The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to Peace Memorial Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and most attractions. It's also not far from Hiroshima Station and the main shopping street. The hotel is quite international, with Western staff at the lobby, making English communication very smooth. Of course, the front desk itself is also very efficient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our reservation included breakfast and dinner, which offered great value for money. The breakfast was plentiful, with more Western options than other hotels, and the quality was excellent. The dinner selection was also extensive, but it didn't change much over several days, which became monotonous after a while. Perhaps booking without dinner would be a better option.

GGuest UserConsidering the extreme weather in summer, I thought it through and booked this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. You can reach the hotel from the bus stop by just walking through the JR station. Right outside the hotel's second-floor entrance is a tram stop 🚃, which can take you anywhere you want to go, though it's a bit slower than the JR, so you need to keep an eye on the time. You check in on the 7th floor via the elevator. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very new. The commercial facilities within the JR station are super convenient; you can buy things and then head straight up to your room to drop them off. There are also many great restaurants nearby. After so many trips to Japan, this was the first time I finally got to try Hoshino Coffee. It's also very convenient for visiting Miyajima and the Shimose Art Museum.

AAnonymous UserThey provided transportation from the port! Also, there was a welcome drink, the place was spotlessly clean, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very relaxed. The view from the room was absolutely stunning 💓 There was Hayashi rice for a late-night snack and dessert during the day, so I was able to fully enjoy myself just within Etajima-so! Blowing bubbles in the footbath was so much fun ♪

SSkywalker2745Facilities: The single room was a bit smaller, more compact than the twin room I also booked, but overall it was perfectly fine. Big shout out to the ice vendor! Hygiene: Everything was great, from the hotel exterior and parking lot to the interior and the room itself. Environment: The location is excellent! It was pouring rain when we went, but it only took about 20 minutes to drive to Tomonoura! Service: The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the services, and the parking attendant was very patient in helping us find empty spots!! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fukuyama. Fukuyama is the best place to stay if you're visiting Onomichi!
