The hotel location is good to me, and very close to the train station as well. Very quiet and clean. Nonetheless, I'm so curious why they don't have a shower curtain, so it won't let the water splash all over the bathroom when people standing to do showers.
And yet, it would be much better if they have common language (such as English at least) in the room (not just Korean language which most foreigners don't understand). Made us quite confused and frustrated. The most important is they should post the accurate information (check-in time) on the booking details. It said that check-in at 14:00 when I did the booking, but the front staff said it is 16:00. :(
Early check-in, the service is still very good, there are so many restaurants around, the room is clean and tidy, the room type is big enough, overall satisfaction
We randomly picked this hotel to stay one night and overall not too bad. The room is huge with everything we need. The breakfast is just instant noodle and white bread, don’t waste money for their breakfast.

I went on a family trip and my parents were really satisfied with the view and everything.
I had a really fun paragliding in the morning. I'll come again next time. Thank you.
The rooms are as clean as they are in the photos.
The room smells powdery, but that's the same when I stayed at a nearby motel, so that may be just how it is. There is an air purifier, so I turn it on just to be safe.
The receptionist doesn't seem to speak English, but they are nice and helpful, using gestures and a friendly atmosphere.
The breakfast is cereal, bread, and ramen, which is not enough, but considering the price of the hotel and the surrounding motels, I think it's better.
I would definitely stay again.
I stayed in a double room.
The room is new, so it's clean and doesn't have any strange smells. It's spacious. There is a bath so you can relax.
There are no amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, etc.), but you can purchase them cheaply at the front desk.
Check-in is easy as you just tell them your name and they give you a card, and the front desk staff are friendly. There is also a mechanical check-in system that speaks Japanese, so it should be fine.
There is no breakfast, but there are convenience stores, restaurants, and cafeterias nearby so it's not a problem. There is free coffee made from fresh beans.
It's cheap and clean, so I would definitely come back.
After sightseeing around, I went in after the check-in time, but I regretted seeing other people who came in advance having a barbecue party in the yard (^^)
The boss was kind and I was so grateful for the regret that I couldn't contact you in advance because the number was wrong.
I've been to Danyang for the first time, but if I visit again, I'll go to Hydrangea Hall .^^
Thanks to you, it was a trip full of happy memories with my family. Thank you.
오오지코지I made a reservation because I just needed a place to sleep, and although the room was small, it was clean and suited my needs. And it was really nice to have the Olle Trail behind.
It's quiet, has a nice view in the evening, and is located in the mountains, so it's a very pleasant and healing location. I picked it up near Cheongju Airport to go to Jeju Island, and it was perfect. This is it.
Coming for a walk in the morning is the icing on the cake.
I want to go again and enjoy it even more.
CCayaThis was a nice little budget motel in Chungju. Not too far from the bus terminal, it was surrounded by other hotels and restaurants.
The staff was friendly, but didn’t speak any English. The rooms were clean and spacious, and everything was well-maintained. They even gave you a little travel bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc in case you forgot something. The beds were the hard Korean style, which might not be compatible with some westerners preference, but the linens were clean and the bed was in good shape.
My only complaint would be the temperature. It was winter time, but with the ondol floor turned up at full blast, the room felt like I was sleeping outside in the summer. I couldn’t find the controls for the ondol floor in the room, so I had to open the window a crack in the dead of window to moderate the temperature somewhat. But given the price and the quality of room, I’d recommend in the future
GGuest UserLoved the private car parking included.
Loved the pleasant, responsive host/owner.
Stayed 2 nights and staff topped up our supplies, towels and emptied our bin. Our room was spacious.
The rooms seem separated by thin walls only and we could hear the next door neighbours late at night.
Enjoyed the free coffee near the reception desk.
From the photos of the room on the website, however, we expected to be able to cook in our room.....stove top shown in the photos.
But the hotplates were not plugged in, nor were there any cooking utensils, pots or pans, cutlery, plates etc.
This was disappointing and the hotplates should not be shown in the photos of the room as it isisleading.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this Hotel which has a great location on the waterfront.

EengTotal magnificent place to stay and experience total peace and beautiful nature. Snow capped mountains. Owners Mr & Mrs Lee are friendly and helpful. Room is clean warm and cosy. Highly recommended to anyone to visit Danyang, to experience Dodam guesthouse than hotel.
Exceeded expectations. Wi sure recommend friends and family to visit Danyang and Dodam guesthouse.
RrobwardleThe room is huge and the bed was very comfortable. There is also comfy seating in the room. The bathroom was very clean and good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it’s near to the bike path, I was able to store my bike safely inside. It’s a novel looking building outside but very smart inside. Highly recommend, excellent value for money
GGuest UserThe hotel was so close to Chungbuk National University, which was very convenient to me. Further, the staff in the front desk were very helpful, even with communication issues between us, not knowing Korean and them, not knowing English.

GGuest UserThe room was very good, the price was affordable, and it was great value for money. I went to Jeju today and booked this hotel again. The lobby is very spacious and the outdoor lounge is also very comfortable. It is very comfortable to sit there at night.
