our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10] room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10] location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10] cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Service was very good. 3. The hotel is quite new. 4. All basic facilities are well-equipped. 5. Breakfast was very rich and varied. 6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great. Cons: 1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby. 2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended. 3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.

Considering the extreme weather in summer, I thought it through and booked this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. You can reach the hotel from the bus stop by just walking through the JR station. Right outside the hotel's second-floor entrance is a tram stop 🚃, which can take you anywhere you want to go, though it's a bit slower than the JR, so you need to keep an eye on the time. You check in on the 7th floor via the elevator. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very new. The commercial facilities within the JR station are super convenient; you can buy things and then head straight up to your room to drop them off. There are also many great restaurants nearby. After so many trips to Japan, this was the first time I finally got to try Hoshino Coffee. It's also very convenient for visiting Miyajima and the Shimose Art Museum.

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.

Thank you for your help on the 1st anniversary. The rooms are very nice and above all, it is a nice place where the staff provide a really detailed service. Thanks to you, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you for providing us with wonderful time and space, Mr. Tsuji and Mr. Tanaka, the staff who took care of us during our stay. We stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely beautiful, and above all, every staff member provided such attentive and thoughtful service that made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to everyone, we had a perfect trip. Special thanks to Mr. Tsuji and Mr. Tanaka for creating such a warm and memorable experience for us. I hope this message reaches them.

Facilities: The single room was a bit smaller, more compact than the twin room I also booked, but overall it was perfectly fine. Big shout out to the ice vendor! Hygiene: Everything was great, from the hotel exterior and parking lot to the interior and the room itself. Environment: The location is excellent! It was pouring rain when we went, but it only took about 20 minutes to drive to Tomonoura! Service: The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the services, and the parking attendant was very patient in helping us find empty spots!! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fukuyama. Fukuyama is the best place to stay if you're visiting Onomichi!

This is one of the best hotel we have stayed near hiroshima. Definitely worth staying and highly recommened
