RRick91The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.
Cchi mingThis hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.
GGuest UserThe stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.
GGuest UserFreundliches Personal, gute Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück. Der Garten ist klein, erlaubt aber, nachts das Fenster auf Kippe zu stellen, der Innenhof ist ruhig. Altstadt fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar.
BBartrekOnTourI rate my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Wrocław very positively. The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, right next to the Old Market Square and close to major tourist attractions, making it a great base for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel staff is polite, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast deserves special mention – a very wide selection of dishes, fresh products, and a high standard of service. The hotel also offers amenities such as a fitness center and fast Wi-Fi, which further enhance the comfort of your stay. Minor downsides include the rather high prices – especially for parking and some additional services – and some rooms could use a bit of a refresh. Overall, however, the Radisson Blu Wrocław is a highly recommended place: elegant, well-organized, and offering a high standard, perfect for both a short trip and a longer stay in the city.
GGuest UserOverall, I have very mixed feelings.
1. Tasty breakfasts from the menu; the buffet is ridiculous; it would be better if there wasn't one. Two juices to choose from, apple and pear :) and remember, this is a 5-star hotel. There's not even honey for the tea. So, compared to a competing hotel nearby for the same price, I don't know why you're paying so much for breakfast.
2. The photos of the rooms on the trip were slightly different from the real thing. There was no picture on the wall and no chair to sit on.
3. Poor quality, unbranded cosmetics. They irritate the skin. There's not even a label to read the ingredients.
GGuest UserThat day started at 3 pm. I confessed this before I made an appointment, and a gentleman suggested that he could check in early on the phone.
Subject to room availability.
Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand
It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish!
The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed
The Marriott applauded with such rude applause.
