"It's a bit far from the city center, but if you take a taxi it's not a problem to get there. There were a lot of comments about the humidity being a problem, but the weather was nice when we stayed so it wasn't a problem at all. There was a large bathtub, a spacious shower room, a comfortable bed and good amenities. I'm very satisfied."

Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast. We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is seriously run down in terms of maintenance. The spa is only open five hours a day, and it's difficult to get appointments for the number of hotel guests. If we book at 3:00 PM, we can't get in until 4:00 PM because it takes an hour to fill the whirlpool, and the staff doesn't arrive until 3:00 PM. The restaurant isn't open at night, so you have to go to the hotel next door for dinner, about 150 meters away at night and on the highway. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant service and the attentive service.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

The mosquito control in the room is very good, there is a special fragrance and anti-mosquito lotion for the guests to use The restaurant in the hotel tastes pleasantly surprised, I recommend everyone to try it.

A beautiful hotel, close to nature. Welcome staff. There are 2 pools and a nice restaurant. Photos of a delicious dinner.)) It's all done in one style, beautiful houses, even the recipient is beautifully suited to the general view. On the second floor of the recipient is a lounge area where you can comfortably wait for your settlement and play desktop games. Or read the book. There is everything you need in the room: from various cups to mixers, there are mosquito repellents that help you a lot. Mate, nuts and chocolate candy as a compliment to the plant were a nice bonus. A very cool mangal terrace, you can have dinner in nature. And I want to pay attention to the details: a note with the guest name and a greeting - it looked very nice 🥰 ❤️ This is one of the best hotels you want to recommend. 10 out of 10.

The room is big, especially the bed, and it's very clean, which is pretty good in Argentina. The airport bus can go directly to the airport. Turn right for about 200 meters and you will see the scenic spots of the Three Kingdoms. It is also the starting point for the bus to the Great Falls. Currently, the one-way ticket to the Great Falls is 3,000 local currency, and the one-way ticket to the airport is 3,300 local currency (5,900 yuan round trip). ), a taxi costs 12,000 yuan, and the ticket to Iguazu Falls is 20,000 local currency (about 20 US dollars). You can rent cars and travel at the hotel's TAXI and REMIS centers, and the services are very good. The hotel stipulates check-out at ten o'clock. Since we were on an evening flight, the front desk asked the manager for instructions and delayed check-out until twelve o'clock.

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。 服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。 但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。 第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。
