Freundliches Personal, gute Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück. Der Garten ist klein, erlaubt aber, nachts das Fenster auf Kippe zu stellen, der Innenhof ist ruhig. Altstadt fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar.  Parkplätze sind rar in Wroclaw, unbedingt dazubuchen, falls man mit dem Auto anreist, auf Hotelgelände gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz und 2 E-Ladesäulen, neben dem Hotel einen grösseren Parkplatz. Parken ist aber teuer. 

A very good convenience is the spa zone open until midnight!

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

This hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.

Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war stimmig. Es war eine Überraschung für meinen Freund zum Geburtstag und sie ist sehr gelungen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber , man hatte eine geniale Aussicht und einen tollen Whirlpool sowie Sauna zum entspannen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war auch sehr nett. Zum Zentrum sind es ca 10 Gehminuten. Parkplätze gibt es vor Ort zusätzlich. Aktuell gibt es Bauarbeiten da im Gebäude sowie daneben neu gebaut wird. Wir kommen auf jedenfall bald wieder. The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.

1. The hotel is very new and very contemporary. It is a high-end hotel as soon as it is reached. The waiter's English is not very good. 3. The bigger the room number, the more the room enters, and it takes a long way to get to the room. There are many foods downstairs, near the attractions.

It's an old building but the interior is not at all. It feels like sleeping in the museum as old as history. But the facilities are up to date

That day started at 3 pm. I confessed this before I made an appointment, and a gentleman suggested that he could check in early on the phone. Subject to room availability. Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish! The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed The Marriott applauded with such rude applause. cerium
