5-Star Hotels in Metro Manila, Philippines

This is my second night at Lanson place. After the great experience in the first night, I decided to cancel another reservation and extended the stay here. This time, I book a room with Lanson club (executive lounge) access to have a try. Frankly, the extra cost does not really proved to be worth. While the staff are polite, friendly and helpful as always, there are very limited food and beverage options in the lounge (compared to other hotels' lounges that I have experienced). The view from the lunge is also limited (see the photo). The food option such as the breakfast in the photo is quite limited as well. It occurs to me that Lanson Place could be a good option for the regular rooms but not the executive ones. Perhaps the in-room W/D would something that I appreciate, but it is definitely not worth the much higher cost. I'll stay in a regular room in Lanson next time.

I enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

I appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the birthday decorations. However, if there’s a next time, I hope they can pay closer attention to my specific requests, such as assigning a higher-floor room. Regarding housekeeping, I noticed that after having some food in the room at night, a few crumbs remained on the floor. Even after the daytime cleaning service, they were still there, which suggests the cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly. Also, every time you enter the hotel, your belongings are checked for security reasons — which I understand — but it can be slightly bothersome. As for the location, the hotel is very convenient as it’s right across from the Greenbelt shopping mall in the city center. That said, guests should note that the connection between the hotel and the malls other parts is either via outdoor paths or a footbridge, so those sensitive to heat might want to keep that in mind.

Had a great stay at Acacia Hotel Manila. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was accommodating and professional. The location is also convenient and accessible. The amenities were decent, although some of the areas featured online, like the Treetop Lounge, (no any other nice views from higher floors) were unavailable during our visit, which we were looking forward to experiencing. The pool area was relaxing and clean, though a bit more simple and quiet than expected. Views are also limited mostly to the inside/room surroundings rather than city scenery. Overall, still a pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Built in 1912, The Manila Hotel exudes old-world grandeur and luxury with its European-style architecture, spacious lobby, arched doorways, massive chandeliers, and wooden window frames. Interestingly, General MacArthur's suite, from the time he lost to General Peng during the Korean War, is preserved on the fifth floor – history certainly has a way of repeating itself... The breakfast selection is quite extensive.

Exceeded expectations! This is by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Manila. The overall cleanliness was superb, facilities were excellent, and the decor was uniquely stylish and elegant—much better than what you'd find in the BGC area!

Central location in Makati! The staff are extremely focused on giving you the best possible stay and service possible. Food was excellent too!

I had a wonderful stay at I’M Hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy and organized, which made the experience even more relaxing. One of the highlights of the hotel is the impressive range of amenities. The pool area was spacious and relaxing, while the sauna and gym were clean, modern, and well-equipped. It’s a great place whether you want to unwind or stay active during your staycation. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a good variety of food choices and quality dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making breakfast something to look forward to each morning. I also loved having access to the rooftop bar, which offered a great atmosphere and beautiful city views — perfect for ending the evening with drinks and good company. Overall, I highly recommend I’M Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Makati. Great amenities, clean rooms, good food, and an excellent overall experience.
