My overall stay was absolutely perfect, from the moment I checked in until I left, everything was smooth and pleasant. The hotel environment is quiet, elegant, and refined. The room comfort was top-notch, and my experience using the facilities was excellent. The service was meticulous and attentive, taking care of both small and large details, which made me feel incredibly warm and valued. My stay was comfortable and peaceful, with no unpleasant surprises whatsoever. This is truly a hotel that puts its heart into service, and I'll definitely be a returning guest.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location in Dandong! It's directly across from the Broken Bridge scenic area on the Yalu River, and you can step right out onto Jiangbin Road. Dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. The room even comes with binoculars, so you can gaze at Sinuiju across the river, and the Workers' Palace is right there too – perfect for striking a 'leader's speech' pose! 😉

I booked a double room, but it reeked of smoke. They graciously upgraded me to a double suite for free, which was fantastic and made for a great experience. Housekeeping cleaned daily and it was very clean. The only minor issue was that the windows, possibly for safety on the higher floors, couldn't be opened without a cleaner's assistance. The breakfast was excellent, especially for a four-star hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I requested a change of pillows because the one for my child was too soft, and they promptly brought a buckwheat pillow. The room was spacious and soundproofing was decent. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street, with plenty of great food options and shopping. Despite the crowds during the May Day holiday, I highly recommend staying here.

We traveled on a weekend, and with a second-grader, my biggest concerns are a noisy environment, poor hygiene, and subpar service. Travel with kids often involves many little things, and any unfamiliarity can quickly ruin your mood. However, the moment we stepped into the New World Shenyang Hotel, all those worries vanished. It’s not an overly extravagant or luxurious style; instead, it's incredibly clean, grand, and has a warm, homey feel. The lobby is spacious and bright, with floors and corners meticulously clean. There's no unpleasant smell in the air, just a faint, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel very relaxed. The staff at check-in were super gentle and spoke softly. Knowing we had a child, they thoughtfully arranged a quiet, non-connecting room for us – such a considerate detail! After entering the room, I immediately started checking the hygiene, and honestly, I couldn't find a single flaw. The bed linens and duvet covers were brand new, flat, and clean, feeling soft to the touch without any stiffness. The floors, windowsills, bedside tables, and even the nooks and crannies were wiped clean. The bathroom's vanity, mirror, and washing area were all impeccably sparkling, and the wet/dry separation was excellent. What's even more thoughtful is the hotel's 24-hour service. We went out with the kids to watch a movie and returned to the hotel quite late. I assumed there wouldn't be anyone at the reception desk late at night, but to my surprise, someone was still there, providing excellent 24-hour service! Plus, there's free underground parking downstairs, which makes it very good value for money.

This hotel near Zhongjie Grand Marshal's Mansion has amazing service and a super convenient location – the pedestrian street is right downstairs! My stay exceeded my expectations, especially since there was a wrench-shaped gift for May Day, which was a pleasant surprise. The fruit provided was also excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They even allowed a free late checkout when I had itinerary issues, which was really thoughtful and human-centric. Highly recommend this place, five stars all around! I arrived from SK bus station after 9 PM. The next day, I had an early train at 6 AM to go back home. Not wanting the hassle of traveling back and forth, I spotted the Northeast Asia Hotel nearby, less than a 10-minute walk away. I told the front desk I had an early train, and they asked me what time we were leaving. I said 5:30 AM, and they kindly scheduled a wake-up call for 5 AM, which was great! They also asked if I wanted a packed breakfast, but I declined. My room was very quiet, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. My alarm hadn't even gone off yet when the wake-up call came through – so thoughtful! A hotel that ensures a sound night's sleep and punctual wake-up calls like this is just fantastic.

The hotel's hygiene standards are excellent; the bedding was clean and dry, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, with a good selection of toiletries that felt fresh and clean. The front desk staff, Hui Ren, was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful – her service attitude was impeccable, making my stay exceptionally pleasant.

I drove to Zhongjie and saw this hotel had its own parking lot, so I booked a room after parking. The location is indeed excellent; Zhongjie Street is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to Toutiao Hutong, and the Forbidden City is also very close. The subway station is right outside the hotel too. I was initially worried it might be noisy, but when I returned to the hotel around 11 PM after exploring, it was surprisingly quiet. The pillows were great – I slept really well!
