This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!

Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience.

The hotel is right next to the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and breakfast offered delicious local specialties. The front desk service was attentive and helpful. It's definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Urumqi.

The hotel's location is great! It's right next to Kunlun Tower and very close to the East Gate of the Old City, maybe a 10-minute walk at most. Gaotai Residences are just across the road. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including a whole street dedicated to pigeon soup. The navigation was accurate, taking me to the closest parking spot to the hotel, and parking was free after registering my license plate number when leaving. The room was nice and quite spacious. However, when I arrived at 3 PM, the room wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait in the lobby.

My hotel stay experience was excellent! There's a convenience store downstairs, and they even have a robot delivery service. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off. Wanda Plaza is just 1.5 kilometers away, and it's super convenient to drive to the high-speed train station, which is only 2 kilometers away and takes about 10 minutes. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided attentive service. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The lobby is spacious, and the staff are very pleasant. I'm traveling for business again next week, and I'll definitely choose this hotel. This is my third time staying here, and I'll keep coming back.

The hotel strikes a perfect balance between smart technology and comfort; it's not just about piling on features, but truly enhancing the convenience of check-in. Highly recommended! It's so convenient with kids! The kids love using voice control to control the curtains and lights. The smart system is easy to use, even for seniors. The rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and the staff are very patient with the children. Our whole family had a wonderful stay!

On a business trip to Xinjiang, it was super convenient to transfer from the airport. No need to leave the terminal, just a short walk to reach the hotel. The facilities and environment are great. I didn't pay close attention when booking and only realized upon arrival that I had booked a windowless room. Thanks to Prince Hao and Ma Xiaolan at the front desk for their enthusiastic service; they even upgraded my room for free. The breakfast was also very good. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Knowing about the history and culture of Yili, I specifically booked this hotel, which is the former site of the Soviet Consulate. And it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel grounds are lush and green, filled with trees over a hundred years old, creating a very tranquil atmosphere where you can stroll around, visit the exhibition hall of the former Soviet Consulate, and even find a famous ice cream shop – no need to brave the crowds at Liuxing Street. You can walk to Kazanchi from here, and taking a taxi to Liuxing Street is also a short ride. There's a self-service laundry room available. Although Building Three is an older building, it was renovated in 2024, and the rooms are very comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive.
