Overall, my recent stay at your hotel had some truly delightful aspects, alongside an area where I believe there's significant room for improvement. The ambience of the rooms was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort they provided. A particular highlight for me was the bath gel – the white tea and camellia scent was so captivating that I actually purchased it to use at home! It's rare to find such a memorable amenity. However, I was not very keen on the front counter service. I found it to be too cold and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and I believe that the initial impression at the front desk is crucial for guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. I would strongly suggest improvising your front counter service. By fostering a warmer and more approachable demeanor, your staff can ensure that guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very start of their hotel experience.

hi tui haven, my first time visiting here n see about tui haven. . book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. . really nice lakeside residence. . the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. . the landscape and the view was amazing. . room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. . the amenities are perfect and complete. . and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. . breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .

Upon arrival, we were greeted not merely with the hotel’s signature warm cookie, but a generosity of spirit embodied by Haykal, whose attentiveness would put even the most seasoned concierge to shame. His deft touch secured us a splendid room upgrade, transforming our stay into something decidedly more opulent. The resort’s pool was a veritable aquatic kingdom, shimmering in the July sun, and an instant magnet for the children, who splashed and frolicked as though auditioning for an Olympic synchronized swimming squad. Though the siren call of the beach beckoned, we heeded the staff’s cautionary tale of marauding jellyfish. It turns out, we didn’t miss a thing—so beguiling were the pools, we scarcely gave the sea another thought. Breakfast each morning was a carnival of flavors, a sprawling buffet laden with enough options to make even the most decisive diner pause in awe. From delicate pastries to hearty local delicacies, it was a daily feast fit for emperors. Yet, as with any grand experience, there were minor discordant notes amid the symphony. A persistent flotilla of flies occasionally intruded upon our peace, a reminder that paradise is never entirely without its quirks. Likewise, room service proved leisurely in pace, as if our meals were being prepared on a distant mountaintop before descending ceremoniously to our door. For those who prefer culinary expedience, Grab delivery is a welcome alternative—just be prepared to part with a few extra ringgit for the privilege. Still, these were but tiny clouds in an otherwise brilliant sky. The staff’s warmth, the resort’s sprawling amenities, and the sheer joy on our children’s faces each day conspired to create an unforgettable family retreat. If you seek a place where your spirit can unfurl, where your children’s laughter will echo across sunlit terraces, and where hospitality is more than a gesture but a genuine art, look no further than DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut. We departed with sun-kissed skin, full hearts, and an unspoken promise to return.

I stayed here to recuperate after breaking my ankle, and I felt that they were always considerate, such as when boarding the boat and the location of my room. All the staff members had excellent hospitality. Best of all, the facility is surrounded by nature, which allowed me to forget about everyday life and relax. Next time I'd like to participate in the activities as well.

An amazing experience all round. We weren’t enjoying Ipoh at all until our check in here. They had a lovely welcome for my girlfriend’s birthday. The facilities are all excellent. It feels like you’re in the jungle at times, monkeys to be seen and beautiful birds. The resort is big enough that it never felt crowded, and the food that we ate was perfect! The villa was comfortable and cleaned twice a day, while the hot tub is a lovely perk and the little pool. Couldn’t recommend this enough as a getaway, where you wouldn’t have to leave until checkout. The only thing I’d say, as an Irishman, is that I thought Jeff’s cellar might have had a better selection of Irish whiskeys. Would return happily.

a great stay at Meru suites. huge rooms, friendly staff that will go the extra mile for a service for customers. great team, clean rooms as well. Quiet at night making it a wonderful stay. Only downside is the location as it is situated a 15mins drive away from town, but for such a wonderful stay I would not mind to come back here again.
