Conveniently located directly above the south side of Hiroshima Station, with a small elevator leading straight to the 7th-floor lobby (near the Hiroshima Electric Railway entrance; the Maple Loop bus is on the north side). There's a wide variety of dining options in the mall downstairs. The hotel feels quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff speak good English. The self-service luggage storage is easy to use. Overall, the Granvia quality is excellent.
The stay experience is very enjoyable, the hotel location is very good, the sea is outside the window, sitting in the house and enjoying the invincible scenery, the main street is downstairs, the Japanese cuisine for dinner is very amazing, the service is very thoughtful. The room is spacious and beautiful, the hot spring is on the top floor with the hot spring to see the beautiful scenery, the most beautiful holiday.
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The bed was slightly smaller than I expected, but it wasn’t a major issue since I only stayed for one night.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its excellent location at Hiroshima Station, and it truly delivered in terms of convenience. It made getting around the city and accessing transportation very easy and efficient.
In summary, a comfortable and practical option, especially for short stays and travelers prioritizing location.
Pros:
1. Excellent location.
2. Service was very good.
3. The hotel is quite new.
4. All basic facilities are well-equipped.
5. Breakfast was very rich and varied.
6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great.
Cons:
1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby.
2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended.
3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.
Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was spacious and modern, and its proximity to the station was a huge plus. The service was impeccable; I dropped off my luggage in the morning, and by the time I checked in later, it was already in my room. They even changed the sheets every day during my multi-night stay. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan at a similar price point, this one is by far the best.
This is the best hotel for relaxation. You are on an island, oyster farms and fishermen nearby, incredible view of the inland sea of Japan)
The hotel itself has many additional pleasant things - aromatic oils, mint tea from the garden, wine and sake, coffee, tea, sweets and a late snack of curry. Breakfast is great)
The onsen is very nice and clean!
I recommend this hotel for relaxation and a break from the hustle and bustle!

I chose a plan that included dinner and breakfast, and I could feel the love for Etajima as they are particular about using locally produced ingredients and use plenty of them. Overall, it was a great experience and a special day. It's a hotel I would like to come back to.
Really enjoyed my 1 night stay at the hotel.. the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is at a good location and rooms are huge with nice toiletries. The hotel is walking distance to the Itshikushina Shrine. The dinner menu was of good quality and really enjoyed the free flow of beverages and tidbits at the lounge area. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to be back and spend a few more nights here.
The hotel is great has wonderful standards of maintenance and house keeping. Staff very friendly and restaurant services excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of choicest dishes. Location superb. Rooms for Japanese standards very good.
