thin the bedside tissues are; they're about one-third the thickness of normal tissues and really poor quality – thin and easily fall apart. Then, when checking in, I specifically said I didn't need housekeeping. Yet, at 10 AM the next morning, I was woken up by loud knocking. The cleaning lady said she was there to clean, which ruined any chance of sleeping in afterward. Furthermore, the TV in the room was hit or miss. The first few times I tried to turn it on, the remote control didn't respond, and the set-top box flashed red, indicating a fault. Later, it suddenly started working, but only if you were very close to the TV; otherwise, the remote wouldn't respond. Finally, there's the issue of sound insulation between rooms and the ceiling. The soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room and the upstairs guests. However, the window insulation is good – being double-paned, it blocked out most of the outside noise.

Even though it's an older hotel, it still exudes luxury and attentive service. As expected from a Shangri-La hotel, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere feels fresh and clean. The lady at the breakfast restaurant was very enthusiastic and helped recommend various must-see spots. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly, and the complimentary welcome coffee☕ was a nice touch. I stayed for three nights, and the hotel's location is excellent – super convenient with subway access, high-speed rail connections, and various shopping areas right nearby.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. 2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays. 3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. 4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night. 5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes. Cons (Needs Significant Improvement): 1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. 2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:** * **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job. * **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

My recent stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting for leisure or business! The bathroom had an excellent wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Hot water came out quickly and with stable pressure – you could feel the attention to detail in every aspect. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, with complete amenities. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great, perfectly satisfying different dietary needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, cleaning promptly and quietly without disturbing guests. Any requests made to the front desk were quickly responded to and resolved efficiently and courteously – their service efficiency and attitude were flawless. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation. Nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and various dining options, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The value for money is definitely among the best in its class. I will choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. A hotel that puts such care into its service and pays attention to details truly deserves a perfect rating!

Facilities: All OK, relatively smart. Environment: Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Service: Overall, it's quite good, but there are some gaps in the management process. I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the service hotline was answered promptly. Hygiene: Excellent environment, with a wardrobe and various complimentary amenities. Ambiance: It wasn't yet the season for air conditioning, and as it's a fully enclosed hotel, the room temperature was a bit high. Service: Attentive, meticulous, and patient. This included room service, the hotel front desk, restaurant service, hosts, and guest relations like Ellie, all demonstrating the high standards of a five-star hotel. Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

Come to Benxi to play and stay at Dezhong Hotel is really the right choice! I came to Dandong specifically for the BBQ, and it definitely lived up to the hype – it had a great, lively atmosphere. I chose the best hotel in Dandong for my stay, and it was conveniently located not far from the BBQ restaurants, just a minimum taxi fare away. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent. The absolute best part was not having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries; the front desk arranged for a robot to bring them directly to my room – that was truly amazing!

I'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It's easy to find and super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I booked it for my friend, and they told me it was excellent – spacious, not cramped at all, and with great soundproofing, so they had a really peaceful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, genuinely caring and thoughtful. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. It'll definitely be my top choice for every trip!
