The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at the Northeast Asia Hotel in Shenyang. Located right in the heart of Taiyuan Street and not far from Shenyang Railway Station, the hotel is surrounded by numerous malls and restaurants, making getting around, shopping, and dining extremely convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was impeccably clean and featured whole-house smart voice controls, making it easy to operate the lights and curtains. The bedding was soft, the soundproofing was excellent, and I had a very restful sleep at night. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation layout, and the hot water supply was abundant. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry room and a gym, parking spaces are available for those driving, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. Overall, it offers great value for money and is well-suited for both business trips and leisure travel.

Breakfast:★★☆☆☆ * The hotel advertises both Western and Chinese breakfast options; however, the Western selection was very limited. * Coffee was not available during breakfast, which was disappointing for an international resort. * Guests with dietary requirements, such as those who do not eat pork, may find the buffet quite limited, with few suitable alternatives. Dining:★★★☆☆ * Hotel restaurants and bar offered a nice atmosphere. * Food and drinks were expensive for the portion sizes and overall value. * Ordering through ******* or dining outside the hotel provides better value. Activities & Beach Facilities:★★★☆☆ * The beachfront location is beautiful and has great potential for guest activities. * It would be a wonderful addition if the resort included complimentary paddle boats, beach games, balls, sand toys, or other recreational equipment for guests. * Most activities required an additional fee, and there were very few free entertainment options available for families or guests wanting to enjoy the beach. Value for Money:★★★☆☆ * The spectacular location justifies part of the cost, but improvements in cleanliness, balcony comfort, breakfast variety, complimentary beach activities, and dining value would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Would I Recommend It?✔️ Yes The breathtaking beachfront location and incredible views make this hotel worth considering. With a few improvements in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast options, complimentary recreational activities, and pricing, it would provide an even better guest experience.

I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football tournament. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after reading some online reviews, but since the team was staying here, it made it more convenient for us during the competition. So, I decided to go with it. I sent my son to check it out first, and he said that while the hotel was old, it was generally okay. My actual stay confirmed this. Although the hotel is quite old, the brand does an excellent job with maintenance. All the facilities were in good condition, the bedding was very comfortable, and the towels seemed relatively new. The bathroom sink was spotless, with no grime or stains. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering all the essentials. Overall, it's great value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if the carpets could get a deep clean.

I'd stayed at an Atour 3.5 in Qingdao before, so when I saw this new Atour 4.0 opening in Dalian in 2025, and it was close to Dongguan Street, I booked it well in advance, thinking Atour's service is always great for a trip. I had high expectations, but the actual stay was a bit disappointing. 1. I booked a room without breakfast. Last year, during the off-peak season in September at the Qingdao branch, they directly offered complimentary daily breakfast for two throughout my stay, which was a great experience. This hotel only offered one day of complimentary breakfast for two. I tried the coffee machine in the public area downstairs both morning and evening, but for three consecutive days, there was no milk, so I couldn't make coffee properly. The self-service beverage experience was poor. 2. The room hardware was brand new, and basic cleanliness was acceptable. However, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the maintenance of public facilities and service details. The cleaning staff came daily during my stay and did clear the trash, but they only re-made the bed simply, and visible hair on the bed wasn't cleaned. 3. The soundproofing in the room was poor; I could clearly hear noise from next door. On the last night of my stay, the TV inexplicably turned on by itself in the middle of the night for some unknown reason, severely impacting my sleep experience.

The Hotel is a great deal, rooms are small but well arranged with great lightning and a comfy bed. The location is perfect, 2min walk from the river and about 10 by taxi from the station. The bridge is about 20min away on foot. The staff is very nice and helpful. Some people do smoke in the room so turning on the shower fan may bring some cigarette smell into the bathroom but other than this we had an amazing stay. Highly recommand.

Let's start with the positives: **Excellent Location:** The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Shenyang, surrounded by popular 'influencer' spots. The Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion are within walking distance, and it's situated right on Middle Street Pedestrian Street. Transportation is convenient. Downstairs, Wang Houyuan Dumplings are delicious, and the Qianlima BBQ across the street is also highly recommended; you should try their chicken racks too. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. However, I wouldn't recommend the Xiaohuyan Morning Market or the Caitadian Night Market nearby; they're overpriced, the food is mediocre, very commercialized, and rarely frequented by locals. **Good Sleep Experience:** The soundproofing in the rooms is quite good, and the bedding is clean and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality rest. **Prompt Service Response:** When issues like a clogged floor drain arose, the hotel manager was patient and resolved them promptly. On the morning of the 24th, while dining at the buffet restaurant, I noticed obvious stains on the edge of a plate (as shown in the picture). A male waiter saw it and reacted quickly, immediately taking the plate away. His actions were timely and appropriate, which is commendable. He immediately informed a female waitress on site about the issue. However, it was disappointing that the female waitress responded, 'So many people eat at the buffet every day; it's impossible to check every plate.' Now for the negatives: **Severely Outdated Hardware:** The room furnishings are old-fashioned and stained, the clothes hanger was broken, and the room door sagged, making it difficult to open and close. The carpet had large areas of old stains, which looked quite bad. After I reported this to Ctrip, the platform was very helpful in coordinating a solution. The hotel manager was patient and proactively offered a room upgrade. Ultimately, we declined the upgrade and opted for free breakfast instead, but the hotel's attitude towards resolving the issue is commendable. (Although, when communicating with the manager, I overheard a female waitress next to her quietly questioning if I was 'looking for trouble,' which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I was simply providing honest feedback.) **Poor Attention to Hygiene Details:** The floor drain in the shower was clogged, leading to standing water. Also, as mentioned, there were obvious stains on a plate during breakfast on the 24th. **Management Awareness Needs Improvement:** Regarding the cutlery hygiene issue, the on-site female waitress explained it away by saying 'there are too many people to check individually.' This reveals a lack of standardized procedures and treats an objective difficulty as an excuse for a management oversight. Finally, I'd like to say that while this stay wasn't perfect, Ramada, as an established four-star hotel, generally has good service and staff quality. However, it definitely needs some reforms. The hotel occupies an excellent location, but the current hardware completely fails to live up to its 'four-star' rating and 'prime location' value. I recommend considering phased renovations (for example, renovating one floor at a time and then progressing through the others). Although this would result in a short-term loss of revenue, in the long run, improving the hardware to recover ratings and reputation would yield a far greater return than simply 'resting on its laurels' as it is now.

The room environment and location were decent. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but I was really touched by the sincere and professional attitude of the short-haired lady at the front desk who resolved it (her professionalism deserves a thumbs up – hotel service and problem-solving attitude are everything). I hope the hotel will also prioritize guests booking through platforms like Trip.com in the future. If they're only going to focus on guests who book directly through H Rewards and get late check-out privileges, then I suggest they stop taking bookings on online platforms altogether.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to many local spots. Jiutian and the night market are also only about a 10-minute walk away – really great location! The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom is spotless, which shows how much attention to detail they put in. Downstairs, there's a beautiful mineral display and delicious local specialties. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic too, served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Highly recommend!

This hotel is great in every aspect, but the breakfast and the price of nearly 500 yuan a night during the off-season just don't match. The variety of breakfast items is truly too limited. What's the difference between this and staying at a Hanting for 200-something yuan? Can you believe they even have plain white rice with one dish for breakfast? When checking out, the front desk didn't even look up and didn't even bother to offer the two complimentary bottles of water.
