Lanson Place Mall of Asia is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Their service is simply one of the best. They genuinely take care of their guests and make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to their Junior Suite, which made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated the gesture! I also appreciate how polite and welcoming all the hotel staff are. You can really see how passionate they are about their work. The food was also great, and special mention to Ja, one of their servers, who was very polite and attentive and always made sure our needs were taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again in the future! ❤️

Booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices. The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

My husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake! The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces. The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

We’ve stayed at Bellevue countless times, but this visit was truly unforgettable because it coincided with one of the most important milestones—my mom’s birthday. From the moment we reached out, the management showed genuine care. We only requested a small birthday cake, fully aware that such requests are often difficult to grant. To our surprise, Bellevue didn’t just say yes—they went the extra mile. They prepared a beautiful, freshly made cake and even sent a heartfelt birthday greeting. Even though we were miles away, Bellevue helped us bridge that distance. My mom felt celebrated, loved, and truly special on her day. The Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance. Lacking points from my personal experience: 1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges. 2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future? The good parts: 1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality. 2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm. 3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this.

We only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

I had an exceptional stay at I’M Hotel Makati and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a truly relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of the hotel is its outstanding facilities. The onsen spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center were all impeccably maintained and provided the perfect balance of relaxation and wellness. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of delicious local and international dishes, making every morning something to look forward to. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Makati, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. What truly sets I’M Hotel apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Overall, I’M Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay in Makati. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
