This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

This time, I was traveling with my parents and my child. Since my little one wasn't feeling well, I really needed a great hotel, and this one truly didn't disappoint. The room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful night view outside the window. Everyone in the family praised my choice. My dad stood there, cup of tea in hand, for quite a while, saying, 'Looking at these lights just brightens my mood.' My child was glued to the window, gazing into the distance, and asked if it was a lighthouse. The hotel is only three or four minutes from the bus station, which was great since my parents walk a bit slower – no worries about rushing for our bus. In the mornings, I'd take my child for a stroll in the small park downstairs, and then we'd come back just in time for breakfast. They had hot congee and mini steamed buns, which my parents loved, and my child enjoyed the special kids' area with small cakes and yogurt. When it was time to check out, the front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Of all the places we've stayed on this trip, this hotel was truly a hit with the whole family.

In the early morning, you can head to the nearby morning market to get a taste of authentic Northeastern street life. After exploring the historical sites during the day, take a leisurely stroll along Zhongjie in the evening to enjoy the night views and sample local snacks. It's a fulfilling yet relaxed itinerary. The excellent location, comfortable living environment, and attentive service made my entire Shenyang trip exceptionally pleasant. Whether for leisure travel or a short getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

The room was spacious and fantastic, with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. The only minor drawback was the lack of a light at the desk, making it a bit dark. The gym was amazing, even equipped with weightlifting machines, and the treadmills had wireless charging! On the same floor, there was also a free self-service laundry room, and you could check machine availability directly from your room. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

This hotel's location is excellent. It's directly accessible from the airport via subway and centrally located, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the service center responded quickly to all our requests. Plus, there's a free afternoon tea buffet! You can also easily walk to breakfast stalls and seafood restaurants nearby.

This hotel, formerly the Presidential Palace, offers adequately sized rooms with ample space and good hygiene. The facilities are relatively new, and a decent range of toiletries are provided. The bed is a bit on the firm side, not as comfortable as some others. The water pressure is excellent, and the shower can spray quite a bit if turned up high; it was a little odd how water would splash onto me every time I used the toilet. There are plenty of charging outlets conveniently located by the bed, so just bring your own cables. The automatic curtains, especially the thick ones, didn't work well – they'd stop and start, making it difficult to open them. The mini-bar offers two complimentary cans of Coke and two bottles of water, totaling four bottles. For a family room, this felt a bit insufficient, but thankfully, there's a coffee shop and a KFC downstairs, and a convenience store isn't too far away. The surrounding area has many dining options. Food delivery by robot or a 1.9-meter-tall handsome staff member was a nice touch. The staff generally provide good service, but they didn't proactively inform us about the afternoon tea included in our package. You have to ask about it to get it, and while they'll provide it if you ask, they lack a certain inherent warmth – more like modern civil servants. Parking is plentiful, but the signage for the hotel's dedicated elevator in the underground parking lot could be better; we ended up exiting through another unit, like a KTV, by mistake. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including shrimp, eggs, fruit, and good Western pastries and noodles. Overall, it's a pretty good 3-4 star business hotel.

Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk lady to the housekeeping staff, was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast: Fantastic. It's rare to find fresh-squeezed juice at this price point. There were seven types of fruit, five kinds of bread, and about ten hot dishes, including small yellow croaker and pork knuckle. To be objective, I wasn't asked for a good review by anyone throughout my stay. The only minor issue was a slight renovation smell since it's a new hotel, noticeable in the hallway but almost absent in the room.

I stayed at Shenyang Yunwan Hotel recently and found it to be very conveniently located—perfect for travelers using the train and visiting local attractions. The room was clean, though slightly run-down, and guests will need to manage expectations in that regard. A major plus is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, offering easy access to food, shopping, and amenities. However, one important point to note is that the hotel’s air conditioning is centrally controlled by the mall. Once the mall closes (around 11:00 PM), the air conditioning is automatically shut off, leaving the rooms without cooling for the rest of the night. This can make the room quite stuffy, especially during warmer periods. Overall, the hotel scores high on location and convenience, but the lack of air conditioning at night may be a drawback for some guests. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide an alternative cooling solution during non-operating hours.

The room was quite spacious, and the double bed was large and comfortable. The decor was stylish, and the facilities were mostly complete. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the maintenance and breakfast service staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite rich. The only downsides were the slightly poor Wi-Fi and the TV often buffering. The hotel is very close to Shenyang North Station, making transportation convenient, which is why it's the best choice when visiting Shenyang, and the price is affordable. Shengjing (Shenyang) is a city well worth exploring and visiting.
