The hygiene was excellent, and the hotel facilities were complete and well-equipped. It's a shame the staff weren't smiling! The toiletries provided in the bathroom didn't live up to the Hilton brand standard. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan, this one felt significantly lacking in the details compared to local Japanese brands.
This is a newly opened hotel, so the rooms and facilities are all brand new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The location is unbeatable. Take the elevator from the 7th-floor front desk down to the 2nd floor, turn left, and you'll find the JR and Shinkansen lines, making it easy to travel to cities around Hiroshima. Turn right, and you'll find the city tram, with a single line offering direct access to multiple city attractions. Plus, there are two shopping malls inside Hiroshima Station, so dining and shopping are no problem. The only minor drawback is that the central air conditioning in the room is too loud; I had to turn it off at night to sleep.
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.
This is the second closest hotel to the station, with Daiwa being the first. The downside of being so close is the noise from passing trains. The overall soundproofing of the hotel isn't great either; I could clearly hear the cleaning staff talking in the hallway during my afternoon nap. Also, for some reason, there were sudden, loud cracking noises in the room. At first, I thought it might be the wooden furniture expanding and contracting due to temperature changes, making a loud 'CRACK!', but then I wondered how that could be when the AC was on constantly. These noises were quite disturbing in the middle of the night. The fridge was also noisy, and so was the AC. In short, there was a mix of various noises, yet somehow they seemed to cancel each other out – quite a bizarre experience. The facilities are a bit old, but the room itself is spacious. It was clean, and the service was very good.
Staying here was mainly due to its excellent location. It's right outside the Shinkansen station, which was perfect for my last leg of the trip. I spent a day shopping before heading back. There's even a bus to the airport right on the first floor. The hotel isn't big, but the location truly makes up for it!

The room is very big, the bed is very comfortable, there are Japanese cushions and TV in the living room, a large wardrobe, and a safe. The door has a password lock, so it is very convenient not to bring a room card. It is clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, and there are free refreshments, and you can eat while looking at the sea.
